The Shallows is a survival thriller film directed by Jaume Collet-Serra and stars Blake Lively in the lead as Nancy Adams. The film follows Nancy, a surfer who gets stranded away from the shore and attacked by a great white shark. This is a really well made thriller that brings the whole shark attack back on the big screen roaring. I liked it a lot, and Blake Lively does a fantastic job on the role, especially considering that she is pretty much the only actress on the entire film. I also really liked the CGI shark, that looked really threatening and real, the cinematography by Flavio Labiano is really good to look at too. It does get a bit too get going until the shark attack, but overall this movie is really well made and the director Jaume Collet-Serra keeps on making really entertaining thrillers over and over again. This one is no exception either because it has all the thrills and nail-biting scenes that make this a good summer fun flick.

The Secret Life of Pets is an animated adventure comedy movie directed by Chris Renaud and Yarrow Cheney. It stars the voices of Louis C.K., Eric Stonestreet, Kevin Hart, Steve Coogan, Ellie Kemper, Bobby Moynihan, Lake Bell, Dana Carvey, Hannibal Buress, Jenny Slate, and Albert Brooks. The movie follows Max, a dog who lives as a pet with his owner and enjoys everyday with her. That is until the owner brings in another pet named Duke who Max has some problems with. I very much liked this film, it is a fun colorful animated flick with a very talented voice cast and some very good laughs along the way. It is interesting and has a very good concept, despite it being similar to Toy Story. But it totally works in favor of the film as it does hold our interest until the end with likable, yet underdeveloped, characters that any pet owner will fall in love with. It is not perfect however as it has many apparent flaws, as I already mentioned it is very similar to Toy Story and it borrows a lot from it. The side characters are just there really, they don't do much and we get to know very little about them throughout the entirety of the film. But all in all, this is a hit for Illumination who surely know how to make those numbers at the box office huge every single time. Imagine this movie even surpassed Inside Out at the domestic gross and it holds the highest opening record for an original movie ever, again surpassing a much better film - Inside Out, which is insane to think about.

Me Before You is a romantic drama film directed by Thea Sharrock based on the novel by Jojo Moyes with the same name. The film stars Emilia Clarke, Sam Claflin, Jenna Coleman, Charles Dance, Matthew Lewis, Ben Lloyd-Hughes and Janet McTeer. The movie is about a girl named Lou Clark who is desperate for a job and so the goes on to take care of a recently paralyzed man from a rich family, who she slowly creates a bond with. This is a well made movie with amazing performances all around, especially by the amazing Emilia Clarke who gives a wonderful performance on the leading role. By her side is Sam Claflin who plays Will Traynor, and he does a very good job too. It is a movie filled with heart breaking emotional scenes, very good cinematography and a brilliant score by Craig Armstrong that makes Me Before You as a whole one of the best romances there are. Sure it has some problems, and the ending will leave some people confused and angry but overall this movie works on so many levels that those flaws are hardly even noticeable as the good outweighs the bad by a lot.

Ice Age: Collision Course is an animated comedy adventure film directed by Mike Thurmeier. Stars the voices of Ray Romano, John Leguizamo, Denis Leary, Queen Latifah, Keke Palmer, Jennifer Lopez, Simon Pegg and Chris Wedge, returning, and the new voices of Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Adam DeVine, Nick Offerman, Max Greenfield, Stephanie Beatriz, Melissa Rauch, Michael Strahan, Jessie J and Neil deGrasse Tyson. The movie follows the old crew of Manny and his family Ellie and Peaches, Sid, Diego and his wife Shira plus some friendly faces come back, such as Buck who was first presented in the third movie. After many adventures together, now the crew has to escape an asteroid that is headed towards them. This is a fun family friendly adventure that is definitely more on the focus of kids but adults can have some laughs here and there too. I get why a lot of people hated on this film, it is the 5th one in the franchise and the formula has become too obvious at this point. It's easy to just hate this film and be comfortable saying I HATED IT, it **** there is nothing good about it, they should just stop making these, BUT the matter of the fact is that this is a better film than the last one, and just okay overall. The animation is really good actually, and most of the characters are likable, especially Buck voiced by Simon Pegg. He's funny and moves the story forward in a very fast pace. Also the messages and lessons that this movie has are very much for families, and that is great. There is pretty much nothing offensively bad about this film. and while some jokes do not hit and the story is pretty generic, still it is mostly meant for kids and in that regard it works.

Sing Street is a musical comedy-drama that's written, produced and directed by John Carney. On the lead it stars Lucy Boynton, Maria Doyle Kennedy, Jack Reynor, Kelly Thornton and Ferdia Walsh-Peelo. This movie is about a boy who lives with his two parents that are seemingly on the verge of breaking up, and they move him to a free state-school. There he falls for a girl who then he decides to create a band to impress her. This movie is much deeper than that, and I think it benefits from it a lot because this is one of the best films I have seen in a very long time. The acting is phenomenal from every single actor here, starting with Ferdia Walsh-Peelo on the lead as Conor Lalor who gives genuinely one of the best male performances of the year. Ferdia Walsh-Peelo as Raphina, the girl who Conor falls for, is also amazing. But who totally stood out to me was Conor's brother in the movie, Brendan portrayed by Jack Reynor. I can not believe that this is the same guy who was in Transformers: Age of Extinction. I remembered him instantly from that monstrosity but with every second passing with him on screen I was more and more impressed. The writer-director John Carney does a wonderful job here, from the camerawork to the incredible soundtrack that just stays with you long after you've seen this masterpiece. The life lessons are perfectly conveyed to the audience and the "kid" in all of us. I am certainly not what would be considered as an 80's kid and I might have not got all the references but that did not stop me from enjoying the movie so much. I felt for the characters and let me just say that the ending is so emotional and works so well with the story that was being told, that completes this absolute masterpiece of a movie and I can't wait to watch it again.

The Conjuring 2 is a direct sequel to the first Conjuring and is once again directed by James Wan. Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga are back on the leading roles as Ed and Lorraine Warren, the paranormal investigators. Also stars Frances O'Connor, Madison Wolfe, Simon McBurney, Franka Potente and Lauren Esposito among others. The film is based on the true story, that follows Ed and Lorraine Warren trying to help a family with their problems with paranormal forces in Brimsdown, Enfield council house in 1977, what is their most documented paranormal case ever. This is one of the best horror movies ever made in my opinion, and it is much better than the first film which I also really liked. What this movie does is benefit from a great horror director who clearly knows how to inject good scares with amazing use of camerawork and tension building that result to thrilling scenes and make for a great movie overall. All of the actors do a fantastic job, with Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga on the lead who have great chemistry with each other and make us really feel for their characters when stuff with the demons is going down. Also, Madison Wolfe gives one of the best kid performances on screen ever. She is just brilliant and carries entire scenes on her own, with her amazing gifted ability to act and it might just be me but she is totally Oscar worthy here. Much better than all the kids in Stranger Things combined, even though I know that's a TV Shows by comparison, but just on the acting scale of things she deserves much more recognition for this role . Since the movie is over two hours, by the end it does feel like it is going on for a bit too long, and the ending in itself is a bit too much in the sense that the way they defeat the demon and resolve the case felt like cheating to me. But either way those are the only small issues that I have with this wonderful film which I loved and I can't wait to see what's in store for this universe.

In Blood Father we have Mel Gibson starring on the leading role in what is considered as an action film and his return to form. Now I will agree with one of that because Gibson gives a terrific performance here from start to finish. He showed emotion and anger in many scenes and totally portrayed a father who is missing his daughter, and then trying to understand her considering that he has not been there for her his entire life. Also the cinematography by Robert Gantz is amazing and the music, even though underused, it's definitely well composed by Sven Faulconer. But unfortunately this is one boring, uninteresting and very poorly directed film that its few technical achievements and one performance are the only good things to get out from. Its genres are action and thriller but there are basically two action sequences in the entire movie, and I have no idea where the "thriller" was. It is filled with drama that no one cares about, his daughter is just a dumb character who makes no sense and does stupid things just to get the plot moving forward. The director Jean-François Richet seemed to have no idea what he wanted to make here, because scenes just happen and they happen so slowly that just bore you to death, and get you out of the movie entirely. Also, the editing is absolutely horrific, there are a lot of scenes that have continuation errors and are very painfully obvious. It tries to be something that is not and it fails in almost every level, despite a very good performance by Mel Gibson, Blood Father is a total waste of time and money.

Zootopia is an animated buddy-cop comedy mystery film directed by Byron Howard and Rich Moore. The screenplay is written by Jared Bush, Phil Jonston and on the main voice-role stars Ginnifer Goodwin, Jason Bateman, Idris Elba, Jenny Slate, Nate Torrence, Bonnie Hunt, Don Lake, Tommy Chong, J. K. Simmons, Octavia Spencer, Alan Tudyk, and Shakira. Zootopia is a place where all animals, prey and predator live in peace and harmony. A rabbit named Judy Hops dreams of becoming the first rabbit cop ever and on her journey to her dream she runs into a fox, named Nick Wilde. Together they will try to solve a mystery about some missing predator civilians on the city of Zootopia. I personally loved this film and its message with all my heart. I was in tears by the end of the film just because of how beautiful/creative and well done the message about living in peace and together even though we may be different in race and/or other things (e.g. religion, gender etc). The animation is incredible to look at, this movie is an undeniable visual treat every second of it. It is also very funny and references a lot of other famous movies and TV Shows (Breaking Bad). Kids will have a good time marveling at the beautiful animation and the really likable characters, but I feel like adults will be the ones to enjoy this movie the most. The message that comes across is timeless and very much necessary at this point and time. All the voice work is amazing, Ginnifer Goodwin does a fantastic job on the lead role and Jason Bateman delivered that slick fun tone throughout his likable character. The music is composed by the talented Michael Giacchino, who has been very busy recently composing pretty much every amazing soundtrack on a lot of successful movies. He also does a very good job here, with his composition that delivers what is required on certain scenes. This is one fast paced, interesting, funny and feel good animated film that Disney seems to have become masters at making recently. I did not find anything wrong with it all throughout the film, and it is definitely one of my favorite films of 2016 so far.

I personally really enjoyed this film and it is much better than its predecessor. Even though I enjoyed parts of the first movie, this one is definitely better. The CGI is fairly well done, and the characters are super entertaining to watch and explore. The brotherhood between the four turtles is done masterfully here, when in the first movie it was absolutely not. The action sequences are really fun and despite the physics not making much sense, that's not what the focus is on here. I personally liked Stephen Amell as Casey Jones, he had a couple of cool action scenes and while by the end he felt a bit wasted, still I am hoping that we see him more in the sequel (if there is one). The main villain is iconic and totally worked for the movie and the finale fight at the end. About the end though, it felt more of the same from the last film and that took me out of it for a second but all in all I definitely enjoyed it and the additions of Bebop and Rocksteady was a genius idea that made the film even more fun.

Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping is a musical mockumentary directed by Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone. The film stars Andy Samberg on the lead role as the popstar and co-stars Sarah Silverman, Tim Meadows, Imogen Poots, Joan Cusack and Maya Rudolph. This movie is basically a satire of the celebrity life (Justin Bieber much ?) and the way that famous people react to falling from grace among other things. I personally really liked this film, it was incredibly funny all the way through and Andy Samberg does a fantastic job on the role here. He's actually really funny and we're once again reminded of his talent. The soundtrack is also unbelievably amazing, all the songs have a really catchy beat and funny lyrics that just replay on your head for a long time after hearing them. It does drag on for quite a bit unfortunately even though it is only 86 minutes it felt like much longer. Also the movie is filled with cliches but I guess that is not the point of the film because it was never trying to shy away from them or be something ground breaking. It is just a fun flick to watch when you have free time and I appreciate it for that.

Warcraft is a fantasy film directed by Duncan Jones and stars Travis Fimmel, Paula Patton, Ben Foster, Dominic Cooper, Toby Kebbell, Ben Schnetzer, Robert Kazinsky and Daniel Wu. The film is based on the Warcraft video game series and portrays the encounters between humans and orcs taking place in different locations that have been set by the video game series before. I personally absolutely loved Warcraft from beginning to end, the incredible visuals that are perfectly mixed in with the amazing written story make up for one of the best summer blockbusters in a long while. All the actors do a fantastic job here, with Travis Fimmel as the leading character on the human side, who is really good on the role. I personally bought Dominic Cooper as the king and Ben Foster as the guardian who gave a very intimidating performance. On the orcs side the motion capture performances were absolute perfection, with the amazing Toby Kebbell on the lead as Durotan. Without spoiling anything I was really caught off by surprise by the amount of deaths of the main characters on this film. I have never played any of the video games and I had no idea what I was walking in to but that really raised the stakes up for the finale against the ever so brilliant villain of the film Gul'dan portrayed by Daniel Wu. The soundtrack composed by Ramin Djawadi is also beautiful and epic at times. It fit in with the battles perfectly all throughout. Overall I truly enjoyed this film and my only issues with it is that the beginning is kind of slow but everything else was amazing and just breathtaking to look at. I am a big fan of the film and I hope there will be a sequel in the near future to arrive.

The Legend of Tarzan is directed by David Yates and stars the likes of Alexander Skarsgård, Samuel L. Jackson, Margot Robbie, Djimon Hounsou, Jim Broadbent, and Christoph Waltz. With a director such as the amazing David Yates, you'd except your fantasy movie experience to be special considering his brilliant previous work on the Harry Potter franchise but you'd just be left disappointed - like me. This movie had it all going for, a big budget, an amazing cast and director all they had to do was come up with a simple script that pushes Tarzan towards his adventure on the jungle, and they failed miserably. The story is so confusing and even worse uninteresting that at a point you're left asking yourself - is Tarzan even on this ? And when we finally do arrive at the ever so expected Tarzan classic sequences such as, swinging through the jungle, it is so disappointing and terribly done that you realize it was not worth the wait at all. Heck, even the fight scenes with Tarzan in it were so poorly shot, with intense shaky cam that makes it nearly impossible to tell what's going on. Then there are a lot of side stories that are just thrown in there for the sake of the story that you do not care about at all. On a more positive note though, Samuel L. Jackson looked like he was having fun on the role and his character gave the film that much needed energy from time to time. Christoph Waltz however was generic to an unbelievable degree, his character's motivation for doing the things he's doing make very little sense, not that anybody even cares about it either way. Even the CGI was mediocre, in a year when we've had movies like The Jungle Book where the talking animals looked almost photo-realistic, Legend of Tarzan just fails on that and many other levels too. There were a few scenes here and there that were fine-ish to look at and slightly interesting but overall I would not recommend this film at all. It is filled with potential but only ends up being a major disappointment that suffers from terrible pacing and a story which is all over the place to say the least.

X -Men: Apocalypse is a superhero film and the ninth installment on the X-Men film series. It is directed by Brian Singer with a screenplay by Simon Kinberg. It stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Oscar Isaac, Nicholas Hoult, Rose Byrne, Tye Sheridan, Sophie Turner, Olivia Munn and Lucas Till. In Apocalypse, the ancient mutant En Sabah Nur awakens in 1983 and plans to wipe out modern civilization and take over the world, leading the X-Men to try to stop him and defeat his team of renegade mutants. I personally loved this movie from beginning to the end. I started to get emotionally invested from the Magneto scene in the woods, and from then on it was just a thrill ride. The acting is absolutely great from everyone, starting with the always amazing Michael Fassbender, who is exceptional on the role as always. The newcomers all do a really good job with the stand out, Sophie Turner who definitely does not disappoint in the iconic role. Apocalypse, played by Oscar Isaac who is taking over the world by storm (in this movie quiet literally), looks really good on screen, and the acting by Oscar is fine and serviceable. What irritated me the most were the special effects, which certainly could and should have been better. Even First Class had better effects than Apocalypse, I mean it's not all bad, there are scene that are great to look at but sometimes it just lost me on all the obvious green screen. The music is undeniably good though, the main theme is great and memorable. It does also feel a bit too long, especially with all the leading up scenes, but overall this is a really well made and absolutely fun entry in the X-Men franchise. The new trilogy, First Class, Days of Future Past and Apocalypse, is most certainly one of the best superhero trilogies there are.

Batman: The Killing joke is an animated superhero film directed by San Liu. It is a direct adaptation of the graphic novel with the same name that came out in 1988. It stars the voices of Kevin Conroy, Mark Hamill, Tara Strong and Ray Wise. The comic book that the movie is based on is a classic and most anybody has heard of it. It is basically the origin of the Joker and involves a lot of graphic content. That's the main reason as to why this movie is rated R, the first animated film to be so. I personally really liked it, the animation is not great unfortunately especially considering that DC has had better "animated" movies in the past. But the story is engaging and interesting all the way through. There's a lot of controversy about Batgirl in this film, mainly because "she's objectified" and her only purpose is to serve as a motivation for Batman (and another "dirty" purpose for the Joker). But that is absolutely stupid in my opinion, it is reminding me of the controversy over the X-Men Apocalypse poster where Jennifer Lawrence's character Mystique was being choked by Apocalypse. Fox had to apologize for THAT because feminism nowadays is out of hand. But that nonsense behind, the action scenes are really good, the voice actors all do a phenomenal job and while it is a bit short, it is still a good animated entry for the DC Universe Animated Original Movies.

Triple 9 is a crime drama directed by John Hillcoat and written by Matt Cook. It surprisingly has some very big well known cast members, like Casey Affleck, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Anthony Mackie, Aaron Paul, Clifton Collins, Jr., Norman Reedus, Teresa Palmer, Michael K. Williams, Gal Gadot, with Woody Harrelson, and Kate Winslet. In TRIPLE 9, a crew of dirty cops is blackmailed by the Russian mob to execute a virtually impossible heist. The only way to pull it off is to manufacture a 999, police code for "officer down". Their plan is turned upside down when the unsuspecting rookie they set up to die foils the attack, triggering a breakneck, action-packed finale filled with double-crosses, greed and revenge. I'm just going to start the review by saying what anyone who has seen the movie was thinking, (for the most part) it is extremely boring. It has such a convoluted plot that feels so muddled and just, unfortunately, uninteresting. The cast members do a decent job, with the lead Anthony Mackie, who in my opinion was the best in this movie, as far as acting is concerned. Casey Affleck is fine too, but really nobody else brings their A game here as it is obvious as soon as you lay eyes on the movie. The cinematography by Nicolas Karakatsanis is really nice though, I will give it that. But it is just not enough, as the movie fails on so many levels and has so many apparent flaws that just can't be ignored. It has very few action sequences, especially for an "action" movie, but those few are actually very well handled by the director John Hillcoat. Especially in the middle of the movie when they're trying to catch a drug dealer of some sort. The ending is a total disappointment, overall I think it is a meh movie that had so much potential but very little to offer.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is a superhero film directed by Zack Snyder and written by Chris Terrio and David S. Goyer. It is a follow-up to Man of Steel and the second movie in the DC Extended Universe. The main cast includes the names of Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Jeremy Irons, Holly Hunter and Gal Gadot. The general public is concerned over having Superman on their planet and letting the "Dark Knight" - Batman - pursue the streets of Gotham. While this is happening, a power-phobic Batman tries to attack Superman.,Meanwhile Superman tries to settle on a decision, and Lex Luthor, the criminal mastermind and millionaire, tries to use his own advantages to fight the "Man of Steel". I personally really liked Man of Steel and I. generally speaking, am a fan of Zack Snyder so going in to this movie I had really high expectations especially considering that I'm a huge fan of both Batman and Superman also. I only watched the Ultimate Edition though, so that's what I'm going to be reviewing. Though quite long at 3 hours and 2 minutes, this is one great movie with amazing sequences and extremely great looking visuals. I personally loved Batman v Superman, Ben Affleck is perfect as Batman and Bruce Wayne. Though everyone was criticizing the choice at first, now that is by far the most praised part of the movie. I believe he is the best on screen Batman/Bruce Wayne we've ever had. Henry Cavill impressed me on Man of Steel and he is just as good here. I liked the whole controversy involving Superman, some of the things that included him and his choices affecting him and his moral values. Gal Gadot was amazing as Wonder Woman. I simply adored her portrayal of the iconic character and her motives genuinely make sense. Jesse Eisenberg did not really bother me as Lex Luthor, I know mostly everybody found his performance flawed and he was probably the most criticized of the cast, but he works on the movie as a villain as he gets the story going. The end fight between Batman and Superman is amazingly well shot and done. The visuals just felt so real and grim, I personally love that this movie is dark and the cinematography is just brilliant and fitting, so is the fantastic score. The whole Doomsday fight had, as the entirety of the movie, great visuals and even though the story line takes a back seat still it is a superhero movie first and foremost, so that'd great if everybody remembered. Nothing beats seeing the trinity on screen for the first time ever. The little cameos from the Flash, Cyborg and Aquaman are brilliantly well though out, and just overall awesome. I have heard a lot of negative reviews for the original theatrical cut, so I hope more people see this version of the movie and appreciate it more.

Deadpool is a superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. It is on the same universe as the X-Men films and it is directed by Tim Miller. It stars Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, Ed Skrein, T. J. Miller, Gina Carano, Leslie Uggams and Brianna Hildebrand. In Deadpool, Wade Wilson hunts the man who gave him an accelerated healing factor but also a scarred physical appearance. I liked this movie a lot, it's probably up there on my X-Men movie ranking. Though my favorites are still First Class and Days of Future Past. Ryan Reynolds is P E R F E C T on the role of Deadpool. He has comedic talent and is very good at acting. The jokes he makes on the movie are straight up hilarious, and the puns are just as clever. This is definitely as good as a Deadpool movie was ever going to be. Though it was clear they had a small budget, they still made the most of it and nothing looks fake at all. The action is amazingly shot and superbly done. There's no shaky cam or whatever that thing is that other cheap action movies do, here is just great stunt work mixed in with great visuals and hilarious one liners all around. The fourth wall breaks are genius and well though out. They had great timing and were actually funny. While the overall story might be a bit formulaic, still all the other amazing things just surpass that and make us forget the abomination that was X-Men Origins.

Director Mike Flanagan has already proven himself on the horror genre many times before. Now however, he exceeds all of his previous work with Hush. A psychological horror thriller movie that is very entertaining. This movie is perfectly directed and amazingly written. The premise is nothing new but the execution is what makes it, special and as good as it is. Even though it is produced on a small budget and has a rather short running time, it still manages to keep us intrigued and at the edge of out seats. The ending is also very satisfying too. All the actors do a wonderful job here. The dark tone and the R rating is what helps this movie qualify as genuinely scary at times. It takes the familiar premise and the cliches that come with it, and makes something new out of it. And that's a very hard thing to do, but proven possible by M. Flanagan. I really enjoyed Hush, and while it isn't groundbreaking or anything (which it isn't even trying to be), it is still a fast paced, thrilling, scary and tense movie completed by very good performances and amazing directing.

Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising is a comedy film directed by Nicholas Stoller and written by five different writers. It is the sequel to the surprisingly good and successful Neighbors that came out in 2014. This one has old and new faces on the casting side, with returning names like Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Rose Byrne, plus new cast members such as the amazingly talented Chloë Grace Moretz on the sorority side, with her new "sisters" that are played by Kiersey Clemons and Beanie Feldstein. Overall I quiet enjoyed this movie, and in my opinion it is even funnier and better than the first one. The overall casting choices are perfect, and while the old cast is still incredibly funny and likable, Chloë Grace Moretz totally steals the show in my opinion. She's so darn likable and definitely delivers the perfect one-liners that are super funny. Her character is also likable and interesting at the same time. Zac Efron is also a casting choice that really impressed me on the first Neighbors, and while he was funny on that movie, in this one he just takes it to a whole new level. I pretty much have liked this guy in every movie he's been in so far in his career. He certainly has comedic talent and I hope he keeps on doing what he's doing. Sure some of the jokes and story-lines of this movie feel like a deja-vu from the first movie, but I think that this is just a trend for comedy sequels now. Repeating the same things from the first movie is something that many other comedy sequels have done recently, like Ted 2 and 22 Jump Street. But it worked for both of them and it works for this one too. I really liked this movie, and while it is not comedic gold or a classic, it isn't trying to be either. It is a fun and enjoyable summer movie with some great messages about friendship and family thrown in there to make the perfect balance, and in my opinion, a good comedy movie.

Kung Fu Panda 3 is directed by Jennifer Yuh Nelson and Alessandro Carloni. It is written by Jonathan Aibel and Glenn Berger, and features the voices of Jack Black, Angelina Jolie, Dustin Hoffman, J. K. Simmons, Jackie Chan, Lucy Liu, Seth Rogen, David Cross, Bryan Cranston, Kate Hudson, and James Hong. I really liked Kung Fu Panda 1 and 2 and I was super excited to see where they're going with the third one. If you've seen the the last two movies on this franchise, you pretty much know what you're getting into, very well animated action set pieces, character moments and a prophecy. In this movie, Po, the legendary dragon warrior, reunites with his long lost biological father. When a new threat arises from the spiritual realms, he then has two challenges in front of him, one supernatural and another very different, but much closer to his heart. Just like the last two, I really liked this movie from start to finish. The animation is glorious but what makes these movies as good as they are, is the character moments that make us feel for them. When they're fighting, you get thrilled at the amazing sequences filled with epic moments and great fighters, when they're not fighting, you're usually either laughing a lot, or feeling a lot. It knows when to be funny and when to get serious, and this is very important in such a movie. Sure, all three Kung Fu Panda movies are pretty similar in themes and emotion, but they're all great and build upon one another nonetheless. The villain Kai, voiced by the great J. K. Simmons, is truly a threat to the world of Kung Fu. He makes his presence known by doing great fights, and doing damage that no previous villain could do. Even though personally I like the second movie the most, and the villain Lord Shen (voiced by Gary Oldman) is still overall the best in my opinion, Kai is also very memorable and a strong villain in general. The score, composed by Hans Zimmer is unforgettable and really good, especially the Kai theme that helps him be even more mesmerizing and threatening. I loved this movie, not as much as the second one, but on par with the first one. Overall they're all just really entertaining and memorable animated movies, that are well directed and beautifully written.

London Has Fallen is directed by Babak Najafi and include the main cast of Gerard Butler, Aaron Eckhart, and Morgan Freeman. I enjoyed the movie throughout, even though it started off really boring it definitely had some interesting parts here and there. The ending is also quite fun, in a turn-your-brain-off kind of way. What bothered me the most was the editing, which was terrible up until that one-shot sequence at the end, where it finally got a bit better. Gerard Butler is really great on the role, a total badass, even though he was so in a very unrealistic way. The overall character fits with the theme of the movie. Aaron Eckhart is also fine here, as he is in any movie ever. I think this actor is terribly underrated and overlooked no matter what role he is playing. The CGI is pretty underwhelming, they should have increased the budget from the first movie, which was also better in almost every aspect than this sequel. London Has Fallen is not made to be over analyzed, it is just a fun action meaningless, suspenseful and to a point unnecessary movie that's made for 90's action movie fans to enjoy.

Dirty Grandpa is a comedy film directed by Dan Mazer and written by John Philips. The film stars Robert De Niro, Zac Efron, Zoey Deutch and Aubrey Plaza. After Jason's grandmother dies and just before his marriage, his grandfather asks him to go on a road trip to Daytona Beach, Fla., and there's where Jason learns a couple of lessons from his "dirty grandpa". I found this movie really funny most of the time and I couldn't stop laughing at a lot of the jokes. I suppose that a lot of these negative reviews for this movie are from people who think that this movie is against their "morals". But it doesn't really matter, cause Dirty Grandpa has been a box office success and a lot of people liked it, including me. Zac Efron is really funny, he has shown that he's got comedic guts over and over again. I am becoming a fan of as I keep on seeing him in these kind of movies . Robert De Niro is also awesome on the role all throughout. I also really liked the supporting characters, especially Jason Mantzoukas as a drug dealer who had me laughing every time he was on screen. Sure this movie isn't nowhere near a comedic masterpiece and nor is it trying to be. It is a fun ride from beginning to end, and despite all the cliches, the jokes are what make this ride worth it.

Captain America Civil War is the thirteenth film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, with a screenplay by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely. In Captain America: Civil War, disagreement over international oversight of the Avengers fractures them into opposing factions - one led by Steve Rogers and the other by Tony Stark. Civil War is definitely one of the best Marvel movies to date, and absolutely on par with The Winter Soldier which was also great. They are both on top in the Marvel Cinematic Movies ranking of mine so far. The conflict between these well beloved characters is done in a brilliant and fantastic way by the amazing Russo brothers who took the cheese out of the first Captain America movie , made one serious and great second movie, and build upon them both with the third outing. Everyone does a great job here, Chris Evans has made Captain America his own same as Robert Downey Jr for Iron Man. It features a very big ensemble cast and not one of them is anything less than great on the role. The fight scenes are also some of the best ever made in a comic book movie, even better than in The Winter Soldier. Especially the airport scene is just mesmerizing and totally stands out from everything else that's going on. Spider-Man is also unbelievably well done and Tom Holland is just fantastic. I am one of the few people who actually loved The Amazing Spider Man movies, and really got mad to hear that they are going to reboot the character again but I can see now that it was worth it. The visuals are great from beginning to end, the music is also good as usual. The villain is something that most people though it was the weakest point but I strongly disagree with that. He had reasoning as to why he is doing those things, and he pushes the other characters in new directions which is also necessary. I generally adored this movie, and even though I am a DC fan, there's just no denying that Marvel knows what they're doing and that is why they are much more successful right now.

The Jungle Book is a live-action/CGI fantasy film that retells the story of Mowgli, an orphaned human boy who, guided by his animal guardians, sets out on a journey of self-discovery while evading the threatening Shere Khan. Neel Sethi plays the main character, Mowgli in the movie. He is the only human being on screen and as his first ever role, this kid actor is truly magnificent. He is as good as any kid actor has ever been, even favorably compared to Haley Joel Osment in The Sixth Sense. The computer generated imagery is brilliant all throughout, definitely some of the best ever and the 3D is just mind blowing. In every single scene I kept getting surprised and thrilled at just how amazing the CGI and 3D were. I think the main reason as to why this movie worked it's because it also has a very good story line that's mixed in with the amazing visuals. The voice actors are all perfectly cast, especially Idris Elba as Shere Khan, who is truly haunting in every scene he's in. That was one well made and scary villain that Mowgli had to face. Jon Favreau did a fantastic work with this movie, cause really this story has been told many times before, and yet this movie feels fresh and interesting nonetheless. I'm glad that it's doing so well in Box Office because it completely deserves it. Movies like this must be appreciated so that they can inspire more great work, and maybe one day, even erase movies like Transformers.

The Good Dinosaur is an animated comedy-drama adventure film and the 16th Pixar animated movie. It is directed by Peter Sohn and written by Meg LeFauve. The movie asks the question, what if the asteroid that supposedly wiped out the dinosaurs 65 million years ago, missed ? The main character is Arlo, a young dinosaur who lives with his parents and two siblings at a farm. After a tragedy occurs with a close member of his family, he then has to go on an adventure, where he will learn many things and even befriend a human being, Spot. This movie is just great in every sense of the word. I genuinely do not get all the hate that this has received, I mean sure it got a very good and certified fresh 76% rating on Rotten Tomatoes but many people are calling this as a disappointment simply because it is not the next Toy Story or whatever. Grow up people, cause not everything Pixar does is going to be perfect, and if you can't accept that then the problem is with you, and not the movie. This is definitely one of the best looking animated movies ever made. Sure the characters are not as real looking as the landscapes in the background but you have to remember that this is an animated movie, and usually they are meant for kids who really do not care if a movie looks perfectly real or not. If the character designs are your problem that you're definitely just nitpicking. The voice cast is brilliant all around, and maybe it doesn't have stand out voice performances like Inside Out does but then again, Inside Out is one of the best animated movies ever made so you can't really compare these two simply because they were made by the same production company. The Good Dinosaur is also very touching and heartfelt with a very good message, plus it is for adults too with many jokes that kids will surely not understand but the older can enjoy and appreciate. So basically there's something for everyone here and yet again it made the least money for any Pixar movie ever, which is just stupid. I hope people buy this more on Blu-Ray and DVD so that it does not continue to be as underrated as it as right now.

Room is directed by Lenny Abrahamson and stars Brie Larson, Jacob Tremblay, Joan Allen, Sean Bridgers, and William H. Macy. The film is about a woman named Joy "Ma" Newsome who was abducted and held captive in a room for seven years, and her son, Jack who is five years old and has been living inside that particular room his entire life. The film follows their attempt at escaping from that place and as we see through Jack's eyes, his experience of the outside world for the first time in his life. This is definitely at the top of my best movies of the year, simply because it is incredibly done and perfectly portrayed. Brie Larson and Jacob Tremblay give some of the best performances I've ever seen in my life in any movie what so ever. The kid, Jacob, is phenomenal and surprisingly he carries it all throughout. You'd think that an amazing actress like Brie, and her character would be the center of the movie but that's actually not the case. As she says so in the movie, her kid saves her many times, and that goes to show just how different and amazingly done this movie really is. The director (Lenny Abrahamson) also did a very good job here, as he kept us interested and entertained through the first part of the movie when they're in the room. That is really hard to do, considering that there are not much things to do or a lot of different ways to go about it but this director did it. The music composed by Stephen Rennicks is very touching and gives those very much needed and present emotional moments meaning and heart. I think that one of the main reasons as to why this movie worked so wonderfully well was the screenplay written by the author of the original book that this movie is based upon, Emma Donoghue. More movies should take notice of this and be loyal to the main source because that's the best way to succeed at making an adaptation. I pretty much loved everything about this movie, it was touching, filled with incredible performances, very good cinematography, great directing that conclude to the perfectness that this movie is.

Star Wars The Force Awakens is the seventh installment in the Star Wars film series directed by J. J. Abrams. It stars Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong'o, Andy Serkis and Domhnall Gleeson. This movie is set 30 years after Return of the Jedi and follows Rey, Finn and Poe Dameron's search for Luke Skywalker. They also fight alongside the Resistance as the galaxy faces a new threat from the evil Kylo Ren and the First Order. I really LOVED this movie and every single thing in it. Daisy Ridley is perfect as Rey in the leading role. She was really, really good and showed perfect emotion throughout. She's also awesome in the action sequences and she really sold it. John Boyega is great too, a totally stand out performance from him. Also, Oscar Isaac is very good as he is in every role he's been in so far in his acting career, he was really likable and felt like the new Han Solo. Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher are good too, especially in the scenes between them that were very touching and through them you felt like there was a history and remorse behind. Kylo Ren is brilliant as the main villain in the movie. Adam Driver did a wonderful job as his performance was very haunting and even tho it is not explained perfectly, I still found his backstory very interesting too. Plus the final fight with lightsabers is greatly done and the cinematography is what takes it to a whole new level. The visuals are eye popping, and I loved that they used practical effects mostly. When they used CGI characters it was noticeable but it didn't take me out of it at all. The score, composed by the legendary composer John Williams, it is as great as you'd except and very good-feel like. Unfortunately, many people have given this movie a bad review simply because of it having many throwbacks to the first original movie, as honestly it does have some plot points that do feel déjà vu here and there but then again those scenes are what make a great Star Wars movie and I am thankful that this movie brought us back to the glorious time and wiped out the bad taste of the prequels.

Hotel Transylvania 2 is a fantastic movie directed by the amazing Genndy Tartakovsky and also written by Adam Sandler and Robert Smigel. I truly enjoyed this movie and I couldn't stop laughing many many times throughout. The critics have been very harsh to this movie just because Adam Sandler is in it but that's stupid because this movie is spectacular in my opinion. The ending feels a bit different and weird but everything else is simply funny and overall has a great message about family.

Sicario is a very well directed and beautifully shot movie that follows an FBI agent who is enlisted by a governmental task force to aid in the escalating war against **** film is directed by Denis Villeneuve and the lead stars are Emily Blunt, Benicio del Toro and Josh Brolin. The main things that stand out from this movie are the acting, directing and the brilliant cinematography from the amazing Roger Deakins who can do no wrong.Everybody in the movie is amazing, especially Emily Blunt, who is traumatized most of the time and this is certainly one of the best roles I have ever seen her play. Benicio del Toro also really surprised me and his character is really mysterious. The action in this movie, while there's not much of it, it was still great and very intense. Also, the score is amazing by Jóhann Jóhannsson and it totally deserved the Oscar nomination. However this movie is very slow in some parts and it feels like it's dragging on for quite a while. There are some good intense sequences but at the same time some slow parts that go on forever. The ending is also weird with a surprise twist. Nonetheless I enjoyed this movie but I wouldn't say it's one of the 2015's best.

The Hateful Eight is the 8th movie by the amazing Qunetin Tarantino and certainly one of his best yet.Tarantino wrote it and also directed it,and the cast includes Samuel L. Jackson, Kurt Russell, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Walton Goggins, Demián Bichir, Tim Roth, Michael Madsen, and Bruce Dern. The movie is set in post civil war time and it's about eight strangers who are travelling to Red Rock but a strong blizzard makes spend a few days at a stagecoach stopover located on a mountain pass.Soon they begin to be suspicious that one of them is not who he says he is and is going to kill them all as soon as he gets the chance to. This movie is terrific,and the cast is spectacular.This is one of the best performance from Samuel L. Jackson on a Tarantino film ever.Surprisingly Jennifer Jason Leigh is great too,since she is on a side role only,but nonetheless it's a stand out for her too.Walton Goggins is also very good on the role and memorable too. The cinematography is phenomenal by Robert Richardson and I'm so glad that Ennio Morricone won the long deserved Academy Award for the brilliant and mesmerizing/haunting score on this movie. I have heard a lot of negative buzz about this movie as well as controversy regarding some racial issues that some people seem to have with it and in my opinion is pointless and stupid.People must learn to appreciate art and amazing film making like this in order for the cinematic experience to be good. It is quite long but it certainly doesn't feel that way because it is not boring in any part what so ever.Quentin Tarantino is a genius filmmaker and I hope/pray that he will keep on making movies forever because he is a great director and one of the best that we've got working today.

Steve Jobs is directed by Danny Boyle and written by Aaron **** stars Michael Fassbender as Jobs,other supporting cast include Kate Winslet,Seth Rogen,Katherine Waterston,Michael Stuhlbarg and Jeff Daniels The movie explores Steve Jobs and it's divided in three parts on different time periods.Steve Jobs is completely about dialogue,so many people can be bored endlessly if they only want action in movies and excitement but thankfully I am one of those people who appreciate dialogue driven films. It doesn't go through the entire life of Steve Jobs and obviously many important elements were left out on that aspect but it is not what the movie's about at ****'re here to see how he got to be the Steve Jobs that we all know,to see why he is who he is and with the help of the amazing dialogue written by Aaron Sorkin we get it. Michael Fassbender gives one of the best performances of the entire year and so does Kate Winslet.Some of the scenes including the father-daughter story line are very emotional and build on the character and likability of Steve.Also,Fassbender nails every single scene he is in so having him on screen in between these emotional,dialogue scenes just makes everything perfect. I really like the way the entire movie was played out to us,the dialogue is great and so is the **** director did a fantastic job here,but he did have one of the best screenwriters working today to help him out,which concluded to an amazingly rich and thrilling movie.

The Big Short is an amazing and very well done movie directed by Adam **** film also includes many stars such as Christian Bale,Steve Carell,Ryan Gosling and Brad Pitt. The movie is based on a book by Michael Lewis and it's the true story of the U.S mortgage housing crisis of 2005.Through their own research,some investors find out that the US mortgage backed securities market was a bubble about to burst.Then they decide to take on the big banks,and rightfully so,but what they didn't know is the impact on the average person that this is going to have. I really enjoyed this movie,it has great acting and the stand out to me is certainly Christian Bale who once again gives a very good performance.Though that's nothing new really,he has been amazing since he started in this business.Steve Carell is also brilliant here,and maybe just as good as he was in Foxcatcher. The director does a very good job at portraying these events on the big screen and most importantly making them simple enough for the average person to understand,since there are a lot of numbers. The editing by Hank Corwin is amazing too and so is the score.I guess the only issues that I had are the way that some elements were explained (by cameos),and that fourth-wall breaking thing got boring and weird at some point. Overall,this is a very well made and interesting movie that's amazingly directed and **** acting is top notch by pretty much everyone,and despite a few flaws I totally enjoyed this movie

Carol is a romantic-drama film that's directed by Todd **** two main stars of the movie are Cate Blanchett as Carol and Rooney Mara as Therese Belivet. This movie is set in 1950s and it follows Carol and Therese who form a bond,after meeting in a department store,and they soon begin to fall in love with each other but that is followed by complicated consequences. I really did not think much of this movie,the stars do a pretty fine job especially Cate Blanchett but unfortunately I did not find Rooney Mara's performance to be nowhere near as good as some have suggested.Overall I would say this is an overrated movie that got a lot of buzz,which in my opinion came with the leading stars being female and the subject touching on the lesbian matter (and consequences of the time period that the movie takes place). The story became predictable by the end,the direction was not very good either simply because the way that the director chose to display this movie out has already been done before many times. However, I did love the score though,as it made some not-so-well made scenes have more weight to them and also gave the dialogue a little much needed punch.Also, the cinematography and the scenery is beautiful throughout as the 1950s come to life on the big screen in an amazing way. I was bored in some parts and also had quite a few issues but all in all this is a well made and good looking/well acted movie enough to get a pass as a GOOD movie (but not much else).

The Martian is a 2015 science-fiction film that is directed by Ridley Scott,who finally decided to make good movies again,and stars Matt Damon as Mark Watney in the leading role.Other stars are Jessica Chastain,Kristen Wiig,Jeff Daniels,Michael Peña, Kate Mara,Sean Bean,Sebastian Stan,Aksel Hennie,and Chiwetel Ejiofor. The film is about some astronauts who after a storm blast off the planet Mars but they leave behind Mark Watney as he is presumed **** turns out to have survived the storm and with only a few supplies and food for counted days,he must use science and grow food in a place where nothing grows in order to survive until the next rescue mission comes for him. I seriously loved this movie,the performances are all very great,especially Matt Damon who gives the performance of a **** seems very much committed to the role and he is full of emotion that equals to a great and Oscar-worthy performance. Ridley Scott does an incredible job here with the way that he decides to take on the story and also the ending is just brilliant and very well directed. The score by Harry Gregson-Williams is also very haunting and memorable but what stands out the most here is the incredibly amazing cinematography by Dariusz Wolski. The Mars scenes look great and they just feel real,them mixed with the very good visual effects just make for the perfect once in a lifetime experience. I really enjoyed The Martian and it's certainly one of the best movies of 2015.Ridley Scott is back with a bang.

This movie is truly great with amazing animation and really good/well chosen voice **** characters are so well done and interesting too,I also love that it's super smart and some of the action sequences are mesmerizing.Plus this movie is very funny and I'm sure kids and adults will have a wonderful time watching it,

Brave is a 2012 animated comedy-fantasy film directed by Mark Andrews and Brenda **** is the 13th Pixar film,and certainly a great one as their previous. Brave follows Merida the daughter of Scottish King Fergus and Queen **** is a skilled archer who wants to make her own fate in life and pursue her own **** is then forced to get married,as the tradition requires at a certain age but she is in her own mind and seeks help from a witch to change the fate and be her own person in life. This movie is amazing,from the glorious animation to the characters who are likable just as much as they are interesting.Merida is a strong female lead character who chooses her own path in life and makes her own decisions for **** has dreams and most importantly is "brave" enough to pursue them till the very ****'s also smart and Kelly Macdonald's voice work just helps the cause with her amazing Scottish Accent. The story is very interesting and intriguing while still being emotional that gives depth to the **** it also has funny moments throughout,even though the finale is very dark and also even sad which in my opinion is great. People has been complaining about the twist over and over again and how it is more of a kids film than for adults,which Pixar is used to **** I disagree because while it is an absolute treat for kids,it is also dark at times,it has adult jokes here and there and what's very important,it has character development at its **** place where Merida and different characters in the movie are at the beginning and where they end up is just brilliant and life **** lessons they learn through their adventures,them being good or bad,and the way that this movie teaches people that we can make our own fate if we are brave enough to follow our hearts,that makes for an unforgettable experience.

Brooklyn is a 2015 historical period drama film that is directed by John Crowley and based on the novel with the same name by Colm Tóibín. This movie is about an Irish immigrant set in the 1950s,who falls for a Italian plumber but then she faces problems in doing the same thing for another man when she goes back home for a "short" visit. This movie is beyond amazing,with well written characters and great performances especially by the lead Saoirse Ronan as Eilis Lacey,who in my opinion gives by far the best performance of the year (only real competition being Brie Larson from **** is truly memorable and very much deserving of every award she received so far and hopefully will continue to receive more.Emory Cohen is also very good as Tony (Eilis's Italian lover).I hope that this is the role that gets him recognized and gets him more work because he so deserves it.Domhnall Gleeson has had an amazing year with Ex Machina,Star Wars:TFA and now this,where he plays as Jim Farrell,Emilis's second lover from her hometown.This guy can do no wrong and I'm pretty sure that he slowly is winning over everyone's heart. The director (John Crowley) does a wonderful job and he deserved a nomination for Best Director at the Academy Awards but was snubbed **** brings these characters to life with wonderful directing and excellent scenery with interesting and sometimes ironic scenes between the two different love lives of Eilis. The score is fantastic,it is sad when it needs to and wonderfully emotional for some of the more romantic scenes,the cinematography and editing are also mesmerizing and the movie is in just the right running time as it needs to be. I loved this movie and I would recommend it to everyone who hasn't seen it yet because more and more people need to see this amazing piece of work in the big screens.

Creed is the seventh film on the Rocky franchise,directed by Ryan Coogler and stars Michael B. Jordan as Adonis Johnson the son of Apollo Creed,Sylvester Stallone returning to play Rocky Balboa and Tessa Thompson as Bianca. Creed follows Adonis Johnson,who's father (Apollo Creed) died before he was born.However he loves to box and one day he decides to seek out Rocky Balboa to train him.Rocky sees Apollo in Adonis and agrees to train him,even though he battles a deadly opponent but with Rocky's help he will train and try to make a name for himself not just depend on his father's. This movies,much like Rocky (1976),it's not concentrated on the boxing as much as in the characters.Adonis Johnson is played wonderfully by Michael B. Jordan who is definitely Oscar worthy with this performance.Adonis is trying to prove that he was not just a mistake and show the world that he can **** goes through a lot of struggle but with the help of Rocky he will try to overcome his fears and be better at what he does. Sylvester Stallone is magnificent on the iconic role **** proves that The Expendables it's not all he does and he is worthy of a lot more. One of the first professional fights on the ring that Adonis has it's been made to look as one-shot take and it's brilliant.I really loved that scene and even more than the final battle. I really like the personal struggles that the characters have to go through,the way they overcome them and the dialogue between the two main characters it's really good and sometimes even touching.I was tearing up in a few scenes and the amazing soundtrack coordinating with the lines of the dialogue made for some pretty intense/sad scenes. I really liked Creed,it's certainly one of the best movies of the year and worthy of many awards.

The Revenant is one of the best movies as far as cinematography **** natural shots they were able to take are amazing and **** visuals are beyond perfect and that "Bear scene" is so great that it's hard to believe how they were able to do **** movie is gritty and also intense while still being very interesting and gorgeously shot with top notch performances and directing. Leonardo DiCaprio gives one of the best,if not the best performance of the year by a male in a leading role and I truly hope that this time he actually gets to win an Oscar for ****'s so committed to the role and it shows especially in some of the more brutal scenes. Tom Hardy also nails the role perfectly and gives almost an equally great performance as **** voice is weird though but by now we're used to him having different voices on different roles,even though sometimes is hard to understand what he's saying. It does get brutal though and some of the things that the characters have to do to survive are beyond disgusting but reasonable and understandable for the situations they're in. The soundtrack is also very good but it's not what you take away from the movie the most,because the amazing cinematography and the style of the movie,the direction that Alejandro G.Iñárritu goes including here the two amazing performances of the leads are what you take away the most about this amazing cinematic achievement. At 153 minutes it is a bit too long but that doesn't take away from the movie that much because this still remains as one of the best movies of the year with some of the best performances,cinematography,visuals a really good score and memorable scenes that are bound to stick in your mind for a long time after.

The Walk is directed by Robert Zemeckis and stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt in the main role as Philippe Petit a wire man whose dream is to hang a wire in between the Two Towers in New York and walk on it. This movie is based on a true story,which I knew nothing about and honestly that made the experience much better considering that I did not know how it played **** acting is magnificent,Joseph Gordon-Levitt has proven over and over again that he is an amazing **** accent in the movie I thought it would bother me when I heard it in the trailer but it actually did not.I got used to it very soon and by the end I even forgot that he was doing an accent at all. The movie does take its time to start though,as its very slow buildup in the beginning but the second half its astonishing and a wonderful achievement with stunning visual effects that make you feel as if you're actually there,and considering that I am afraid of heights it truly struck me and I loved **** is also intense,interesting and above all inspiring.Seeing this guy do the impossible and make his dream come true that truly inspires me and everyone else who's seen it to go for our dream and try to do the impossible. I really enjoyed the movie,despite a very slow start and quiet honestly also a somewhat forced romance.Still this is a very well done movie with very good acting,great visuals and a very intense final act that will stay with you even after you see the movie.

Harris,Anthony Mackie,Wood Harris,Judy Greer,David Dastmalchian and Michael Douglas. In Ant-Man, Lang must help defend Dr. Pym's Ant-Man shrinking technology and plot a heist with worldwide ramifications. Paul Rudd plays Scott Lang,a burglar who breaks into houses and steals **** was arrested many times but now he's decided to change.Rudd is amazing in the role,he's such a nice and welcome edition to the Marvel hero ****'s funny,charismatic and committed to the role. Michael Douglas as Hank Pym though is what makes this movie even more amazing that it already **** is so great on the role and it's so nice to see him actually act again.Even his backstory is truly interesting and I would love to see a prequel all about him. Evangeline Lilly as Hope van Dyne is also very good.I like that she's a strong character and does not necessarily depend on others,I really like where they are going with her character and I'm super excited to see her back in the sequel. The visual effects for this movie are mind-blowing and truly impressive.I really enjoyed the action sequences especially his final throw downs with **** scope of the battles and the way they decided to direct and present them made me laugh out loud in so many occasions,especially the scene already seen in the trailers with Tomas the Train,which is hilarious and perfectly shot. There are a few story lines in this film,one of them being Scott and his daughter.I liked that story line despite most of the people saying that it felt forced and only put in the movie to make us care more about Scott Lang.I disagree actually because it absolutely did make us care but it also gave the character a reason to wear the Ant-Man suit and it truly worked. The villain in this movie (portrayed by Corey Stoll) is also a complain that I've heard quiet a lot.I disagree here also because in my opinion his intentions and motives from his back story are truly interesting and believable.I also truly liked Corey Stoll's performance and the yellowjacket suit looked **** makes up for some really good looking and overall interesting fights with Ant-Man. The movie faced some problems along the production,it changed directors as it was once going to be directed by Edgar Wright but his concepts and basic story did not fit in with the MCU so they changed it and that is totally fine with me.I liked Peyton Reed's directing and style and I also like the humor in it,most of it being delivered by Michael Peña who every time he talks it's just comedy gold and I was laughing so much. I truly enjoyed Ant-Man,it is a nice and pretty different addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe,with the scale of the movie being much smaller (pun intended) and it being first and foremost a heist movie.

The Visit is a 2015 found footage horror/comedy film written,produced and directed by M. Night **** film stars Olivia DeJonge,Ed Oxenbould,Deanna Dunagan,Peter McRobbie and Kathryn Hahn. This movies is about two little kids named Becca and Tyler that head deep into Pennsylvania farm country to meet their maternal grandparents for the first time.They do this so that they can give her mother some time alone with her new boyfriend Miguel so that she can be happy.Everything seems to go well up until the two kids notice their grandparents increasingly strange behaviors day by day and they get more and more concerned as to why these things are happening and what is the meaning behind it all. The Visit is a return to form for writer/director M. Night Shyamalan as he has done some not-so-good movies **** this one though,he decides to do something different and with a small budget he tackles on found footage movies. This movie is funny,surprisingly,and interesting to a **** acting is really good in it especially by the two kid actors,Ed Oxenbould who brings the comedy in the movie and makes the experience better,Olivia DeJonge who is the one filming this all and the movie does give a good enough reason as to why she is doing so.Olivia did bring some of the more heartfelt scenes to life and she did it perfectly. One of the main problems with this movie is that it mixes comedy and horror way to much that at a point you can't even tell if they're joking or being serious anymore cause it sort of plays out as **** two older actors do a great job but their characters aren't at always at their best.Sometimes they just came out as annoying and/or dumb. The ending is pretty good and brutal and it does have a little nice twist to it.Ultimately though it does feel like its dragging on for a bit too long but anyways this is a good and a welcome return to form for Shyamalan and I hope he does more movies like this and less big budget ones.

Spectre is awesome,with amazing visual effects,great acting as you'd except from a James Bond movie,thrilling action with intense sequences and interesting story **** villain is sort of wasted but overall this is a very fun ride.

As terrifying as an horror movie can **** Babadook is interesting,has amazing acting with a very well made/handled monster that frightens the heck out of you,the direction is very good that makes this movie one of the best horror movies in a couple of years.

Inside Out is the newest Pixar movie and also one of their best ever,which clearly means that this movie is something special. This movie is about Riley,an 11 year old girl from Minnesota who loves Hockey and lives happily with her mom and **** everything falls apart when they move to San Francisco,where she has to deal with a new house,and new school where she needs to make new friends and her emotions Joy,Sadness,Fear,Anger and Disgust guide her through these life changing events.Though,affected by these changes,Sadness makes a few mistakes that end up with her and Joy,into the far reaches of Riley's mind and with only Fear,Anger and Disgust left to the head quarters to guide Riley and to try and maintain positive thinking. First off to begin with,the emotions and their voice cast in this movie is all around perfect.Starting with Joy,voiced by Amy Poehler,Fear by Bill Hader,Disgust by Mindy Kaling,Anger by Lewis Black and Sadness by Phyllis Smith.They all do a masterful job in here,giving the right voice "emotion" to their emotions. Pete Docter is the director of this movie,he previously directed Monsters Inc,which I truly love,and Up,which is my all time favorite animated movie.This guy is a genius at **** has mastered the art of the animation so well now that everything he does,its perfect. I really liked the way the world inside the mind was presented.I think they found new and interesting ways to show that to us and to impress **** animation is gorgeous as every other Pixar movie ever,but what makes this movie great,it is the story,that its special and **** is also very funny and will most certainly brings tears of joy (literally) to those who watch it. Kids should see this movie,because they will have fun and marvel at the animation,and laugh at the jokes in it.They will also learn about emotions and about what makes us human as a **** quiet frankly,in my opinion this movie is targeted more to adults,because of its thematic and interesting plot and I am pretty sure that adults will get the best of this movie,which is a weird thing to say about an animation,but then again,this is Pixar and you can except anything from these miracle workers. I honestly cried like 3 times in this movie,which is to be expected from this director,after that truly sad and masterpiece of a movie that he made before this,Up,and from what I heard,a lot of people cried also which is an astonishing achievement for the crew. I read an article on how Psychiatrists around the world are really loving this movie,which can clearly tell you just how amazing and well thought Inside Out is.They are saying that kids should definitely see this movie and that it can teach them a lot about emotions which is a hard thematic discussion to have for adults with their children. This is a stunning and original movie,also by far the best Pixar movie since Toy Story 3,and in my opinion,in Top 3 of all time Pixar movies.Everyone should watch this movie and I hope that it gets nominated for Best Picture,as Pixar's two earlier movies (Up and Toy Story 3).

Dope is a movie about Malcolm,a geek that lives in a tough neighborhood and he is addicted with the 90s,with its music its style and everything,he even thinks that he and his friends were supposed to live back then. I enjoyed the movie quiet a lot actually,despite not expecting much from **** is a fun and smart movie about these geek teenagers making a name for themselves even though born in the wrong time at the wrong place. Shameik Moore did an incredible job as Malcolm,the lead of the **** showed emotions,he was funny when needed to and he is one of the best things about this entire movie.Kiersey Clemons and Tony Revolori were also very good as Malcoms best friends. Though the movie is not without its **** being its twisted and controversial messages all involving life changing decisions for these teenagers which is really weird and might be misunderstood to some. Overall this is a good movie,undeniably and a surprising one because I was not expecting it to be this good and despite some flaws and some pacing issues here and there,this movie is a hit.

Free Birds is a fun and interesting animated movie that kids can enjoy and have a great time at.This movie in my opinion is hated way too much and unfairly because it does have problems on its own but it also has good things in it and above all,good characters that make for a fun ride.

Pacific Rim is one of the coolest looking movies ever and while the humans and the parts when they are not throwing down are not as much fun,this movie can qualify as entertaining on my book.

Saving Private Ryan is the best war movie ever made and one of the best in general in the movie history. This movie is very realistic and shows how the war is very ugly and there's nothing heroic about **** shows the sufferings of the characters and the way they deal with certain real **** is also perfectly shot and directed,as Spielberg did an incredible job here.Even the hand held camera work is believable and it takes it to a whole new level of **** truly gets ugly,with deaths all over the place and by the end you are very invested on some of the characters,especially the main one played by the awesome Tom Hanks,Captain Miller.This characters is so well developed and interesting that it makes you root for him all the way through,and that is a great thing. The effects are really good and realistic,as everything else in the movie,and also the movie does change directions a couple of times,but each time is a smart change and an interesting one. The actors do an amazing job here,besides Tom Hanks,there's also Tom Sizemore who impressed me so much,and I loved him on the role.Matt Damon is also very good,and so is every single one else. This movie succeeds at every level and everything it was going for,it is a near perfect movie with realistic portrayal of the war and its ugliness.I really love this movie,it is one of my all time favorites.
