So with not many new games out there, it's any wonder that a lot of players are flocking to this new franchise. But you have to look at this game and wonder...where is it's soul? Seriously if games have souls then this one has none. There is no way this game is going to heaven. Even the game Dark Souls 2 still ironically has a soul...albeit a dark one. Before you judge me for judging this game, just know that I am NOT a playstation fanboy. I am just an ex hardcore gamer turned casual who loves many different games of all genres on all platforms. But there is something about Titanfall that just stinks. Is it the 6v6 multiplayer? Sort of. It's more the fact that you're mostly getting AI **** the AI are really easy to kill. It's also easy to kill other players largely due to the overpowered guns including a pistol with a built in aimbot which takes zero skill to use....skill....something this game proclaims you need to master wall running yet it's so easy it's almost effortless. So I will give the game some credit in that yes it's good some fluid movement with great map design, but it still feels like a shell ****. There is so much hype to this game that it is almost hard to hate. But believe me, play for a few hours and you will start to tire of the fact that you're essentially running round killing AI and in a modern game like this I feel that is unforgivable. Maybe if there was some sort of Horde mode where you team up to kill nothing but bots and monsters would actually be more fun than killing each other, or at least something different to the dismal amount of game modes that are just the same variations of game modes we've seen in hundreds of fps games. Unreal Tournament, Tribes, Call of Duty, Halo, Battlefield....there is a reason why these FPS games stand out regardless if you like them or not. Titanfall only stands out because it has mechs running around. Battlefield and Unreal Tournament prove you don't need any single player story to have a great game you can play online with friends, but unfortunately the matchmaking system in Titanfail feels like it's been rushed as you cannot chose the map you want, you're thrown into a part of the "story"...which is another failure with the game. It was touted as being some sort of next gen experience that would merge a single player campaign with multiplayer, but it's just a mission debriefing at the start of each round, and doesn't have anything at all groundbreaking like they promised would change online gaming forever. They really should not have bragged about this feature because quite frankly, the story is generic and barely there so you won't even give a single **** you'll just want to start killing people, which takes so much longer than it should before a round starts. PC gamers have NOTHING to cheer about either since the same crappy matchmaking is ported over with no love from the console to the PC. It's just really pathetic that PC gamers could have had larger maps with more players and no bots, but it almost feels like they held back the PC version to keep in line with the console version. Why would they do this? Is it not obvious? It's to make Xbox1 players feel justified in getting the game on Xbox1 and to not make the Xbox1 look so completely inferior to a PC so early in it's life-cycle. Ultimately if you want to waste a few hours, there are worse games out there, and at least this is more refreshing than just another COD. Still, I would not recommend this game if you want a game with substance or a game you want to play all year, because if I got bored after a day I'm sure kids with short attention spans will go running back to COD pretty quickly. 5/10 is being generous, because I'm not even going to rant on about the fact the game is unfinished as it will just highlight what is wrong with the gaming industry today. You know, the trend of releasing unfinished games and fixing them later with **** then DLC to make you think you're getting more content while they spend the next year actually finishing their game.

There is something truly evil about a video game developer that lies to people and spits in the face of it's community. From the start they were deceitful claiming they had the idea for a zombie survival game before DayZ...yeah that's like me saying I had the Idea for a zombie game when I was 10. Noone cares until someone comes along and does it. DayZ did it first, and did it best. This game WarZ, well I don't call it a game, it's more of a scam actually. So this scam that is the WarZ has basically tried to twist people into believing they have been developing the game for a few years. The truth is they had developed a rather crappy game called War Inc a few years ago, and when DayZ became popular they thought that they could cash in on the zombie survival phenomenon using their already existing engine. So by them stating the game was in development for years is basically them saying they had the engine done years ago and insulting anyone with a brain because it's easy to see this is just the same engine War Inc runs on....with zombies thrown in and the map stretched out with a bit of poor coding. I would guess the game has actually only been in development from about 6 months before this initial release. After playing the alpha it was clear they had made this mess **** with the intent to rush it out as quickly as possible and to take as much money from people as quickly as possible. With the whole micro transaction one of the "key features" more implemented than actual zombie coding and bug fixes. Plus the whole idea of micro transactions defeats the purpose of a zombie survival game. How stupid is it to be able to buy things to help you survive an apocalypse before you even jump into it? And then if you die while carrying those items oh too bad you gotta go buy some more. It's easy to deduce very quickly this is a scam for your cash rather than a game developed for the love of the game. Maybe they should actually try and fix the giant amount of bugs in the game one of the main bugs being zombies still horribly coded. Some zombies still stand there doing nothing and some with kill you from 2 meters away. And you can't kill them without aiming for their heads so you can sit there hitting them 1000 times with a baseball bat having no effect. Besides why would you risk engaging a zombie with melee when they can seriously kill you in just a couple of their invisible strike attacks? To make matters worth the game is over run with more hackers than DayZ ever had, as the game is aimed at children and we all know children love to use hacks because the youth in today's society has no skill when it comes to playing video games. The game is now released on steam and is pretty much lacking 90% of teh features they have promised. They promised 100 player **** far this is just half that. They said 200km of open world yet the map is maybe 70km at best and seems more like a long stretch of road than a true open world. There are no private servers. No hardcore mode and numerous promised features that will be along way off being implemented. It's more like they have "ideas" which they think they can make into the game but are really pulling straws trying to actually implement them into the game design. The worst part is their customer support. Anyone with anything bad to say on the forum is banned. Anyone who they just dislike on the game regarding behaviour or if they just think you are hacking or even if they think your name is offensive...they ban you. No reasoning. No mercy. They quickly try and ban as many people they can thinking you will go and buy another copy to give them more money. This has done more damage than they realise since the testimony of the community who have actually given this company their hard earn dollars has been mostly negative with the few fanboys who try to cling onto what is the biggest pile of crap in gaming of 2012. Do yourself a favour and go play the DayZ mod. And when the full standalone of DayZ is released you will never ever look back at this trash **** that will never be DayZ as you can't really compare Gold with a Brown piece of turd can you?

Quite simply an abomination to the series. Not even going to go into it. Seriously why would anyone want to relive the garbage they just waded through. The game experience was that bad I just want to forget this piece of crap ever existed.

Best game of the year 2011. Skyrim was game of the year for everyone else but sorry.....I cannot allow a game filled with nothing but bugs become a game of the year. Batman on the other hand had NOT ONE BUG. Can you believe that? In a world where game developers drop games like they are turds with the intention of releasing unfinished games and fixing them later with patches and dlc......Batman Arkham City stands above all these bug ridden crap fest games and says ....NO. NO I shall not be filled with one bug. NO my game will not **** either. In fact this game did the opposite of ****. At the time of being made it is possibly the greatest super hero video game ever created.

There is nothing bad at all about this game.....other than the fact it is incredibly addictive. Anyone giving the game a low review is either **** or they have not played the game and just want to hate it.

This is not your father's video game. This is a remake... so of course it will feel a bit different. First thing that annoys me straight up is the controls. I always use the RT and LT to spin.... but for some reason the **** making this game chose to have spinning on the RB and LB buttons with no ability to even change them around. WTF. I cannot play the game because of this. And even if I could get used to not being able to spin anymore....I cannot get used to the horrible bugs like going into the floor or bouncing off **** since I cannot even play how I used to play I cannot give a good or fair review.....what's point playing a game if it doesn't feel comfortable? I'll just give it a low score and move on and pretend they never remade this with horrible physics and bugs. I'd rather be playing some DayZ

I just can't like the game. I don't care about the dlc character mess up, what I care about is gameplay. And it is stupid to have the gem system it ruins the whole game. They should at least have the option to turn this off in online battles as it is just unfair when players can use gems to exploit wins. That and the whole spamming tag system is stupid when one of your players dies it's game over. Who thought this was a good idea? It should be like all the other tag games capcom have made....1 player dies it's ok you got another to keep **** the whole pandora mode? I tried it and my characters health quickly died after a few ****....I thought it was supposed to sacrifice just 1 of your characters to make your other **** is it fair to kill the character off slowly regardless of how strong you are?????? And there should be the option to just have 1v1 not just **** dream would be just 1 sf character vs 1 tekken character with no stupid gems to give you unfair advantages. That would be a good game but it doesn't exist

I have found the single player campaign to be quite shallow and unfulfilling.....compared to games like Batman which pretty much keep you on the edge of your seat the whole time and coming back for more with tonnes of replayability. However once MW3 was over I felt like I'd just been stabbed and left for dead and 100 dollars poorer. So with games as epic as Batman out there you have to look at this game and wonder...where is it's soul? Seriously if games have souls then this one has none. There is no way this game is going to heaven. Even the game Dark Souls which has no heart because it's just so evil...still ironically has a soul...albeit a dark one. MW3 has no heart. It's just the same old game slapped together with explosions and slow motion gun scenes to impress 12 year olds. Not even going to attempt multiplayer as it's insulting I have to pay the elite service to view all the cool stats you can get for free on battlelog with Battlefield 3....I tried to write this without comparing it to Battlefield 3 but I couldn't help it. While Battlefield 3 is enjoying a growing online community I can't really see the COD community coming together over this one. So is it really worth playing? If you are one of those brainless type who loves action movies with no substance then this game is probably for you. Is it worth paying for? Absolutely not. It is not worth paying over 100 dollars for any game that is still using a game engine that was built in the 90's.
