Assassin's Creed III5

Like pretty much every other assassins creed game I've played, the parkour and climbing as absolute garbage. People like to glaze the **** out of assassins creed's climbing and parkour even though it is actual ****. Almost every time I've had to chase someone during a mission, the protagonist would either A: try to climb an obstacle, playing the animation which would interrupt the chasing and have me restart over again. Or B: the character will not jump off of an obstacle after A happens and would have me restart from the checkpoint shortly after. If you run into a guard, a wall or a tree, dont even try to continue chasing someone, it's over at that point. One mission, I had to chase someone in New York. The path the man was running had several guards waiting, lots of trees and walls you can easily run into and don't even get me started on how long I had to run in circles. I'm not supposed to kill the guy, you can't even tackle him to end the chasing, you just have to keep running after him. I believe there was supposed to be a cutscene that would end it but that wouldn't happen and instead I had to run in circles at least three times. By the third time, I ran into ONE **** TREE AND FAILED, MAKING ME RESTART FROM THE CHECKPOINT AGAIN. The only reason I'm giving this game a 5 is because I had no problems with any part of the game except what I was talking about earlier. It's genuinely confusing why Ubisoft would let this game release, they really needed to work on what you spent so much time doing in the game which was the chasing, climbing and parkour. It's a part of the game which somehow feels unfinished. If you want good stealth games that don't have terrible climbing and parkour, play thief or dishonored.

Manhunt 28

Good Manhunt sequel, better story and I liked the characters. But you know how the main point of the game is to kill violently and stealthily? Well throw that in the dumpster because with the censored version of the game (thank all of those grumpy old people and those parents who pretended that videogames made people violent for the bs censorship) not only is the gore censored but the filter completely covers the screen before you even execute the victim, which is very bad because if you can't see them before you can execute them, there's a high chance of them seeing you and being alerted. I've tried to sneak up to a guy with the filter slowly appearing on screen. I tried to get the arrows to the red for the most violent execution but instead of that happening, I accidentally bumped into him, he got alerted and I had to hide to try and execute again. It gets pretty annoying.

You know how people say that they play single player instead of multiplayer for a calmer gaming experience? Yeah that's not this game. I have no idea why they couldn't put checkpoints after each mission objective is completed or something. Instead, they leave reloading stations which charge you money every time which is great in theory. But what happens when there's glitches like a door not opening after a bossfight? Well that **** for you cause you have to do the bossfight all over again. Don't get me started on the mission at the Wildlife Exploitation Preserve. I've just finished the fourth bossfight after doing the first three like four times. I redid all the bossfights because the game glitched and decided not to open the doors, making me reload the game, redo the bossfights, finish what was hopefully the last bossfight only for that bossfight to end with the health bar disappearing, the objective not completing and no doors opening. You want a game that will drain the life out of you? Play Borderlands 2

At first, you will begin to enjoy this game. The missions are most of the time fun. And then you get to the learning to fly mission and wish you never wasted money on this steaming pile of **** because the controls for the planes are atrocious. If you don't want to waste hours of your time trying to learn the **** plane controls, that's too bad because you can't progress further into the story until you finish this terrible mission.
