Excellent, camp horror that never lets up. A bit fast and loose with Poe at times, but forgivable for the sheer fun.

Generally fun, though none of the episodes is truly satisfying, they all suffer from being fairly cliche and predicatable.

Cinematography and score is excellent, it really feels 80s. Plot is enjoyable, though a bit silly in places, and many of the characters don't really seem believable. Still, good enough fun.

Excellent plot, full ofenjoyable and superbly acted characters. Let down bysome of the self-indulgent and overblown monologues, and a little too neat ending, but really good fun. 8.5.

It's definitley a drop in quality from its early heights, but still manages to be funny, entertaining, thought-provoking, and sometimes scary. I don't mind the loosening of the themes that other seem so angry about.

Oh the fan outrage at a show daring to do its own thing and not just be a direct copy of a videogame, especially if *gasp* it race-swaps a character. This is a decent series. It's nothing staggeringly original, but it tells the story enjoyably, with nice visuals, and some fun moments and twists. But it does change characters, and it's mostly not survival horror. I guess in this day and age that leads to review-bombing and cancellation from crying fan-children. Shame. PS is Lance **** name censored for some reason? Edit: yes, it seems it is. What bollocks.

It's good. It just felt it should have been so much more. Fantastic writers, fantastic cast. Yet something doesn't quite click. I'd think maybe Iannucci doesn't translate to an American format too well, but Veep proved that's not true.

Yeah this was pretty damn good. A breadth of stories, from the ridiculously silly to the thought-provoking, but all entertaining. Star Trek at its best.

Generally good fun for the most part, especially early on. The last few episodes get increasingly stupid and cartoonish, whilst the plot arc of the main character never makes sense and is incredibly predictable. Fun though.

Increasingly gripping story, stays interesting throughout. All the characters are well drawn, with shades of grey.

A worthy effort to try and do something interesting and different with horror, and it mostly succeeds. A bit disjointed, but tbf an improvement in this regard over the book.

So much better than the awful season 2. Dines out heavily on nostalgia, but fun for all that.

Really good fun. A nice take on Wednesday, who for most modern iterations has been by far the best Addams family character. Solid cast, especially Ortega, with the sad exception of Armisen, who is pretty terrible but thankfully brief. What the recent (ish) Sabrina could have been if it didn't take itself far too seriously.

The cinematography is excellent, the soundtrack is evocative, the central metaphor is apt, and the want to do something new is commendable. Yet somehow it doesn't quite add up. As always it feels way too long. And the shift from horror to crime drama with a splash of horror is IMHO unsatisfying. The ending was well done, but it felt we had to wade through a lot to get there.

First Star Wars TV show I've seen, and it's pretty good. Much more interesting and nuanced than the films generally are.

A good attempt to get around the bloated episode count of other seasons. 2nd story not as enjoyable as the 1st, but it's always entertaining, even at its stupidest.

A well honed machine by now, it knows what it does, and it does that enjoyably.

A real return to form. Avoids the cringy adolescence of early GoT, with an actual interesting focus on gender and power. Feels more compact in scope, but that's no bad thing.

Fantastic start to the best US political show out there, keeps the Thick of It's humour whilst doing its own thing.

A reasonable start, but way too obsessed with the Murder House setting to go off and do its own thing.

Like many anthologies, hit and miss. But the hits are well worth the misses.

The main show suffered from exhilarating season starts to get lost and increasingly disappointing ends. The anthology format really works much better. Many episodes are very, very, silly and often outright bad. Almost always great fun though.

A surprising drop in quality. Still very good, but felt a lot more black and white moralising over Charles & Diana's relationship than was needed, or was fair.

A real disappointment after the previous generally good season. I liked the change of cast to fit the transhuman theme, but poor writing really let the season down.

Excellent adaptation of the original material. Acting was surprisingly a bit shaky at times, but they managed to skilfully remain true to the fantastic original whilst bringing their own twists.
