Art style is more disney and not true to the previous titles in the the series. Dialogue is painful at best. Performance is meh. Writing is bad. Combat is decent. Graphics are pretty.... too pretty for a Dragon Age game. Its jarring when considering against previous entries. I was a huge Dragon Age 1 fan, and found DA 2 to be enjoyable enough. Inquisition wasn't great comparatively, but this game doesn't even qualify as Dragon Age. Veilgaurd would have been way better as its own game with its own world/lore/story, and not destroying one of the pillars of Bioware's legacy. Not sure why I'm having a heck of a time posting this review here. Post button keeps graying out. Like I bought the game, and I feel the community is pretty spot on with its criticisms.

The plot of dawntrail is an insult to all players who've stuck with this game for the past 10 years. The writing is of worse quality than 2.x. I loved where they took the plot up to endwalker. Easily one of the best RPG's I've played. Dawntrail however is one giant turd we're being forced to swallow right now.
