Melodrama sinkhole from the opening scene, talking about unloading all the tropes with the biggest dump truck all at once. I watched about 1/3 of the pilot and moved to e9 because I knew where this was going; and let me tell you it got even more ridiculous Woke/SJW combined with bad acting and angry females (as if you have to angry to be taken seriously). Skip this nonsense for some other nonsense. This recycled garbage getting very old now, nothing new to see here.

As many European time warp resentment series that came before, this one is set in 'American West' and as with the Euro counterparts you can skip to last episode or use as general sleep aid.

After Fargo S05 went full SJW, I was afraid that the overselling of TD S04 by critics and marketing will result in same treatment. Unfortunately my prediction was 100%. Actually, if you look at the critics review both seasons score 84, while user score reviews are mostly very negative.

Reinventing history is a popular writing trick that a lot of filmmakers turn to for creative ideas and inspiration; you can take a historical event and change it up in any way you'd like.

I didn't read the books, but I read some of Isaac's Robot series; the minute I started watching this nonsense it was clear that the WOKE crowd got their filthy hands all over this. Forcing the black actresses down on us at almost ever scene, why? I think the next Zulu movie we should have the British played by Africans and Zulu played by the white neo British folk.

If you like watching characters running aimlessly around for hours this is for you.

To begin with they picked the wrong actress for the role; after the first episode Chloe and her character get old fast because she is just not that interesting and bad actress to boot. Olivia Luccardi would been much better pick then this bimbo; but Olivia was probably to smart to take this role. Next you instantly realize the plot is full of nonsense and unbearable stupidity. I wonder if it follows the book because its very bad; garbage in... garbage out? No matter... no head fake, spin or CGI gimmick can save this heap of turd.

Just boring beyond boring; super long shoots of faces and dragging drooling simpleton dialog covered up in old english.

Far exaggerated situations and events; like everyone is out to kill each other at all times, with melodramatic poems in-between.

If you can bear watching the first episode then right away skip to the last one. That's exactly what I did and I didn't feel I missed anything. What nonsense could they have filled from episode 2 to 7 I really don't know. Definitely lacking any intrigue you might expect and slower then molasses.

User score is almost bang on for this series (pilot). I'm giving it a lower 5/10 because this pilot plot dives immediately into earth/humanoid politics, so much for 'strange new worlds'. Also, It feels as if the creators try way to hard and the dialogue comes across very silly almost child like. Maybe next couple of episodes will turn the corner, but I really have my doubts.

Not cheesy and much better than I thought it would be; mature and worth watching. UPDATE! watched S01E07 -did somebody from Disney show up with their SJW agenda? boring and unnecessary story line filling the woke/CRT/diversity propaganda machine. Lowering to 4.

Wow this show really took the wrong direction; its now very silly space battles where only one sides guns and missiles work. The new worlds stories are childish, no really its children doing the science.

I don't know the book series, I just started to watch the TV show because of an ad. Some nice sets and landscape scenes. Music is mostly dull vocalizing and the plot very slow at most times. I would hope the books were better than this adaptation.

Over the top fake story telling for children, good for dimwitted stoner types.

Revisionism at its worst; truly just please give up on fitting females into male characters, its embarrassing to watch and comprehend.

S1: 9/10 brilliant; S2: 6/10 carnage; S3: 2/10 nonsense. Plot quickly runs out of gas as the show takes three quick lefts turns then another three rights in a hail of bullets from a handgun with endless ammunition. Producers and writers trying to shake the viewer from their tail after the viewer figures out endless pot(plot)holes and nonsensical violence and lack of creativity.

My favourite show going down the hill; writing not as tight anymore. Random characters with random unexplained actions and others with over the top psychic powers. It also seem like the show hit a slow mode or the stories are stretched out compared to previous seasons.

Critics are wrong; this is a great series with each scene like a a new story. The lighting, scenery, and wardrobes top notch production.

I found the title misleading; the pace was OK with just enough little bits of intriguing discovery but never deep enough for full examination. Half way through I realized that the so called 'Show Trial' was also a 'Show' for this documentary. The main pieces of evidence that were debunked kept on being reintroduced and justified by the judges and prosecutors interviewed through out the series as proof of his guilt, purely based on their bias moral compass and ignoring evidence as if it didn't belong in a courtroom (so much for justice). As a documentary it lacked expert opinion(s) on the evidence presented and was mere he said, she said 'Show'.

Pure rubbish; poor acting, special effects and general script. Just underwhelming; like a race car running out of fuel just before reaching the end line.

I love shows with quick and quirky dialogue but here at times it tends to be a bit over the top with the insults and rudeness. Three episodes in and comes true nature of the story, neurotic person(s) trying to find their humanity and way in morally corrupt world. Because of the quick pace and short length of the story telling makes the show very watchable.

The reason why people used to like certain science fiction shows/movies was that many contained some concept of possibility based on actual science. Isaac Asimov, Arthur C. Clarke, Gene Roddenberry and others had a keen interest in science and theory. The new generation of QUILTBAG writers and liberal arts drama students throwing around absurd concepts, twists and spins for the sake of controversy that make people go huh? When the story gets bad enough, throw in lots of shaking loud explosions and effects that blind the eye and deaf the ear. This new Star Trek is just that, a filler for the modern brain void.

Two minutes into the show and you are bombarded with feminist liberal social justice warrior propaganda. Another 5 minutes into the show you are exposed to LGBTQIA witch and warlock style. Its agenda and style over substance.

I'm 5 episodes in; not as intriguing and twisted as I hoped for, also feels like it's dragging on with the expectation of something about to blow your mind but then fizzles into nothing. Maybe I'm spoiled by Channel Zero stories that move along with more intrigue and better pace. Emma Stone is an 'eye candy' and a very decent actress, unfortunately Jonah Hill is an absolute snooze fest that lacks dimension to be an interesting character in this series.

Two episodes into the second season and Westworld lost its intrigue; it's just a shooting gallery, full of murder and mayhem. Every guest character is now a disposable moron or a Cannon Fodder for the hosts. The world was created for the elite, but it seems no one in the real world cares that hundreds of elites go missing. Evan Rachel Wood as Dolores is an absolute snooze fest with way too much screen time. So many loop holes in the advanced technology kind of like Star Wars tech; you would think that the hosts could be identified and located by the technology that created them. Overall its suffering the Walking Dead syndrome of style without substance.
