the game is the definition of the monomyth, the story is told without dialogue yet it gives out a clear understanding of the past culture of the desert. the graphics are beautifull ! the gameplay is simple and its main purpose is to travel and explore the world of the desert ruins while going all the way to the mountain. the soundtrack itslef is pretty amazing. its a game to relax and play with wonder and awe.

best cellphone game out there the puzzle's are fun and interesting while leading them with a great m.c.escher style of art. sureal landscapes and puzzles are what make this game unique, with a hidden mysterious story that flows perfectly with little dialogue.

amazing both in storytelling and gameplay. it may not be a clasic castlevania game but it does stand on its own two feet at one of the best in the serie. gabriel's character is developed in an impresive way by both the gameplay and the narrative. its world is certainlty an interesting take on the clasic vampire mythos. that said ... that dlc sure is overpriced ... 20 bucks for 5 stages? i know the forgoten one is one hell of a boss fight but come on konami.

this game improves the gameplay significantly. the magic is now more volatile, you gain mp frequently and there's now more active uses for it both in combat and in parkour-plataforming. the story is now more focused on gabriel's personal quest, rather than saving the world gabriel is more interested in saving himself and his son. the designs at the beggining are lacking but later on it proves to have great enemy and level design, both the city and the castle are amazing places to walk around. great sequel to a great game

amazing take on plataformer action. the way its presented its both challenging and fun. the game's dificulty is given by how the player wants it to be in its own mechanics: a few items will either give you a shield or limit your max hp. you can refuse the checkpoints for more points in your score and the better your score, the better items you get. fast paced and its simple mechanics aply so well in the levels giving out enough variet of situations and enemies. the story is simple but that doesent mean its bad, its great and it comes in a great presentation. i'll say its one of the must play for the 3ds my only complain is what the translators did ... some of the dialogue was cut in the US version :P that kinda ****.

this game is a good example not only on horror but on surrealism. the game is vague enough for most of the story to be interpreted but its clear enough to give you a context and you cant help to wonder if its paranormal or malfunctioning robots. the way the mechanics work are great : you get scared> which makes you look for robots>which makes you lose power> which makes you panic and get scared> and cicle continues. its a great way to engage the player and theme the horror of helplessnes.

i know my opinion will be drowned by hundres of fanboys but here we go: the game is okay. what it does best is giving a false sence of achievement. why is this? well the recruits are just iddle minigames based on time. the guards and dificulty is to laught for. the upgrades and damage are meaningles due to how the combat works. money literaly comes out of nowhere, youll never struggle for money in this game. literaly you have to put effort into loosing in fight with 2 guards. this is no stealth game, its a sandbox that looks like one. stealth not only is too easy but meaningless (crossbow) ezio can fight 10+ guys no problem so there's no incentive to being silent. the game actualy has to make some mission "lose if detected" because it cant justify a situation where ezio is overpowered by the guards and it just feels like a cheap win condition that way. the story is okay ... but not that interesting and to be honest i was more focused in what desmond's plot was about than ezio's ( and because desmond's is segmented along the franchise its just way too short) nope ... not that good

ITS PERFECT this game is great! from the simple controlers than can be aplied to interact in so many ways with the enviroment and enemies. the level design which is intuitive and fun to travel while creating new challenges and new ways for you to act in them. the boss characters have enough charm and personality to make themselves notable and their fights have great variety. the story seems simple at first but it turns deeper and much more rewarding than initialy expected i wont spoil just gonna tell you its great XD. the 8bit graphics are amazing, colorful and detailed enough to give off all sorts of characters and animations. the upgrades are not about making the character stronger but about giving you new tools for you to traverse the levels without breaking the dificulty. i just wanna say i didnt play the 8bit era of games so i can see that this is not merely nostalgia bait, its a full experience on its own I LOVE THIS GAME

the game is okay but it serves many problems in its story. there are quite some plot holes and the main characters are plain and one dimensional, they just dont get enough focus. only ringabel gets decent development but its mostly due to one of the bosses. in this game almost every single human boss is more interesting than the 4 mc ( which is specialy jarring due to Tiz, the player character, being absolutley un-nessesary... if he was not there the story would be the same). the twist was not that great ... surprizing but shallow in the end because the main bad guy has no real motive for being evil ... it just is evil for the sake of being evil and not in an interesting way. the gameplay is great. its the only good reason why to play this game, its combat system is deep and strategy plays a bigger role than grinding. tons of choises and posible playstyles are there. however this is an rpg from the FF serie and when the gameplay is better than its story it somehow feels cheap. but whats more cheap is the fact that after ch.4 half of the game consists on backtracking and killing the same bosses over and over for no justifiable reason other than making the game longer... they didnt even bother to change their attack patterns so they become pushovers by the time you fight them again ... and again and again. summary: the combat system is great and an example of great turn based combar, but the story is bad and so are the character developments. i dont really consider it worthy of so much praise its been given

the game is just plain awesome. it has a great narrative and excellent presentation of the tabletop style of play while providing a fresh air to rpgs. the combat and mechanics are nice: characters dont level up, the stats are determined only by the equipment and loot. during the fight, which is turn based, dice rolls will determine everything and by creating combos the player can gain bonus dice which will be crucial mechanics for the harder boss fights. however is the story and world where the game truly shines, its mysterious, charming and satisfactory. the only flaw that i really think its dumb is the random drop of a key item, annoying but not that bad, i got it on the third time and the game took me 10h to finish. this is not a game for everyone but if what you want is a turn based rpg with great story and style i highly recommend this one
