This isn't worth $40. I just want to point that out. Galaga, Pac Man, their remix versions, and their new games don't feel like their complete, but that's not to say that they aren't fun. Galaga Legions is a blast, and so are Pac Man Championship Edition and their originals. If you haven't played neither of those you will have a blast, it just won't last long. Pac Man Tilt is a good game, and Galaga's Panzer Dragoon wannabe are good fun. The issue is just that they don't feel completely worth a full price tag since they're souless minigames. If you have played all or most of the games that are re-issued, then all you get is a 3D version of them. Legions is great in 3D and the arcade cabinet simulations for the originals looks great, but that's it. Trade in some games to offset the price or wait until it's about $30, then you can say it's a good investment. But for me, who never played Galaga Legions and PMCE, I didn't mind. Also Pac Man and Galaga are required handheld games.

Great game. Not mind blowing or revolutionary, but toms of fun. It's exactly what I expected the game to be. If you liked Mercenaries mode, then you'll love this.. There's a good amount of maps and a wealth of content to unlock. IGN gave this an 6.5 because it lacked content? Wrong game. There's EX levels and costumes to unlock on top of a progression based perks system. My gripe is that the animations of enemies coming from far are terrible. They look like claymation cartoons in a bad way. Also, the sound design is nothing special, but it works. Play with headphones. Sure the game has pretty much the same objectives, but besting each level for a high score with different characters is great. This is for high score chasers only.

Much better than FEAR 2. This game is actually really creepy and has made me jump a few times. Not only is it scary, but the shooting and cover is solid. I'm enjoying it very much, although it's not the most original game.

This game is one the best 3DS games out right now. That might not be saying much, but it's enough to warrant a purchase. The 3D looks pretty cool, but the framerate takes a HUGE hit. It's a shame really, but it still doesn't make it a graphically impressive game. There's jaggies alright, but you see next to no jaggies in gameplay, mainly cutscenes. As for the story, it's ridiculous. Might be good to some not expecting a serious take. The gameplay is definitely for newcomers though, as it made me feel like I was skilled almost immediately, especially since Chronicles does such a good job taking you in the game. Online is important, but SSF4 beats this one. No lobbies, nor even a rematch button! Overall though, I couldn't recommend this game enough. The combat system is MUCH more deep than what you see on outside. Counters galore.

Seriously, one of the most surprising games on the 3DS. Also surprising, how good the subtle 3D works. It makes the graphics look better than PS2 and even the gameplay is just as smooth. It's very easy though when it comes to combat, but this isn't a hack n slash, it's about exploration, and the free play sure as all lets you do that. If youre into exploration in platformers, get this game. Only negative being that it's very easy.

The game is HARD! Meaning it's not for everyone, but mainly hardcore gamers. This is a combo or Rez, Ikaruga, and others in a very odd way. For casual players, you'll be screwed, but gamers will adjust in less time. The others went into detail, so I'll save my types. If you like hardcore shooters, this is a must though. 3D looking great is a plus too.
