Black Swan is a psychological drama which adresses the search for perfection, in specific, in the ballet world. Nina shows herself as a sweet and afraid-ish woman, controlled by an opressive mother, that finds difficulties on searching for her "black" side, search that walks with the movie 'till its end. For me, even though the plot is very interesting, I think the overall work was very well done. It was good and kept me on it, specially when the allucinations scenes came up, you really needed to think if they were real or not, which for me was good, because it made me think about what I was watching and keep on doing so. Overall, It captivated me through it and the plot made me stick to the screen and finish the movie, cinematography was outstanding, music was fantastic, and Natalie Portman did an amazing job portraying Nina.

The Irishman is a satisfactory movie, but no more than that. It shines through in some aspects due to it's strong cast and interesting **** for me, the duration and the quantity of stories happening at the same time, while we go back and forth in the timeline, made me get a little lost and misunderstand some points in the narrative. Talking about the timeline, another downside is that the story is too flat, meaning that, in the duration of the movie, all the stories told are very simmilar with no action or drama to make them outstand. In summary, even though, in the beggining the plot called my attention (so did the cast), the movie is not a big deal, but if you are free for a couple of hours, it can - maybe - distract you.
