This is simply the most next gen game I’ve played. Once again, assassins creed pushed the boundaries of open world game design. This game is simply amazing. The opening sequence gave me goosebumps and the sound design is some of the best I’ve ever heard. From the wind to the rustling in the trees, to the thunder rumbling in the distance to the heavy rain pouring down. This game is just amazing. And let’s not forget that Naoe is soooo ****’s like unity level parkour and movement times 100 but then Yasuke can also just destroy homies. If you really just want a solid solid game I highly recommend ac shadows. You won’t regret it. The quest variety, the open world design, the dogs and cats you can collect for your hideout, the combat, the stealth, the music, this game is just crazy

Now that it’s fixed, I can safely say that this is one of the best games I’ve ever played. After patch 1.5, I was able to play this game on my series X without a single crash. If I didn’t know about the launch issues, I would even call this game a masterpiece. The story is phenomenal. The city is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced and the quality of the content and side missions are exceptional. They released an unfinished game; but redemption is in order. At it’s core; this is a fantastic game

Redemptions are allowed! I’m currently playing the next gen version of this game on series X. And if I’m being honest, it’s actually incredible. I haven’t played anything else like it and night city is truly something every gamer should witness. Pity it couldn’t launch at this state, but the game as it stands after patch 1.5, is incredible

This has got to be the best Xbox first party game ever released. The characters are so well written. The gameplay is flawless. The AI is incomparable The story is so easy to follow and enjoy. Despite the wired decision made by chief wrt the weapon, I really think this story is among the best I think the open wold was executed so well and all in all. I just can’t stop smiling after seeing the credits roll

They’ve done it again! You’d think after playing FH4 that this would be the same just in Mexico. But nope. It’s so much more. And the format is so much more enjoyable. Stunning graphics, eliminator day1, great car roster, insane showcase events!

This game is just too long! And the content not good enough to support it. By attempting to make “more quality content instead of side missions”, what ended up happening is that that the main missions were some on par with odyssey main missions, while others were just slightly better than odyssey side missions. The difference? You can’t slip these boring main missions, whereas in odyssey, side mission could be skipped if you started them and didn’t enjoy; whereas now, since it’s part of the main mission, I’m forced to sit through boring mission that I really found uninteresting. That’s coupled with the fact that the characters are different in each sequence. It barely builds on story so not as much depth can be reached in terms of over arching story. Yes there’s some things that tie in, but I would have liked one long story to progress, much like Odyssy’s search for the parents/brother. In Valhalla, there isn’t much purpose to everything that you’re doing other than “gaining allies” and that propose remains the same each time you start a new sequence. There just no development and it all just blended into one which I really didn’t enjoy. In addition, the bird can’t mark targets anymore! So there’s isn’t really much use to using it. There are some pros though, combat was refined. Graphics are better than ever and there are some interesting modern day elements. But damn is this game long and filled with boring content! Much preferred odyssey IMO

This is my favourite assassins’s creed game to date. Ignore if it’s very much less like other titles in the AC universe. It’s just a good game! The music, the exploration, the mechanics, the story and the choices to choose how the story unfolds is so much better than I would have possibly imagined. I see so many people review bombing for micro transaction, but honestly I never spent a cent and enjoyed the game just fine? It’s such a fitting adventure from start to finish. When you look back and look at all you’ve done, it’s so hard to believe that you were once that young mercenary girl on the island of Kephallonia. Almost akin to the novel The Odyssey by Homer, this is arguably one of the best games of the year

Gears 5 is the best game from the coalition. Incredible visuals, unique boss battles (reminiscence of og gears Besserker). The diversified environments and semi-open world structure is such a breath of fresh air for the series, and let’s not forget the added fun when playing split screen. This is a gears game designed for gears fans. And as a gears fan, gosh can I say that I enjoyed every second of it

Really great game. A lot more mature than what I was expecting from the art style, but overall psychonaughts 2 is a treat, especially on series x at 4K 60fps. The game takes a bit of time to get started, but once the hub area opens, the exploration and Self discovery is quite impressive. Tied along with some beautifully crafted levels and a very comfortable play time (approx 10hrs to beat) makes this a perfect game for game pass subscribers.
