One of the best sequels created in the past few years. The plot is ever-compelling, and I can't wait for the third installment in the trilogy. I didn't like it quite as much as the original, but the margin is very small and I still loved this. 9/10.

This is some of the best animation I've seen, period. This is a work of art. I think the story is incredible as well, and now that I've seen it three times, there are so many subtle symbolic images across the plot that make the payoff all the more satisfying. Personally, I think the climax of the film is not when Miles wins, but rather when Miles jumps off the side of that building and we get that jaw-dropping, show-stopping shot of him falling upside down to the night city and swinging through it with confidence. 10/10 no questions asked.

I can't really give this more than a seven and feel justified. I loved watching this, but it relies heavily on the (admittedly) epic action rather than a good, or even sensible plot. There are several times at which I question what the villains are doing because they seem so stupid. However, it's an incredibly fun film to watch, so if you're looking to go to the cinema and turn your brain off (which I love doing), this is a good film for you.

I can see why some people with low attention spans wouldn't like this film, because it is a lot of dialogue. However, that dialogue is some of the most impactful dialogue in a major release in years. There's not much action, or focus on the bomb itself, but that's only to the benefit of the movie; it doesn't need any of those fancy effects, because the real impact comes from the psychological torment of the very idea of being literally "death, the destroyer of worlds." If you have an average attention span, watch this movie immediately (before it stops playing in theaters). Ending was the best ending to a film I've ever seen. 10/10 easy.

There's a reason IMDB users rated this the best movie of all time. Simply fantastic in every way; incredible story, compelling performances. Watch this movie if you have any interest in good cinema (unless you're under 13).
