Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores4

The base game was beautiful and breathtaking taking and then Guerrilla come out with this woke dumpster fire. They just made Aloy gay to be inclusive. Like Aloy and Seyka just kiss out of nowhere, forced romantic tension, and forced chemistry. Aloy and Seyka could have been besties not girlfriends. the world is beautiful the boss fight is super cool and Walter Londra (the villian) is well written but everything else is just boring and not cool. The many times when she turned away Erend (a cool character that Aloy would be good with) and kisses a woman after meeting her like a week before is just outrageous. I am all for people liking who they want and believe that if a woman likes another they have 100% to no doubts but this? trash.
Absolute woke dumpster fire. do not waste your time. I loved the base game 10/10 but this? nope never again.

I have been playing video games for more less 3 years, and in all that time I have seen nothing as beautiful and emotionally moving as Horizon: Forbidden West. Every part of this game is alive with creativity and emotion -- the characters, the story, the machines, and of course the world. You don’t just feel like your killing mechanic dinos, you feel like you are exploring a world that feels truly alive. Aloy, the main protagonist is a strong not sexualised, female character, she is witty, curios, brave, and slightly rebellious but compassionate enough to save the world. Not only Aloy but her friends are extremely well written, they have characteristics that define them and make them unique and add something to the story. Everything about this game is not only emotionally moving and beautiful but fun -- every open world activity, even just wanting to know what’s behind a rock is fun. What makes the open world feel truly alive is the fact that you occasionally can find people fighting machines, arguing, unmarked machine spawn points, hidden collectables. Another really likeable part about this game is that it’s set in USA a thousand years from now after an apocalypse. That real world landmarks like the golden gate bridge and in the DLC the Hollywood sign.
In short this is the best game I have ever played and that is just the tip of the iceberg. You should definitely play this. thank you for reading!
