Engaging and heartfelt I saw Raazi, just few days after it came out, and I didn't regret it. This is a story which is enthralling, engaging and heartfelt at the same time. Alia Bhatt stars as Sehmat Khan, the shy, sensitive daughter of an ailing businessman Hidayat Khan(Rajit Kapoor). On hearing about the imminent war looming over India and its lasting effects during 1971, he decides to train his daughter as a spy and send her to Pakistan by marrying her off to his longtime friend Parvez Syed's(Shishir Kumar) younger son, Iqbal(Vicky Kaushal) . Her task would be to gain the innermost information about the war. It is indeed endearing to watch Sehmat transform form a sensitive college student to a bold, fearless and a trusted spy. Based on a novel, "Calling Sehmat" written by Harinder Sikka, which is based on a true story, the direction given by Meghna Gulzar is tight and engaging, and manages to keep you, if not on the edge of the seat, but intrigued, nevertheless. A stellar performance given by the supporting cast, Jaideep Alhawat(Khaled Mir), Arif Zakaria(Abdul),Vicky Kaushal(Iqbal Syed), Shishir Sharma(Parvez Syed), Amruta Khanvilkar(Munir) make up for am exciting yet heartfelt period thriller. The songs do not incessantly bring out the patriotism in every scene, but it is subtle, and will stay with you for long. It is a story dedicated to those unsung heroes whose names are never written in history.

Avergers: Infinity War is a culmination of Marvel Superheroes from the MCU, and this is by far, my favourite. The Russo brothers did a fantastic job of holding the audience's attention till the end credits and manged to provide a cliffhanger there too. It HAS lived up to the hype. The story, as most of you will know, is about the mightiest villain Thanos, who is invading planets from the existing universe in search of Infinity Stones, a set of extremely powerful gems which will help Thanos being all-powerful. It is up to the Avengers to protect them and if possible, take them from Thanos. The action sequences: Larger than life will be an understatement. Watching in 3D is the most amazing experience one can have. Every time, the action offers something new. Every Marvel superhero has their signature style, with hyped features and fight sequences. It is a joy to watch that onscreen. But, Infinity War is not just about actions, it has emotions, and comedy sprinkled in too. That's what makes it stand out from the rest. That being said, handling a movie with so many superheroes, which stretches for more than 2 hours, has not been divided proportionately. Iron Man and Dr.Strange get the lion's share, next is Thor and the Guardians. Hulk is a surprise and gem. Watch, you'll understand. Although, we hardly see Black Panther, Bucky Barnes, Falcon and Black Widow kick some villains, barring 1 scene. But, I'm still OK with it. The ending left me like, "I've to wait till 2019 now??"
