This really is a fun little game. The graphics are nice, the story is ok and the characters and enemies are your typical anime stereotypes. While all this does not sound very special, it is the mix that makes this game fun. What really stands out though is the fact (and integral part of the game) that you are playing both as a shop owner selling items to adventurers and as an adventurer killing monsters and shopping for better equipment. If you need a fun game to play for an hour or two in the afternoon and are into anime, get this.

Don't even think about playing this game. It is one bug infected mess. The developers seem to have abandoned it and are now working on another project. Don't be fooled by the trailer! I bought this game while it was in early access and got two special versions, one for me and one for a friend since it thought this game would be kick-ass and i wanted to support the devs. Then the game suddenly got released without any content and it was slow and unoptimized as hell. Never every again will i buy or play anything from one of the developers. Yes, it is THAT bad.

If you can get ahold of the original version, go play that one. Then play the Director's Cut. Don't get me wrong, the game is still good, but there are some scenes & events in the original version that won't happen in the director's cut. In my oppinion, these scenes added A LOT to the overall mood of the game and added a small bit of fear. By todays standards i understand that you would not include such scenes/events anymore in a point&click adventure since they might frustrate the player. But at the time of release, they were great and i really miss them in the Director's Cut. ;) On the other hand, you should also play the Director's Cut, as there are additional scenes which give you background information about the main characters. There a also some additional puzzles.

I played the demo a few years ago and immediately bought the game after its release. I have to say i still like the look and feel of the game, but the gameplay itself and the difficulty aren't all that great. Its good for what it is, but if it hadn't been for the story, i would not have finished the game. Also, i encountered a few bugs during my playthrough. For example one time my partner died during an interogation scene but the main character was still talking to him, even though he wasn't in the scene anymore. Instead, there was a robot-like thing standing at the corner of the screen, which then immediately glitched away once the dialogue was over. I am not rating the game down because of this bug, as it felt pretty cool at the time and actually added to the strange mood. I am just mentioning it so you know what to expect ;) If you want to play an interactive science fiction story, give this game a try. If not, stay away from it.

If you are at least a bit into puzzle platformers, you definitely HAVE to play this! This is the best puzzle platformer since Braid! I played the beta on gamescom 2013 and was hooked from the very first minute. The game is never too easy and never too hard. There is an "a-ha!" moment in almost all levels and it always feels very rewarding once you have finished another one. I remember playing for over an hour on gamescom. Looking back, it is amazing how much time the developers put into polishing the game until its release in august 2015 as it was already very fun in 2013. The game has a great story and an awesome english & german speaker including subtitles in other languages. Also, it is VERY polished and you will immediately notice that after playing the first 3-4 levels. Except for a small sound bug, i encountered no other bugs during my playthrough. And the sound bug has been fixed by the developers after they noticed it. Oh and also: THE ENDING IS AWESOME(!). If my girlfriend hadn't been sitting right next to me, i would have shed a tear or two once the credits started. ;) So what are you waiting for?! Play the game already! There is even a demo available!
