Terrible writing. Very corny direction. Pretty incredible all this money was wasted by creative decisions makers who don’t know what is good or can’t execute, or both.

Mediocre. Def a step down from Alan Moore’s original inspiration material, I think. Making it so much about race is often boring. The Prestige rip is not shocking the way it’s meant to be shocking. I wish Oklahoma was only one setting and not the main setting. Possibly a lot is lost there IMO.

The show has its moments. But a lot of the writing is boring, uneven, and often doesn’t make sense. Witherspoon’s character does a lot of stuff that doesn’t make sense, and doesn’t have believable repercussions. I’m sure it’s annoying other viewers as well.

Not bad at all! Not sure why the ratings are so low. Definitely some cliche stuff and mediocre of the main actors (the husband and wife astronauts both are just ok). But writing is solid.

Characters you can’t get behind. Bloom starts as flat and not multidimensional. Cara doesn’t show strong acting chops.

Critics are definitely wrong on this one! Refreshing to see fantasy done like this on tv with this level of acting and budget.

Boring, terrible show trying to capitalize on the popular book. I skimmed through several episodes. I watched one episode completely.

Pretty good for a tv show . The first two episodes were good, solid special effects and settings. Good film noir detective tropes. Good cyber punk stuff. Main actor is good. Detective lady has been a weak actor in the first couple episodes. I feel like a miscast, or hopefully she improves. Could be bad directing at times, and weak writing, but she def is not strong so far.

Hard for me to understand a mixed or negative review on this show. I know not every genre is for everyone, but this really a great drama. You feel for and against just about every major character. Suspenseful, enlightening, sad, often feeling realistic. I've never gone to jail, and I'm sure some parts are exaggerated, but other parts are dealer than I would ever be able to understand. Wish there was more. Strong directorial debut for this uber writer.

Great show. Solid A across the board. Best thing on tv in a while, w The Night Of, South Park, Vice Principals, High Maintenance ... Director Hiro Murai is ripping it. The humor is hitting. The sound, score, soundtrack is all hitting. Casting is fresh.
