The worst of all Elder Scrolls games. Badly designed boring world compared to morrowind or skyrim and an absolute broken level scale system made this game almost uplayable to me. I spent weeks to get a propper mod to get rid of the level scaling, but the mods crippled the game even more. It's unbelievable how Bethesda could release such a mess. For all fans of Skyrim who search another great elder scrolls expirience: simpyl grab the Morrowind Game Of The Year edition. It's Astronomic Units ahead of this broken moneymaker release called oblivion. Still a better game than most modern titles though.

So far the best of all Elderscrolls titles. Skyrim: best engine; Oblivion: bad design, level scaling; Morrowind: best music, world and atmosphere. This game is so beautiful and rich. Simply one of the best RPGs ever made, if not the best. Play it as fully dedicated mage to gather it's full potential.

Another overpriced dumbed-down console shooter. About 75% of the spoken dialogue happens to be the word **** I can't imagine how I could be so dumb to pay 60$ for this idiotic piece of society-stultification. As the game market left the PC behind, it also left class and intelligence behind.

While this is not the perfect survival game I expected at first, this is a beautiful adventure that reminds me on a couple of older games like myst and even morrowind. The engine is not very efficient, but I can play it on my older budget machine on a lower resolution. I give this game 10 points for being innovative and courageous in what it does. In a time where I got bored by the 1000st boring CoD / MoH like shooter (which happen to still ride on the 12 year old Counter Strike Wave) I can't tell you how enormously pleased I'm by the release of titles like miasmata.

While I love this game on the computer, and played through it over 20 times, and would even go that far to call it superior to the monkey island series, I'm not quite sure with the tablet version. But in fact I simply don't like playing games on a tablet. I still give it a 10 because Meta Critic doesn't even have the original game in its database.

The reibirth of tripple A turn- and squad-based strategy titles came up to my expectations in most points. The attempt to make PC/Console hybrid out of this title, defined all of its few flaws. This should have been a PC-Only reincarnation. Complexity of inventory and research is way too low, due to the attempt to make a console game out of this title. Still recommended to all strategy fans and a must for every turn-based strategy admirer.

A worthy descendant to the original two Fallout games by Interplay. If you liked the Fallout 3 game engine, but missed the southern sandy atmosphere of Fallout 1 & 2 this is your game. It even features parts of the original Mark Morgan soundtrack of the first two games.

My favourite game of 2012 is a unique combination of court-life simulation, genetic breeding, diplomacy and strategy. Ignore the somewhat deterrent graphics and the steep learning curve and enjoy the best kingdom-tycoon game ever made.
