I like the customization, but this game just is so buggy, and appears to be mocking GTA. The physics are buggy, the AI is buggy, the missions are buggy. Now with Saint's Row 4 coming up, I would probably say the same about it. And the storyline makes no sense, It's like every character thinks that they are "the ruler of the world, and they can do everything they want".

I got to be serious here. This game is too small. I know it was designed as a nice little casual Half-Life mod. BUT ONLY 2 LEVELS WHICH DIFFER IN NO WAY AT ALL. ONLY DISCS AS WEAPONS. AND WHEN YOU FALL, THERE IS A STUPID ANIMATION WHICH GIVES ME A HEADACHE. Why did I even buy this, why is this even 5 euros on Steam, it is not even worth 1 euro. Maybe the word Valve is just in these 5 euros.

I do like it a bit. However, if you don't know what to do in this game, then you are pretty much finished playing already. The game doesn't say what you have to do, so for a lot of people it is unclear. Also, even though the graphics are bad, the engine is horrible and it doesn't even run properly on my "good home entertainment pc"

It is an improved Counter-Strike over Source, but there are a large number of problems. Getting kicked out of competitive or leaving in the middle of the round can result in a time-out, accuracy problems, hardware problems and more. However it is still Counter-Strike from deep within, and I like playing it. It just needs to be a little bit reworked.

I know this was meant to be a Counter-Strike game with a proper single player experience, but sadly, development hell made that very hard. However, you still get a game with a nice little multiplayer like single player experience, which sadly is a bit repetitive. The multiplayer component hasn't got anything wrong, but still, it is just Counter-Strike with a little bit better graphics.

It was and probably is still a great game, however, nowadays, the game is full of bugs, and most online servers want to hack your configuration files so you can't play on any other server than theirs. Still, it is THE game if you are looking for some old-school LAN action with your friends at home, or just a little bit of fun at work.

It's got a great storyline, however there are some puzzles and long parts which are a bit boring or very hard. The game was ahead of it's time (and still was by 2002). Multiplayer isn't too exciting, with only Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch. Must play, on Steam it is only 10 euros, which it still definitely is worth.

There are small positive sides, but a large negative side on the PC version. The single player part is fun, but really short. Multiplayer is not working properly and you will be unable to find a game. My suggestion is that you skip this completely and buy MW3 instead, or buy the Xbox 360 or PS3 versions. These have a working multiplayer with a large fanbase.

It sure is a great game, the best free game available on the PC. However, the optimization is poor and you need a good PC. Also, I do not like the idea of promo's and an in-game economy, and if you even spend just 10 euros on this game, you will spend more on it later. It just pulls you in and never lets you out, unless you are strong enough.

This game has a great story, which will keep you playing for hours or even days. Also, the Co-Op function will add to this play time when you have a friend to solve puzzles with. And as an PC exclusive, the Puzzle Maker will add endless possibilites to have fun. Definitely best game of 2011.

This game is a great sequel to Left 4 Dead. It is much better though, due to improved AI and level dynamics (levels can play differently every playthrough). After you have completed the game, and start all over again, it will be boring, but the dynamics of this game adds extra replay value. It's best played online with friends, but offline, the NPC Players are quite bad.
