Kid Icarus: Uprising does have a few flaws that stop it from being the best 3DS game. For one, the default controls DO take a bit of time to get used to, but I hear you an change them. Also, (and this is more major), the gameplay just feels overly simple. It's just not interesting enough (this especially shows during the Sky Battles) to be the highlight of the game (which is too bad, because gameplay is VERY, VERY IMPORTANT IN A GAME). With that being said, I still enjoy the game and would recommend it to fans. The graphics are gorgeous (possibly the best on the 3DS) and it subconsciously makes me like the game better. The story is generic and unoriginal in the first act, but gets more interesting afterwards (no spoilers). But let's be honest, the main reason this game is such a cult classic is the characters. Where do I start? Well, first, even the minor characters have lots of personality, and the characters that are major also have personality, but are also more well-developed. The characters' charm makes the game very funny at times. All in all, I'd suggest you should play it (although the price should definitely be dropped).

HOW IS GENERATIONS RATED HIGHER THAN THIS? People dismiss this game as a ripoff of Galaxy just because of its 3D. Seriously? Plus, there's online play for up to 4 players. Also, the Deadly 6 aren't ALL that bad. While there's Zazz (GONNA BEAT YA LIKE A DRUM!) and Mister Pudgy, everyone else is OK.

You're in a closed field, bumping into enemies to kill them. You usually get killed by enemies attacking a witch from all sides. Sounds fun, right? Correct answer: NO.

"There's always something new to explore on the Party Islands." If you have played this game, you'll fall over laughing. True, the boards and extras are good, but that's pretty much it. The worst part is Bowser Tower. Bowser turns the sky purple, which is even lamer than kidnapping Peach, and all you do is play mini games.

Don't get me wrong, this used to be a wonderful way to send notes to your friends on the 3DS. But Nintendo took away the SpotPass feature and made it worthless.

When I first got this, I thought, "Oh, what the hell, I have money to spare. The game'll probably be a piece of crap, but oh well, I'll buy it anyway." Then I played it, and guess what? It was actually super fun!

WTF THE CONTROLS DONT EVEN WORK!!! Sorry for the spamming, but they don't. I can't review past this. Get the iOS version instead, it actually works.:/

This game is not fun at all. It has lame modes and is cheaply difficult. It is also very boring. The only reason this isn't a 0 is that Yoshi Touch & Go is worse. Play Tetris Blitz instead, it is so much more fun and inexpensive.

This is an underrated game; it is very fun and challenging with lots of unlockables and stylus controls. also, you can play as your Mii (one of the reasons I got this and not some other golf games) All in all, a very fun and inexpensive game (only $5.)

So, this isn't a very good game. You can't play with one player. You have to play with your friends or else it's worthless. The one bright side of this game is that you can play as your rivals' Miis and make them miss. No wonder it only cost $1.50.

This is a decent game. It has fun bosses and catchy songs. The reason I only put it 70% is because the abilities' looks and descriptions. Also, the controls are awkward for people like me who've played DS games like Squeak Squad and Super Star Ultra.

This game is fun. The best game out of all the Mario Party games, actually. Yes, I just said that. It has good graphics and mini games, unlike 8 (terrible minigames) and DS (terrible graphics) All in all, if you're looking for an MP game, this is the one you should try.

Meh... It's not as bad as Touch & Go, but is DEFINITELY not as good as it's successors. The one thing that makes it good is that it is SUPER difficult. Don't even get me started on Elder Princess Shroob.

I hate this game! It is a pile of with 4 mini games and no fun. I don't recommend it for anyone in their right mind. Traded this in for a $5 game, and saved a lot of money and had a lot more fun.

Oh man. AWESOMENESS ALERT!!! This is THE BEST Mario game EVER! Even the freaking DEMO is good. This game is pure nonstop bliss, and if you have a 3DS, I suggest you run to the nearest GameStop and beg them for this game.
