As a **** man I found that scene to be especially cringe and perhaps even offensive. I rarely have such a visceral reaction to shows, but that beat was about as unnecessary as that time GoT chopped off Missandei's head. This kind of drama feels cheap.

It's offensive how bad this show is. The time, resources and effort into producing this mess might just be criminal. Not to sound too preachy, but the release of this show coinciding with the US government shutdown and snap benefits in flux makes it hard for me not to contemplate the purpose of this. The amount of money funded to creating something so spectacularly bad feels wasteful and insulting to those lacking the connections and resources to make something for themselves. Because while I love Kim K most of the time, this self-produced vehicle is maybe too indulgent. With so many talented people involved, there's no other reason for this to be so worthless.
