This is really BF3.5 and could have been another series of map packs, but hey ho, they need to keep the franchise alive and with the newer Frostbyte engine I suppose it's forgivable. As a game, it's actually pretty good, although I am aware of the balance being off when faced with the invincible chopper **** with their fellow player repairing the aircraft in flight. I long for the days of BF2 when they had to return to a base to refuel and re-arm. The snipers are as usual a menace, which is why a lot of servers limit them. The initial bugs were annoying, with random crashes and connection errors. It shows a disrespect for delivering a quality assured product and a disrespect for the customer. No other consumer product has the ability to sell something half arsed made, so why should you! Don't get me wrong, this is a very good game and is getting better, but could have been fantastic from the beginning!

This could have been a great follow on to the last CoD game, but sadly it's been a rushed affair, probably to steal some Battlefield 4 thunder. I bought both. As a small mapped 'Run and Gun' it's ok, but is let down by some terrible errors. 1. It's Peer to Peer (P2P). WTF were they thinking when trying that? (again). For PC players its does not work. Lag is common and you get the feeling of juddering around. You cannot tell who it was as there is NO ping meter (guess we know why...). 2. The Field of View (FoV) is set at the console 65 degrees. Really? Every other PC game including the CoD ones use 90 degrees and up! If your'e wondering who shot you, its the guy next to you juuust out of sight. 3. Sound is average, with no spacial awareness. 4. Four DVD's to install this game? over 65 Gig? It also takes an age to load. How rushed were the programmers to deliver this mess? When you look at 30 gig in BF4 and what you get you wonder what what kind of (finance) deadline they were put on. All things considered, unless the above is solved in the future, its the last CoD game I'll buy. Think of that Activision, you greedy ****ts.

Wow - When you look at this game it's pure eye candy. The graphics are stunning as is most of the game. The attention to detail is amazing, even down to small things. (take note Activision). It takes a meaty pc to deliver, but EA have stated this from the start. I updated my machine just for this game and I'm not disappointed. There are some issues in the game play that need tidying up like weapon balancing, bug fixing and the such and as I write the patch is being downloaded. That's what I call customer service. Take the time, listen to the customers, then create something superb. Afterwards listen to the feedback and make it happen - Perfect. I'm VERY happy with this purchase as I can see value for money and effort.
