Twin Sector is a game that has decent graphics and good puzzles. The Story is solid and was one of the reasons I wanted to complete the game. The game's physics are decent but can get in the way sometimes. The Gameplay is decent but the enemies as in turrets, environment, and flying robots can be either completely oblivious to you or unforgiving. The Controls are difficult to handle, especially for a platformer game and will take some time to get familiar with. I still found the game to be challenging and that kept me going back to it. I died many many times and got me frustrated but in the end it was not too bad. Overall, a decent solid platformer. This game definitely tested my patience.

Decent game from the start but it becomes a very poor game and a headache later on. The Graphics are pretty decent and sound effects are some of the best for a horror game. But gameplay, especially the combat system is not very good. You have basically 2 types of weapon, melee daggers and crossbow. You can move around and attack with the daggers but no dodging in the game and the crossbow is standstill shooting. I believe this was a game that had some pretty scary moments but ruined by a few bugs and glitches. No minimap, manual saving, objective tracker. The puzzles are decent but some are just a waste of time and especially the labyrinth puzzles. by the way, boss is nightmarish hard and end will disappoint.

One of the best military 1st person shooters to come out. Visually stunning, with great textures and lighting. The Gameplay is similar to any other 1st person military shooter though, but only difference is that the game has some nice 'QTE' moments during gameplay action. There are a variety of gameplay as well, like firing cannons from a tank, to playing as a foot soldier, and to doing special operation missions. The Game is probably more about the Multiplay and its really good. But the Singleplayer mode is just as interesting and gives a good burn time. Overall, an excellent game with amazing graphics and despite the repeated formula of other 1st person military shooters, this game was interesting enough to keep me going and completing it.

A Very good solid 3rd person action adventure shooter game. The Story is about humans vs robots basically but it got boring for me and uninteresting after awhile. The Gameplay offers lots of variety in shooting with flying around, upside down, etc. The Graphics are solid, it has a sort of cartoonish vintage cinematic look and feel to it. Overall, its a very good shooter but the story didn't draw me in enough to make me want to continue playing.

A very solid 3rd person shooter. The Story is about betrayal and finding out the truth. Gameplay is like any other 3rd person shooter, but you have some unique skills like being able to sap dead bodies for health and ammunition. The Enemy is sometimes pretty stupid so for some people that are looking for something a bit more challenging might get disappointed. There is also no checkpoint saving and manual saving. It only uses 'Autosaving' so if you die before a certain point then have to start all over. It can get in the way of an enjoyable experience. The game is pretty much linear shooting with a few puzzles but overall straightforward. Overall, a good solid shooter that plays similar to Max Payne.

Dungeon Siege III is a great game with top down 3rd person hack and slash action. Visuals are well done and really has a darker richer look to it than say, Torchlight. The Story was decent enough to have me interested and keep going but ended in a somewhat disappointing fashion. Although, the presentation was great, using a storybook type of slideshow telling of the choices I had made throughout the game. It would be great if I had more than one companion to follow me around but i guess its better than no one. The Game really is more geared towards using a controller to play as opposed to keyboard and mouse. Overall, it was a great game along with the DLC Treasures of the Sun.

This is a solid first person shooter. There are some nice variety in weapons but overall you have your handy pistol most of the time. What makes this game a bit more fun is the ability to combine your gun combat with the 'dart overlay'. you can make enemies commit suicide, persuade them to join you and fight their comrades, backfire used to knock enemies down, and it also slows down time a bit when you are in overlay. Overall, though the game is a bit average. Stages are pretty linear, and you dont get to use the dart too much. there are stages of gun fighting where you must defeat enemies in an area to proceed. If done similar to the way, Bulletstorm game was then i think it would've been much better. Its like a mash of crysis and deus ex. crysis with the use of power ups and deus ex leveling character system. a good solid shooter but can get repetitive and boring after awhile.

Zeno Clash is a good indie game. It looks like a mod from Half Life 2 but the gameplay is different. You can use guns but the main focus is the melee fights. It feels like i'm playing old school, Super PunchOut! on SNES but instead of a restricted ring, you get to fight on a linear path with more enemies at once. It does get boring after awhile, but on Hard Mode it was still pretty fun. You can't reload while running so sometimes it got frustrating and i just tossed the gun and fight hand to hand. I think thats what they wanted you to do in the first place anyways. The story and game itself is solid but it feels more like a really long demo than an actual game to me. Visuals are good but you dont get to really explore too much and level design is pretty straightforward linear paths. overall, good solid game to kill some time.

The Story is really something special. At first, you think its just shooter with blood and guts but then later you get some interesting backstory and twists. You really start to get why 'Jackie' is so twisted. Side characters were also very important to your progression into the story. It can be a bit confusing for people that never played the first Darkness game however. Graphics are great, with excellent lighting and shadows. Gameplay is fast paced and feels like an arcade shooter. You get 'Essence' points for pulling off awesome kills using weapons, environment, and skills. And you get to unlock new and more deadly skills with more Essence. Overall, a great game with enjoyable shooting but more enjoyable because of it's intricate story. Game is similar to that of 'Bulletstorm' in the gameplay and art style.

Story is an interesting one, since you play as someone young with evil intentions. Gameplay is similar to that of the hitman games, just that you are a little kid with supernatural powers instead of a professional hitman with guns. Graphics are solid, but a bit behind. Sound is great for this horror title which is key to this genre. Overall, a solid game but a bit average. Its like a hitman clone and you just go do killing missions. Not really any tactical approach like hitman though and not much to take from it. gameplay video ****/watch?v=XzfaTftF7v0&list=PL78EF09546478FB67&index=191

Great game first off. Amazing Graphics and gameplay. The story is very bland and uninteresting tho. There are 2 DLCs released, that gives some better storylines than the original. There are some great boss battles in the addons than in the original game. There are lots of customizations for your character in this game that makes it interesting and somewhat addictive to play. Yet, you can't help but put down the controller if you get bored from the storyline. The world is pretty expansive, and good thing fast travel feature is involved. There are tons of side quests as well, but nothing that keeps you interested in actually doing them. I can name a few rpgs similar, like Fable and Dark Souls but those have better interesting story. watch completed playthrough with commentary ****/watch?v=heMf5vNXw7o&feature=share&list=PLgKhjQe3_Es7osRkxYaxGo3tbLUqivHGY

Story is great with some nice twists waiting to be uncovered. Gameplay is great as well, with your main guy able to leap across buildings and transform into a bunch of different forms and use disguises. Controls will take some time to get use to when climbing buildings etc. And the target locking can get annoying at times. Graphics are solid, but it does need a bit more color. The city is infested and everything but some times it looks like a ps2 game, needs more rich colors. Sound is great, with explosions and voice acting. Know that the game has a save feature but no autosave or checkpoint to go back to AFTER you quit the game. It'll only return to the point where you saved, so if the game crash or freeze for w/e reason then you will have to do the entire missions over... So Overall, Great game but a few things keeping it from a great experience. Its like a mirror's edge meets prince of persia meets gta sandbox style.

A Masterpiece game, that is made by a great company in Bioware. Story is always interesting, allowing you to pick your own character race and each one has their own back story. Like playing as a Human Noble, City Elf, Circle Mage, etc. Gameplay is great, with great use of a tactical system and dialogue in-game provides great fun. Graphics are great, with blood and gore. Presentation is like a story book style, and everything is easy to use. Sound in the game is great with amazing atmospheric music, and voice overs are well done. Although, it can be a bit on the low volume, so you might have to crank your volume up more than usual to hear. Also, some DLCs have come out for it to enhance the story even more. The overall game is pretty good, its a single player fps that takes place on an island jungle environment. pretty good graphics and sound for its release date, and the gameplay controls are standard with other first person shooters. and it uses crysisengine which eventually got developed into the crysis game. only real problem is the enemy ai in the game, its just crazy hard to play. even on the lowest difficulty level, you will get killed by 2 or 3 bullets coming from seemingly nowhere. even with body armor and everything, still you will get frustrated. it only becomes more frustrating when the enemy gets stronger later, with advanced tech and all. they seem to know where you are, even without seeing. overall, a solid shooter but i do think a bit overrated.

great game, with replayability from different characters to select. although the overall main story is likely the same, the personal stories are different. i wished they would have delve further into each character's personal stories tho. its a 1st person survival horror game that takes some time to get use to the controls. some of the levels also feel a bit like walking in circles, well since its on an island i guess. not really many, terribly infected monsters to battle unfortunately. only mindless zombies and the tougher zombie. i think left 4 dead is better than this. it can get boring at times when you wander around too much doing the same thing collecting things, saving people, killing zombies...over and over. the story is decent but nothing memorable to me.

a great rpg with great story and character progression. no option to create your own character and the dialog choices don't really affect your character that much. it would have been great to have 360 controller support on the pc version. the combat takes some time to get use to, and its really easy to get killed even by something that looks harmless. the game uses a lot of exploration and the story has alternate endings. the thing i most remember is the funny things that happen during my interactions with the npcs. lots of random things happen, and the game takes awhile to complete. overall, great game and nothing really new to add to the rpg genre. but great story, and it follows the Gothic game series. although i have never played those.

story- it revolves around 'sam fisher' a spy agent that you play as. you work for a type of government security agency. gameplay- the controls can get a bit problematic, sometimes feels blocky. but it introduce a new way to play with tactical gameplay. you use a variety of tactical equipment to get the jobs done. video- solid for its date of release. its about the standard during that time. audio- music is solid, and effects are well done. overall- the original sometimes is always the best and this one beats the recent release imo. conviction didn't really introduce much new and felt all over the place.

story well the game is called 'max payne' so it centers around his life story, he is a detective in nyc. basically, he tries to find out who killed his wife and why. gameplay the controls are solid in the game like all 3rd person shooters. it first introduced the 'bullet time' which was inspired by the movie' hard boiled'. it did a great job with it. most everything is pretty fast paced you use painkillers to heal on the go and lots of guns to use. video the graphics are great for its time. great animations and detail. audio the music sets the mood and gun effects are great. overall a great game one of the best released. and it introduced some new gameplay. it has lots to give for being an action 3rd person shooter. usually these types of games don't give good story but this one is different.

story- the overall story involves the return of Sam Fisher to save the world or America in a takeover by the agency he used to work for and at the same time figure out who to trust. gameplay- the game runs pretty smooth throughout. you can go with stealth approach or guns blazing. it would have been nice if they added a dialogue option in the game, similar to that of 'Alpha Protocol'. I think that would have made the game more replayable and interesting. controls are similar to tomb raider, prince of persia games where you climb walls, etc. but this game you can be more tactical and shoot out lights and stuff. video- the graphics are pretty good. as long as gameplay is good. audio- music is solid and effects are great, helps to have surround sound. overall- the game could definitely be better but its not all that bad. in my honest opinion, i feel that the older ones were much better. solid game overall, just not as good as the previous ones and left me wanting a bit more than was given.

story- the overall game is about YOU. As a teenage boy in highschool that suffers a fatal heart situation. You get transfered to a school for disabled students. gameplay- the game is played in a Visual novel style. using picture slides. and you choosing responses to dialogue between you and whoever. Your life is basically up to you to decide, how you want to spend during your time at the school. video the graphics are great for any visual novel styled game. warning: contains nudity. but there is an option to block them if you have problems with that. audio- the music in the game really sets the mood and matches perfectly with all the dialogue and cutscenes. overall- the game is the first visual novel styled game i have played and it is one of the better games in general. mostly because the game reacts to all the choices you make. like an rpg almost without the fighting. i wonder if they can incorporate some type of 'QTE' quick time action events in these types of games. it would add some nice quick thinking and responses.
