I'm writing this review about the true gem in this collection and that's Borderlands 2. The pre-sequel was horrible and can go unplayed and you are still getting a ton of bang for your buck. Destiny be damned. This is a more fun looting world to live in. the story and characters are so well put together you can actually feel the love and care the creators felt for them. It's wild fun to play. a large game already then adding 4 large DLCs onto it has made this world deep, complex, and interesting. The replay value alone is insane. its been roughly 7 years since it came out on last gen consoles and still to this day I still play it quite a bit. I just take it as the Pre-sequel got put on the disk on accident. feel free to completely ignore it.

This isn't a game for a passive or novice player since it will test you on how well you handle stress and takes time to try to understand the Xenomorph's world understanding and what it pays attention to. it's gritty and fascinating. The world takes you back to the original Alien movie very well. it's a nostalgic ride but at the same time doesn't feel that it just uses that as cover for a crappy game. The stress in this game alone is incredible. you are trying to unlock a door and you can hear something behind you. hell, you can actually feel it behind you. This game doesn't hold your hand and that I think is the best part. I feel some people feel it can be linear at times. I didn't feel that way except for around the first 20 minutes but to me that was them setting the stage and all the plot pieces. I highly recommend this game to everyone unless you scare easily or you just like a laid back game. this is not for you.

All around fun and beautiful game. The storyline was interesting and intelligent. The graphics are amazing (except the childhood version of Aloy looked pretty weird). I feel this is a game that anyone could enjoy. You hear a lot about having a female lead role and how this game was "pushing an agenda" I feel you can read to deeply into anything. If you are looking for a problem you will find a problem. Some people don't know how to just enjoy the ride and I feel this game had a great ride. Only downside I felt is lack of diversity in enemies. Once you know how to take down a Thunderjaw then this big menacing beast is nothing more than an annoyance. more variation would be nice.

Great game and a lot of fun. It's great for when people come over and want to try out my VR headset, anyone can pick it up and play. The only real complaint I have is content vs price. There should be more considering the price of it, you can run through all the content in just a few hours.

It's an alright game that needs a lot more polish. On one occasion I found myself stuck in a tent with no way of getting out. the game can be fun in general. especially if you have friends playing with you but playing one of the teenagers can be underwhelming. Playing as Jason on the other hand can make you feel almost like a god. sadly that doesn't happen much. The premise of the game is a great idea but it should be a little better planned out.

This bad boy is NOT for people who get frustrated easily. For me, I crash, I laugh about it, I go again. Rinse and repeat. For an Indie title this game has incredibly smooth controls and extra beauty in its graphics that match those of some AAA tier games. The gameplay is as straightforward as it comes. This game isn't one that you will sit down with for 3 hours straight but its great when you want to kill 10 minutes or so. I highly recommend this title. Simple, exciting, and beautiful.

This game really has eaten up a lot of my free time plus always good for a quick round when I got an extra 15 minutes to burn. I find it to be a lot of fun and so much to do! all the different game modes and different types of skins to unlock keep me coming back for more! at this point I've logged in around 300 hours roughly and will probably log in another 300 before I get tired of it. For me the part I like is trying to improve in competitive. the only reason for me that I didn't give a 10/10 score is because the community is fairly toxic to the point I don't even bother with team chat anymore, I think Blizzard should be doing a better job of finding these people.

After seeing such high scores on this site I decided that I would give it a try. personally for me I made a mistake and found this game to not be something that was for me. the Anima style has never been my favorite and felt that I was on a hype train when I was playing it. I still gave it a decent score since I can see the overall concept and how appealing it can be to a lot of people plus combat and graphics were very top notch. I would say before you buy this game you just have to ask yourself how into Anima are you. if you answer "I like it but not big into it" that's still enough for you to rock out this game.
