I have lost my hope in humanity. I was born to enjoy life and show a good heart to every human on this planet. I've played plenty of solid and fun games with huge kudos and respect for all of their publishers and developers. But I've stumbled upon...this thing and now I am lost in my own mind, hunched and crying, from sadness, anger and disappointment. For the first time in my life, I swore myself to find and murder a human being. Insanity - do you know what does it mean?

To put things together, T:RS is not just a disaster from kickstarter but also a product which isn't a promised tactical shooter in any way, instead being a generic first person shooter and a very frustrating one. Artificial intelligence, both hostile and of our comrades is a total bottom of all bottoms. Amount of maps as well as maps themselves cause shock and in most cases this product is just rotten up to a bone marrow. Situation is not saved by archaic graphics and not very standing out audio. Lack of any control on our squad, irritating random objective spawning system and non-functional loadout along with other cons makes for a very explosive mix that creates unbearable stench spreading out miles from a working PC. I understand and appreciate Allen's effort on the game; nowadays, the genre of tactical shooters is practically extinct. But that doesn't mean it should be finished off by releasing such a mess and at the same time - lie to those who supported the project. I'd rather break a jar on my forehead than play this abomination. Seriously, you shouldn't play this crap even if given for free. Unless you like to paddle in a cesspool and you're welcoming tonnes of sweat, blood and tears with open arms. Otherwise, just forget about it.

Creativity is a really nice trait to have, and it's a must for those who want to develop a both great looking and nice playing game. While not perfect, PvZ:GW is definitely a good refreshment and alternative for most (if not all) shootists who are looking for something more than just Call of Duty, Battlefield, Team Fortress 2, GTA and etc.; simply put, for those who are looking for something different in most possible ways but still fun. This game fills both of these critera. It's different because it's cute and it's fun because it's... fun. That being said still doesn't mean polishing isn't required. There are some ocassional bugs which while relatively harmless may actually cripple the overall experience. The ranking system is a little bit confusing since ONLY challenges contribute to rank promotions with some being very difficult, especially if you're just starting up. Still, the flaws don't seem to be critical but there are quite a lot of them. With updates that could both fix the problems and expand the game in both online and offline aspects, I am definitely seeing this game getting better and better real soon. I'm not giving up hope, at least not yet.

This is a fun game and no doubt about it, but there is a big BUT. No cribs, limited choice of non-land vehicles (plus complete lack of boats), superpowers and of course cherry on top of the cake - simulation. This is NOT what Saints Row is meant to be. I like good sense of humour but what it matter if the content is simply and directly irrelevant towards my expectations? Since SR4 is both fun and disappointing I have no other choice than give it 5/10, a median. Not good nor bad. Just median

Serious Sam 3: BFE

User ScoreQueenAndrea

Serious Sam for a long time was able to underestimate games like Quake, Duke Nukem or Halo. The fact that BFE runs on a very powerful engine capable of rendering magnificent environment and hundreds (or even thousands) of creepy monsters at a time without major performance loss is where Croteam proves that putting an effort into work creates extremely enjoyable game. The small downside, though is rather large amount of small and tight areas but still, it's not a flaw ruining the game (I'm talking to you, Duke Nukem Forever). The question is - will you like this game? Yes and no. If you are tired of the same on rails structure in more 'realistic' concept and looking for a massive slaughter with non-stop trigger pulling, then this game is for you. If not, then stay and die alongside Call of Duty. I love this game and opinion is all that matters. Serious Sam. NO COVER. ALL MAN

I'll be very honest here and I admit - I did not buy this game. The Internet is a sole reference area of mine. User score tells it all. User score does not lie. Every user has the free speech. I cannot do anything more than just agree and rant along with vast majority of users. Think about it this way. Ghosts on PC is a console port (and still terrible despite the patches). A single title can be released only once and there's no coming back. Compare this to other CODs since 2007. What changed so far? Is this what next-gen game looks like? Because I think it doesn't. Nowadays, Call of Duty is like a widespread cancer. Everyone who became hardcore fan is sentenced for suffering from metastases known as CoD sequels. At least more people get the idea and try to avoid infection. "Ain't broke, don't fix it"? - fine, let it be. But I won't be interested. Call of Duty. Please change or die.

I would have to agree with Rockstar - GTA:O is a seperate game that comes with GTA V disc. That means I will review this title independently from the thoughts I've had on GTA V which I already gave a review for (review with a lot of praise included). I did feel hyped when I started playing GTA Online, just like every child that gets excited by first impressions. Everything looked really promising and entertaining, even though it didn't look ambitious enough at the beginning. Not long after it made me completely bored without a warning. Problems: -whole game is pretty glitchy and sometimes "holes" in the game are so intense that they can cause immense annoyance -making money is pain in the butt. Mission count is rather small and the fact that most pay as little as few thousand $ does not help at all. This is the main reason why players were doing these money glitches and altogether the importance of money seems to be neglected frequently -grinding is going slow... very slow. It took me 3 months to reach level 25 so imagine how much more it will take to reach level 120. -lots of great single player stuff is missing in Online - animals, heists, properties, etc. -I didn't get my stimulus package, especially after not playing for so many months and I guess there are more people like me -community is horrible. Chances are, certain players will want to f**k me up for various reasons, e.g. to troll and grief, because I'm a girl, because they don't like my car or simply because my character is inferior to theirs so they can show how powerful they are. I know that you shouldn't judge the book by its cover and GTA:O is still not a finished title. However I can only promise that I'll track GTA:O news to the very end. If the game will change for better, I will redo a review, suggesting that "GTA Online ****" era should be over. However in current situation, I can't do it.

For years there wasn't any decent game about South Park. No doubt this game was made by fans for fans. Of course everyone needs to know that opinions are mixed. I am a very loyal (if not hardcore) South Park fangirl but on the other hand, my boyfriend truly hates it. So let me state that clearly - as a South Park lover you'll expect that SP:TSoT will have a very-low-end, dirty and offensive humour being one of the most fundamental aspects of South Park in general. As a hater... hmm; I guess haters gonna hate. Nevertheless the game delivers that fan-dedicated, enjoyable experience and playing it feels like watching another SP episode. Forget about GTA V and its controversy; South Park: The Stick of Truth has the most positive controversy you'll never forget.

Unfortunately, there are so many people on this world who... simply put - hate putting effort into things they do. However, the Streisand effect is a huge problem to face. I've seen such things happening plenty of times and it's all about fooling customers and draining their money by selling them nothing but garbage. I may understand that kind of unpleasant action, but the most pathetic thing to do is to disallow any criticism from being pointed out. It's like a trap; Day One has nice looking box art and Trailers were at least awesome. True nightmare comes when you launch the game, where the literal emphasis of "WTF?" is not even debatable. Everything in it ****. The graphics waste potential of even quite outdated Unreal Engine 3. Sounds are equally disgusting and the gameplay is straightforwardly boring and not satisfying. The first time in my life I wanted to clean the pots rather than play the game thanks to Day One. And of course, there are plenty better ways to waste your time instead of playing this utter crap. Controversy sparked by developers leaves a lot to be desired. Don't play this crap. Please.

The Online is utterly horrible thanks to trolls and limited mission count. Other than that, everything's fine. Just try to get it. I don't say GTA V is bad. The A.I. Leaves a lot to wish about. Even as a "gift" for worst enemy this game is not worth it. The way it discriminates history of Poland is just enough to make it a forgotten crap.

In this game, the concept of sniping is like hitting the crotch with stock of a sniper rifle for entire hour. Additionally, the developers thought the good idea is to use recycling method (read: changing colours of existing textures). I am only glad that City Interactive finally understood how many crappy games they made and gave us something as decent as Sniper: Ghost Warrior.

I am not really concerned about the content ****. Not a lot have changed since FIFA 13 so I don't think it has any sense to say anything about graphics, sound, gameplay or anything like that. What makes me annoyed about FIFA as it is presented today is that I am forced to pay for same game every year just to play online. Postal III

User ScoreQueenAndrea
Jun 18, 2013
One info here. Postal 3 was not developed by RWS, but instead by some Russian Trashmaster Studios. Postal series was a simple concept. Test your violence as you complete mundane errands. Of course, know that fate often turns against you. Well, this is just Postal. You have to play it to understand it. The game works on Valve Source Engine which may make a player think that he/she encounters a good game. The fact is, Source is very advanced engine, so the available options of graphics, sound etc. are extensive and one can adjust settings to balance performance. Oh god, what could I give to feel like that by going through this mess. Story like a story, in Postal it didn't have any major meaning and sense. Same thing is here, but developers decided to continue the story from Postal 2. After the Paradise town has been destroyed by nuclear warhead,of course with our help, Postal Dude moved to the town called Catharsis, to start a better life and find a job. Our goal is to get the job. Everything is covered in typical for Postal humour, controversy and limits of good taste. But one thing made me suspicious. The name of this town. Does the word Catharsis was a message sent by TM Studios? The answer is clear. Everyone who played this will need a relief to nightmares and trauma caused by the game's content. The gameplay is nothing compared to prequel. In Postal 2, player can (despite given errands) without limits kill innocent bystanders, explore a big town and the only true danger was the Police. In new Postal this aspect is gone. Forget about the open world and careful exploration. Catharsis is much smaller than Paradise. The game is linear, just like Apocalypse Weekend. All you have to do is only complete your tasks. Enemies spawn like crazy, so you won't have time for any calm walking. Postal 3 gave us something new to gameplay. The path choice. Yes. We can choose to keep evil side of Postal Dude, and support Uncle Dave, or (and I'm not joking) become a kind policeman and defend the law. I thought that developers ate drain cleaner in bulk quantities before they made this game. And what we are going to do as a freshly hired police officer? We are going to stun everyone with tazer and cuff them. Prisoners escaped from cells? Stun and cuff them all. Attackers in a park? Stun and cuff them all. Pissed off feminists in action? Stun and cuff them all. Good path is longer than Evil one, but what sense the game has on doing the same thing? No bad word can be said about sick armory. We have a shovel, well known by fans, gasoline can with matches, badger saw, brand new machine gun, thrown bee hive and cats usable as silencers or dervish. In short, superior entertainment for murderers. Unfortunately despite enormous inventory, I found a big need for firearms. Apart from gas can we won't find anything. Also there's no flamethrower made of lighter and deodorant. But this is nothing compared to the shooting itself. Since the game is in third person, we are using firearms from the back. This is logical. Complete lack of recoil, yet inaccurate controls are oddity. The biggest problem is fist fight. It looks like the protagonist has hands made of cotton and he was after three strokes before attacking an enemy. Punching the air is very common. Graphics of Postal 3 is a joke. It seems to be picture of previous generation. Lots of saturation and improper shadows. Lighting is also messed up. And the biggest surprise everything has been made in Source. Music of the game is great. It fits well to the game. Psychedelic variation of rock and metal is like cure for the cancer caused by this game. I cannot say the same about FX. Weapon shots sound like hitting the table with a piece of meat. All voices apart from Postal Dude ones, are annoying. Artificial intelligence leaves a lot to wish about. The enemies are fighting us like morons. And difficulty of the game is not flat. Remember the police in Postal 2? Escape from it was a challenge. How situation looks here? If player annihilated certain amount of bystanders with machete for instance, one police officer is sent to the area that stands still and inflicts damage on player. But if we move few buildings away, our blue friends completely forget about everything. But lack of effort has been shown in escort missions, which made me put a fork into my eye sockets. NPCs often stop on walls and lose path. Player has to move backwards to see if escorted person is not stuck. They sometimes don't move at all. Performance of the game is poor. It's buggy and framerate often decreases. If most stuff in Postal 3 could be improved, the game would be be better than prequel. We will no longer experience the story of Postal Dude properly, thanks to this crap.

FlatOut 3: Chaos & Destruction
0
User ScoreQueenAndrea
Jun 17, 2013
I thought it was a dream. The worst game of 2011. The FlatOut series is one of these games where vehicular slaughter is a daily entertainment. Unfortunately Empire Interactive has been resolved and rights to publish the game were given for Strategy First that made the worst mistake ever. They gave right to the game development for Team 6. Knowing how good games they make, I was already scared before I started playing their game. Gameplay is presented with great difference from previous titles. And it's difficult to call it an improvement. There's no career and instead we have 9 events that has almost nothing to do with chaos and destruction. Many are copies of each other, for instance destruction derby, that changes only the amount of opponents between events. Other are hybrids, like offroad races, monstertruck challenges or speed races where the only tactic is **** the acceleration key on your keyboard. Amount of cars and tracks is not impressive either. Customization has nothing to do with cars other than changing the colour of our vehicle to more one. Many tracks are mirrored or with changed weather conditions/time of the day. Graphics are failure over failures, even in this gaming generation, and the word "failure" is a very mild statement here. Textures are of a very low quality and they don't resemble even a 1% of reality. Rather everything in this game looks like a vomit combined with excrement. And strength of these ugly graphics is increased by the highest amount of blur I have ever seen in any video game. In normal racing games a hint of that effect is used to give a felling of speed for the player, but here the blur is so intense that is more obstructive than vision through 3 lenses thick glasses. Lighting leaves a lot to discussion. Sound is in some ways can be survived, but it does not save the game. The music is average and not many suit to the climate of racing games. This is very typical to Team 6 as they almost never find any good music. Same thing can be said about FX that is mediocre and cheap. I'm always wondering if these were made with kitchen equipment. Physics Engine is so up that Newton rolls in his grave. Every vehicle handles like a butter-coated paper box on ice. Drifting or taking corners is a challenge and handbrake is a joke. It's hard to get to the finish line without even a single crash. But Flatout is all about crashes right? Well, no. There is no enjoyment from destruction in this game. Damage model and hitbox are rather funny. Wrecking opponents car is more a matter of luck than skill. Stunt Man returns in this game, but it has been completely destroyed. Flight control is difficult and unresponsive and catapulting our driver through the windshield often fails. And now the cherry on top of the cake. Artificial intelligence. Most likely all opponents were born in the cement mixer, because they find a sense of life in randomly driving around and crashing each other until wreckage nothing else. And they can do this even without us. In races they still show the knowledge on the same level as sidewalk. They don't care how they are driving. They are hardly trying to get back on track after crash and their speeding has no relationship with any thinking. The game has pseudo-patch, but the way it changes the game only shows Team6's lack of effort. No music in menu, dissapearing car models, removal of the HUD and worse game performance are a price for extra racing track and even worse AI of opponents. The game is a game, but the behavior of Team 6 is very off-limits. In reply to numerous criticisms onto a game, The Ronnie Nellis made an attempt to shame Rich Stanton on Eurogamers saying to him: “It is clear he copy pasted the review from other reviewers, probably that German guy at Gamestar. If he would have played the game as he said he did, he would have had Update4. No way the game is too fast or has bloom enabled, since this has all be fixed long time ago. I’m calling the Eurogamer guy a liar.” He also critcised players for having cracked copies. This game on Steam costs 30 EURO, this is too much for such a crap. Additionaly, Steam does not provide cash refunds. Flatout fans feel disappointed and fooled. Team 6 thinks that they are good and the rest of the world is bad at making games. Overall, Flatout 3 is a crime against both gamers and fans of series. Everything in it **** and the behavior of the developers leaves a lot to think about. It's like Team6 threw into us gamers and said: "This is your next FlatOut And that why this crap deserves lowest possible scores. R.I.P. FlatOut
