Yes, the PC version as of typing this is unplayable for 90% of the people trying to. The ps5 version however IS playable. Though this doesn't excuse the terrible publishing of EA, the actual dev team that made Wild Hearts has made something special against all odds that is extremely enjoyable for Monster Hunter fans and people looking to get into the Genre. Not going to give many spoilers here, the performance on ps5 is also pretty rough but can only get better through patches. The game is extremely ambitious, being able to craft all kinds of utilities including your own base camps all over each map. The weapons as well from the 3 I have played an extended amount of are incredibly fun, and though some of them may have similar moves to a MH wep, none feel like they were copy/pasted and most have mechanics not included in any MH wep. My score of a 9 reflects as if the game was running at 100% as the devs intended and not if it was rushed out by a terrible publisher (EA). Also I saw a low scoring review here claiming there are only "10 boss monsters", not giving spoilers again; but that's false. There are around 20 and more are being added for free in future updates starting with the first one in March.

Ok people are straight lying about this game on here... The game runs perfectly fine on ps5... On average 30+ frames higher than the switch counterpart. The game was designed basically by the portable monster hunter team (The one's that worked on the psp titles) it was made to be played with portable gaming in mind, people who played world will find it's a less cinimatic game with more emphasis on combat. The combat also is faster and more mobile than world, but the actually quests themselves are not as difficult. I would say this is the best starting part to get into the series but Monster Hunter is not for everyone, it's a game that rewards you for learning the mechanics and not forgiving you if you don't. If you're a fan of online (can also be played offline) action rpgs with loot mechanics you can't do any better than Monster Hunter but not everyone will have the patience to master the mechanics.

This game is very fun but very challenging. It doesn't explain any of the main core training mechanics you need to not make the game feel like a slog. Many people hate it because your digimon don't live forever, they have a decent lifespan after upgrading your tamer talent tree, but half the fun is exploring and see what evolution lines you happen to unlock imo.

So, originally I was going to quit this game and send it back to Gamefly because of how horrid the FPS is, but I gave it another go mostly playing in handheld and there's is actually very solid and addictive game mechanics. I myself am very picky with FPS in games but it's not unplayable but I do agree that this type of performance should not be acceptable in the current age of gaming. That being said the game itself is very solid and as fun deep systems to get lost in. Part farming sim, part dungeon crawler, with insane RPG elements being able to upgrade and level up just about everything it's really fun getting your own world going. Admittedly I do hope this comes to PC so it will have a more solid frame rate but the game is there and really good.

This is actually an amazing port and runs very well on the Switch (surprisingly). Don't expect to try to be competitive though as Blizzard doesn't moderate the leaderboards and it's full of cheaters (not a big deal imo) as it's fun if you play it legit and test yourself or with a group of friends. The game itself is very solid and it feels good mowing down hordes of undead demons. A big downside is the lack of any chat features on the switch as nintendo still refuses to get with the times, but it's not really a big deal in this day in age as you can easily join the Diablo 3 discord and find some friends to play with.

This game ****, I haven't played DW in years but I have fond memories playing on the PS2 that game kicked ass... This however... What the hell happened...? There's a basic tutorial going over the combat and its kinda neat but really slow and a bit clunky and then you try to start the game and there's a ton of political non-sense... like WTF....... Honestly thank god for gamefly I would be so disappointed if I payed any more than $20 for this game, the last DW style game I played was Hyrule Warriors and that game was awesome. If you have a hack n slash itch I'd recommend that game or the warriors orochi games I have no clue what sort of crack they were smoking to think this was fun or how people can even play this.

This easily became my favorite pokemon game and is the game I wish gamefreak took the step to making years ago.. Hopefully every gen going forward adds on to this experience. The biggest downside of this game is the lack of pvp, small chance it will come with update or PVP, but there is an endless sort of battle tower mode that is satisfying for the most part.

ok yes most people are biased here in the reviews but who cares IT'S FREAKING ZELDA ON THE 64!!! Obviously both games are iconic and staples of the video game world in their own rights and this one personally is my favorite. Nothing to be said that hasn't been said before, game is amazing in every aspect (graphics, sound, music, aesthetic).

My absolute favorite game series and another banger added to the list of fantastic monster hunter titles. If you're a fan of action games and want a game to play with friends(or meet new ones) look no further as MONSTER HUNTER allows you to shred massive creatures to pieces and carve their @$$ up to make a fresh new coat and bigger stick to smack with.
