Sonic Frontiers definitely feels like an evolution of the series. And it really works. The worlds are absolutely massive and a blast to explore, Sonic controls so much smoother now and I actually feel like I have control over him unlike the previous boost games where he would just sorta have a mind of his own sometimes and go off in one direction. The combat is also surprisingly fun. It can get a little mashy at points but it’s still a blast to pull of some of the moves in the game. But where the combat really shines is in the boss fights. Every boss battle in this game feels like it could be the final boss and I love it. It really goes to show how high the stakes are in this game. Oh, and they also come with some banger music tracks. Shoutout to Unbreakable, it is so good. Now, while I do love this game, and could gush about it till the heat death of the universe, I would be remiss not to mention its flaws as well. For starters, the cyberspace levels. Not only are 90% of them reused levels, level themes, level layouts etc., but they are just not fun to play. Sonic slips around like he’s ice skating with skates made of butter in the cyberspace sections. The pop-in is also a big problem. It’s unfortunately very noticeable. Another thing I don’t like about this game are the puzzles… kinda. A lot of them are very fun and entertaining, but there is one type of puzzle that absolutely makes no sense no matter what I do. The ball puzzle. For those who don’t know, the ball puzzles involve you whacking a gravity defying orb into a hoop or hoops. But they are broken and terrible Overall, Sonic Frontiers is a fantastic game with a few issues that can either be ironed out in a patch or in an update for the game.

My favorite game on the 3DS. It has likable characters, a great plot, funny dialogue, Hades and fantastic gameplay. Every single character from Pit to Hades is really funny and despite being on the 3DS, it runs really well and controls so damn smoothly. Now if only they would make a sequel or a remake on the switch #BringBackKidIcarus

Kirby Star Allies is fun. Kirby Star Allies is adorable. Kirby Star Allies is easy. At least in the base game. The game runs at 30fps which is fine, but the problem is that the menu’s run at 60fps. The game also looks really nice. Overall, a solid game, but not the game I was hoping for on the switch. Maybe a new 3D Kirby game later on will be the true switch debut for my favorite video game character

It’s more Kirby. The same controls as super Kirby clash and star allies but now in a smash bros esc fighter game. It’s good fun but it is even better with 4 players. The new ability wrestler may look like the suplex ability but it has a lot of things that make it different. Overall I like this game

This game is great. It is three great games in one package. The graphics and textures have been improved on each game and it is all and all great fun. There were a few problems that could be ironed out with a patch, but until then a nine is all I will give. Also most people who don’t like this game are just mad about galaxy 2 not being featured and while that does ****, it would make sense not to include it here as then it would push back the game maybe it will be added as dlc in the near future. Also some people call this a lazy attempt to sell games and make money. That is true but this game is a COLLECTION and not a REMASTER. So of course the games are going to be the same. Overall a great experience but it has a few things that could be patched out so I give it a 9/10

This game is really, really good The fact that Mr. Sakurai started the series on the N64 really goes to show how far the series has come. Every character in this game is so fun for me to play (except Isabelle) is really cool and shows how much effort they put into this game. And the fact that they have more fighters on the way is cool. Every newcomer feels like they belong in smash. But with that being said, online is kinda garbage and it lags but that won’t stop it from being perfect in my eyes. Also if Bandana waddle dee gets into smash I can die a happy death.
