Sonic Forces3

This game is awful, I don't see how it's scoring so high. I went in with huge expectations after the hype and honestly Sonic Generations alone blasts this game out of the water. They've done what they always do, add too many things, make it over the top and add silly gimmicks like the character creator while forgetting about the actual **** wonder levels are so short and enemies just seem like **** scary or dangerous at all. If you really want this do yourself a favour and wait it out until it goes cheaper, go play Sonic Mania while you do it's miles ahead and shows less is more.

Who ever says this isn't an improvement and were disappointed are obviously BS'ing because it's the best improvement to a game, sequel wise, I've seen in a long time. The fact reviews are giving it the same, if not less then the first game which had it's fair share of problems is ridiculous. This is a perfect blend of survival horror and action...this is what Resident Evil should have evolved into after RE4, hell it's better then RE7 put it that way.

It's basically Destiny 1.5. All they've done is refine a few things and improved some stuff but not a lot to class it as a full on sequel. It's basically the new COD except the expansions you get a year after the release are basically what Activision would release as a yearly COD game. I find it so odd though that the official rating for this has only one mixed review when there are a dozen of less favorable reviews telling you how it is. Destructoid being one for example. Something is off.

Resident Evil 7: biohazard0

As a huge fan of the Resident Evil franchise I was eager to get my hands on this but the more I played the less I enjoyed it. The best hour of the game is the first hour you spend with it but this quickly wears off once you start to notice the same old pattern as you play. The game is not as open as the old school games, normally anything you find would have to kept until later on in the game, this means it forces you to make dangerous trips back and forth while managing your items carefully however in RE7 anything you find will most likely be used in the area you're in. I've noticed the Baker family events are scripted aswell and unlike Nemesis in RE3 is not random at all. At the end of the day this is a poor mans Resident Evil and being first person does not help. I'm more shocked over the "high" reviews praising the game but it's obvious Resident Evil 6 lowered expectations so much that anything after would be better. Yes it is a horror game and you would think it's "back to its roots" but the problem is the game is a jump scare horror game and not a survival horror game. Imagine the dog window scene in the first game stretched out over the entire game, imagine if the first game relied on those moments alone while the survival stuff was sprinkled in, that's how to describe RE7. Herbs, weapons, some enemies and the like are just added to make it seem it's a return to form when really it's not I'm more sad that people seem to be buying into this. Guys it's an alright game but not Resident ****'ve just been thrown bad RE game after bad RE game that now we'll take anything we can get. This is not Resident Evil...this is a new IP which is chasing after the P.T crowd. Save your money and buy Yakuza 0 or wait for Horizon Zero Dawn. We can not let Capcom turn Resident Evil into something it's not. This would effect the Resident Evil 2 Remake and do you really want that?

Feels a lot like Destiny and I don't mean by gameplay features or themes found within the game, they couldn't be different but the problem is it gives off that "Wow" factor when you first play it but once you get into it and play it a bit more you slowly start to realise that despite the on going illusion of being this huge game it's actually pretty small in terms of content as most of it is repetitive as hell. In the end you'll be grinding and doing the same thing with friends over and over, please save your money and stop developers from doing these types of games Least with single player games you usually get more for what you pay.
