Assassin's Creed Unity: Dead Kings

Many of the tasks were incredibly complex, illogical and absurdly difficult. The only real issue, apart from the fact that you can’t run whilst carrying items and the NPCs have the intelligence of a fish, is the sheer absurdity of it all. The graphics are as usual, and the models are as high-quality and detailed as ever. Don’t play this if you don’t want to have a nervous breakdown; you could give it a go just for the sake of it, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

The game is really good, but personally I find the streets on most of the islands and so on a bit too empty. There are definitely plenty of great features in this game that aren’t found in the latest Assassin’s Creed titles, but I just couldn’t get into it. Is it worth playing? Definitely give it a go!

It’s a really great game. The graphics, lighting system, and perhaps the physics system are absolutely stunning. The game is already one of the first in the Assassin’s Creed series to feature highly advanced parkour mechanics, advanced NPC AI, combat mechanics, and, in particular, an exceptionally high-quality and detailed level design, as well as cinematic cutscenes. However, it is also by far the most bug-ridden game in the Assassin’s Creed series. I’ve played the game and finished it. I’ve also completed the ‘Dead Kings’ DLC that follows Assassin’s Creed Unity. But after that, whilst doing side quests, some really nasty bugs occasionally crop up. For instance, we can’t block incoming attacks even with the lightest equipment, and sometimes the sound of blood doesn’t play when attacking someone with a sword. I press Shift + W, and the character doesn’t move. These things are incredibly frustrating. Just opening the game and running through the parkour is an amazing experience; it’s the first game in the series with the most advanced mechanics. But once the game is fully finished, these incredibly annoying, ridiculous bugs start cropping up. Since Ubisoft is such a negligent company, unfortunately, they aren’t being fixed at all. In conclusion, I’d recommend it, but you’ll end up losing your mind over time.

The game is truly outstanding. The significance of the choices we make, the graphics—despite the game’s age—and the fact that it’s a beautifully conceived, detailed and compelling game.

The game is generally quite challenging. It’s perfect for those who enjoy games that are funny, a bit absurd and based on the laws of physics. I can’t say you absolutely must play it, but it’s definitely worth a try!

When compared, GTA 4 thoroughly outshines GTA 5 in most respects. In GTA 4, the physics engine, NPC system and the feel of the weapons are all of a very high standard. You could say that the NPCs have been given a proper brain. When you shoot an NPC, rather than the classic pre-rendered animations, a physics-based system generates a real-time, self-generated animation depending on where they’re hit. In short, it’s an absolutely brilliant game; the only downside is that the colours in the game aren’t particularly vibrant.

The game is brilliant, but the NPC and police system is absolutely dreadful. The bullets fired from the police officers’ guns are like bombs; I take cover behind a wall, but when the police fire a shotgun from a distance, the bullets ignore both walls and obstacles and hit me directly. As for the NPCs, their animations are very limited. In GTA 4, the animations are supported by physics-based systems in real time, unlike the classic ‘pre-rendered’ animations, for example. This creates a natural look; in GTA 5, if you shoot an NPC in the leg, they might die, but in GTA 4, they limp and the animations are brilliant. Another downside is that in GTA 4 there was combat, whereas in GTA 5 NPCs are sent to the afterlife with a single punch. In GTA 5, if you shoot someone, they die, but in GTA 4, if you shoot an NPC in the stomach or similar, they limp, bleed out, and collapse to the ground. When comparing elements like gameplay between GTA 5 and GTA 4, GTA 5 comes across as a clunky, poor game. Graphically, of course, it’s GTA 5.

The game is truly top-notch—it’s the best 3D Plants vs. Zombies game ever made. It’s colorful, lighthearted, and fun, but most importantly, it offers single-player content featuring bots with advanced AI. It’s a highly optimized and high-quality game; lag is barely noticeable—if at all—in online (multiplayer) matches. The hitboxes are well-designed, and the lobby system is fast. Every character and weapon has its own distinct, high-quality sound. The map design is highly detailed and vibrant. It’s a visual feast. Definitely worth buying.
