Overlooked

Buy this game. Do it. It may be the most fun game I’ve ever had the chance to play in the last decade. Playing LittleBigPlanet is doing yourself a favor, trust me.

This game **** so hard it made the fandom make the Valve-approved definitive version of Half-Life out of spite. If you want to buy it nowadays, do it for stuff in Garry’s Mod.

This game was so bad it made Valve make a new Half-Life game. I still want you to buy it though, because it truly must be seen to be believed.

This game gives you the freedom to prevent 9/11, battle the Combine atop a floating model of Heavy Weapons Guy, and launch your friends away in the world’s first military grade floating bathtub, all on one server, with 2 games, and a few addons, in other words, a complete no-brainer for anyone’s Steam library.

Holy. **** **** Where do I even start, I don’t even need to start, it’s Half-Life, for god’s sake! I suppose I should start with HOW GOOD THIS GAME FEELS TO PLAY! Valve has mastered the art of making the player’s controls natural, and the maps help with it, sure, there were a few too many jumping puzzles, but otherwise, this game controls great! The shooting is somehow the most satisfying thing I’ve ever felt, and a lot of shooters can feel disappointing when it comes to gunplay, but Half-Life has guns with as many upsides as there are downsides. Now for some complaints, Graphics are a bit primitive, and the Steam version uses the uglier HD models as the default, and the challenge can be a bit much in places, but **** man, this game really pulls itself through, and even in the slopfest that is Xen, you can still have a ton of fun. tl;dr, Half-Life is good, and you should play it.
