Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition10

How I miss the glory days of the old Dante! This brings back so many memories of playing the previous installments on my PS2! I've enjoyed every new game in the series even DmC. GamePlay - What can I say. . . It's absolutely awesome! Fun and addictive hack n slash action that will bring you back to the days when this genre was quite popular. A rewarding combat system that grades you based on your style, the new Legendary Dark Knight mode to challenge your skill and new characters to keep to slashing for hours! Overall: If you miss and enjoy the hack and slash action, then this is the game for you! With new content, upgraded visuals and new characters you will definitely get your money's worth with a more than reasonable price tag. (Also, Vergil is back! Come on!)

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance10
Feb 20, 2013
Platinum proves that they can make games. Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance seems like it would be a dud. But, this title is definitely worth playing. If you're not entirely sold, just download the demo! I quiet enjoy Raiden as a character and I think he deserved his own title to show a little more on his background. Gameplay Crazy, over the top and absolutely fun! Slicing away at will just never gets tiring. Story Raiden is "revealed" and his "jack the ripper" persona gets a little spotlight. A tad short and little bit rushed for me (As I wanted more!!) But, overall a satisfying story. Conclusion If you are a little disappointed because it's not a true "Metal Gear" game, well look again. It's not supposed to be true to Metal Gear as Kojima stated it's an entirely new package featuring Raiden. If you are a big hack and slash fan with and love action then this is the game for you!

At first I was a little hesitant to purchase this game, but after getting a few hours into the game I really enjoyed it! It was a definite surprise at first. It has a great cast of characters and that's probably what drew my attention. Fun single player mode (Nice whacky story with original voice actors!), tons of unlockable content, very enjoyable multiplayer mode and an overall decent game. It's fun, easy and a lot of replay value. Also, a teaser for Raiden! (A taste of what's coming for his upcoming game)

Final Fantasy XIII-210

Fantastic entry to the Final Fantasy series.
Gameplay = Combat retains it's faced paced action from the original and adding a few extra tweaks to make it interesting. The new puzzles may be a little brick in the road, but at least it takes the ease away. Environment = Beautiful once again throughout the game, less linearity, more opportunities to explore and amazing art designs.
Replay Value = Tons of replay value for those interested in seeing there favourite characters back in action once again or even fighting against one of the more interesting villains, Caius.
Voice work = The cast is amazing and does an excellent job to keep things entertaining. Liam O'brien does a great job as Caius. Overall this game deserves a little more credit, those that are"True" fans of Final Fantasy will love this, no doubt. Those new to the series are even welcome to it a whirl and it may even "capture" the old fans once again. 9.5/10

Dynasty Warriors 710
Apr 15, 2011
This game deserves a little bit more credit. Obvious as to why these games are no longer popular, the repetitive action gives that away. But as long as you're a classic Dynasty Warriors fan, then you will have no problem with DW7. A nice little edition to the series, brings back the unique weapons each character possessed in previous games, new Jin faction that exceeds the story of the Wu Zhang Plains, New characters with exciting new weapons and a few little tweaks to add up to this monstrous character based game. For those new to the series, if you're interested in the culture or classic stories of historical China and not afraid to try a little mindless hack n' slash then this series would be a great start. Great addition for fans and if you love the corny lines and voice acting that makes everyone sound heroic (Zhao Yun), well this game has it. A few notable voice actors if one is familiar with anime.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 210
Oct 19, 2010
I bought this game when it was released in Australia on the 14th. This sequel has a lot of improvements, making it a deserving title to the Naruto games.
Gameplay - - Much like the original, this title is fun, fast and has an easy learning curve for those just new to the Naruto series. For a fighting game, this one really delivers, making it easy for new comers to learn and fans to enjoy. Story - - Unlike other Naruto games, this one stays true to the original plot and feels like your watching the anime series. All in all this game is a fast action paced title and a great addition to the fighting genre.

Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep10
Sep 12, 2010
Square Enix does a great job with this Kingdom Hearts title. Birth By Sleep has improved its battle system and did a great job to create something new. Soundtrack - - The music is excellent as usual with the talents of Yoko Shimomura reprising her role. Graphics - - For a PSP title you can't really complain about the graphics as it does look great for a portable title. Gameplay - - Gameplay is fun and exciting with probably the best battle scheme in the series, along with a few fun mini-games and multi-player options.
Story - - An interesting past about characters from before the events of the first game and how it all started makes you want to more about what is happening as you progress (Unless you have read spoilers) Overall this game is one of the best PSP titles and one of the more Interesting KH titles.
If you haven't played the series before this is probably a great start as it is a prequel to the original.
If you're a Kingdom Hearts fan then you will definitely love this one.

White Knight Chronicles International Edition9

Now this game may have received a lot of mixed reviews and even bad ones. But if you're a Level-5 and JRPG fan, this is a game you could enjoy. The visual graphics aren't the best but it does have beautiful scenery to enjoy. There are some flaws to the game such as being able to get hit from a distance but other than that game play is fun and enjoyable for RPG fans, music is GREAT, story has a good twist and plot, great cast of characters and a good 50 hour game.
