This action masterpiece is finally on PC! I'm happy to report that this version of the game is fantastic, tons of options, runs excellently even at 4K and beyond, and it runs well on older hardware. The game itself is incredibly enjoyable, with virtually perfect controls, stunning art direction and it doesn't take itself too seriously which was a breath of fresh air during its original… Expand

A must-play for any video game aficionado. The Neverhood is an amazingly original and creative point-and-click puzzle/adventure game. Beautiful graphics, story, sound and music. Although probably too bizarre for mainstream gamers, those that were lucky enough to stumble upon this gem have enjoyed a truly unique gaming experience. For anyone who is looking for something off the beaten path, The Neverhood is your game

A fantastic game from Squire Enix 1.Graphics is just awesome.Color combination used here is just perfect and capture the true American theme...what is more, the attention given to graphics is insane ..even the little things are done with care....(10/10) 2.Main character Max is likable person...they should give little more attention to side characters and story (7/10) 3.interesting game mechanic... 4.F**k you IGN for misguiding people with this game...this a fantastic effort

I like this game. It is a very interesting story. The graphics are nothing amazing, but they are alright. The actually gameplay is clever, easy, and fun... resembling some odd cross of early Warcraft mixed with final fantasy tactics. But it falls apart in the diffaculty. It goes along easy for a long time, then is suddenly impossible. I have replayed through about five different ways now, on easy... and get stuck in the same spot. Stick with the free demo.

A clever idea that's perfect for smartphones. Reigns has ample thought put into it's complicated yet easy to grasp idea. Being a King has never been more fun and challenging. Perfect to play for short bursts on the go, or long stretches at home. And there's no microtransactions, even on tablets and smartphones!

This game I loved at first, till I hit the massive slap in the face that woke me up. First lets get this out of the way, this game is pay-to-win,if you buy gems, like clash of clans, you can zoom to get maxed out. Here are the positive things -It creates a RTS style game with cards, which I honestly haven't seen at all, although i'm sure some other game has done it -The beginning is amazing! Its just nice and well presented You can have friendly battles with your clan-mates,you essentially just play them without any risk, clash of clans NEEDS a system like this. -The progression is done well.Leveling up definitely feels rewarding. -Graphics are relatively nice for a mobile game Negatives -Matchmaking is outright broken, for all intents and purposes,it is the clash of clans search finder, however in clash you can choose who you can battle, you can't here.Which means you get played against people that have FAR better cards then you do. -Game is completely unbalanced with a lot of cards,if you don't have these specific cards you will simply lose when you face against someone who does, such as the skeleton army, which can wipe out 3-4 cards with little effort -Game is pay to win,I already mentioned this so I won't go into detail -You essentially can only play a worthwhile battle every 3 hours, maybe more, since chests take a long time to open -There is no way to discard unwanted chests, lets say you only want to open gold chests, not silver **** bad,you can't get rid of the silver chests. -Map are small, you get 8 maps, all are the same just re-textured,a river in the middle, with two bridges and the two players on both sides. That's all you get when you battle, make a variety with maps,to allow for different strategies! -The card count is limited,it may seem extensive at first, but card game hearthstone has over 400 cards,Royale has 49,49!. This game is really a four out of ten,but the fact that you can pay money and immediately become max level, along with they shove buying gems in your face with the chest timers just make me have to take off a point.Free-To-Play model problems

I am not a huge fan of point-and-click adventures, but i really love this one! The story of the melancholic clown and his pet has great moments most of them funny but also some sad. The game looks amazing with its handdrawn backrounds and livley animated characters. The sound... That seems to be a problem in the english version but for the german version I can say that thevoice actiong is amazing and the music ( which is available at the publishers page) is wonderful. I had soem problems with the riddles though some of them are really logical and some are just chaotic. But personally I can oversee these flaws, because when I think back at this game, I have to start smiling thinking of the good time I had and then I turn on the soundtrack think about the stunning ending!

As many people have described this game as Dark Souls x Metroidvania, which is pretty much spot on for the most of it, that isn't the entire story. Anyone who may have played a SKA Studios game previously will recognise the brutal and beautiful artwork and play style. So far I am 20 hours in, enjoying the exploration and challenges while still experimenting with the ability tree. You will hear people complain about level design and how unfair it is... but isn't that the point? I think people cry too hard when a game becomes too hard or unfair. I loved the difficulty of the Dishwasher games and those, hand-in-hand could arguably rival the skill timing and patience of any 3D action platformer such as the likes of DMC and NG. Mixing up that level of difficulty with the souls formula is next to genius and as someone that LOVES 2D action platformers, Salt and Sanctuary allows you to explore a more gritty and visceral world in much more depth compared to those before it. The fact that SKA Studios have laboured intensely over this game show's their commitment to creating deep, enjoyable and unique games. After this experience, I can't WAIT to see what they will bring to the 3rd instalment of the Dishwasher Series. If you like 2D platformers (Ori and the Blind Forest, Dust: an elysian tale, or of course Metroidvania) and want to experience something brutal, unforgiving that has sharp and responsive controls gritty and depressing cyberpunk/grungy artwork, churning original soundtracks (despite being criticised for being stretched thin here, you have to realise the music is made in house too!!) that has been mixed with the 'souls formula' with RPG elements. This game will blow you and your expectations away, glitches and all. If you are a fan of COD, hand holding, or generally sub PG13 rated content and have little skill with gaming generally, don't bother, you will end up being one of those people that rates this game negatively while having little tears of regret streaming from your eyes.

Just get it. Ignore the middle of the road reviews complaining about 'game identity' and other such nonsense. Anyone who says this game is a Souls rip off clearly has their eyes closed and brain lobotomised. S+S has its own identity; which is being thest Metroidvania since Aria of Sorrow. Notice how that sentence does not mention anything about Dark Souls.

This is one of the worst games i have ever played, thankfully i did not buy it i played it at a friends house who only put it on to show me how terrible it was. The controls are bad, the voice acting cheesy, the graphics look like ps2 at best and it just constant cut scenes with very little playing of the game anyway. That is really all i can say about it, just terrible.

This game is absolute garbage. It's a walking simulator with no real gameplay and it looks absolutely terrible. The story is just pandering, rich white peoples impressions of what black people are like, and the dialogue is cringeworthy, clearly being written by white hands who have no idea what black people actually talk like. The message, that's it's tough to be black? I guess? There are no choices in this game, every single things is on rails, no dialogue options have any noticeable effect on anything. This is like a bad walking simulator one guy might have made in his bedroom circa 2000, don't waste your money, and only waste your time watching someone else play it if you enjoy extreme incompetence.

Don't be scared off by less-than-stellar reviews, it's a pure stealth game; scrubs are going to rate it poorly just because they're bad at it. If you liked the first one, you'll like this one. Some of the powers carry over, some didn't, and there are new ones as well, including a crafting system. If you're a stealth fan, buy both Styx games.

This is a very good game. I've not seen one like it for years. It's complicated yet easy to get into just hard to master. The AI on normal will give you a challenge but the real fun is in multiplayer online. There's some ruthless players there. You should give it a try if you're wanting something different and believe you me this is something different. Never see anything like it before. Also, you CAN play OFFLINE now and don't even have to be connected to the internet to play. So that last guy that gave this game a ZERO is lying to you. They are updating it everyday and giving most of this stuff away. There's a little DLC to be had but it's cosmetic and not something you have to have to play the core game. They are even making new maps for it. For owners of the core game this stuff is gonna be free. Jump on board before they change their minds. Collapse

A wonderful return to form. Does it feel like Resident Evil? On a mechanical level, a resounding YES. On an aesthetic level, no (but I mean that in a good way...) This installment is a much grittier and much darker entry to the long-running franchise, bringing something new to a series that was in dire need of a breath of fresh air... The game brings in the best from modern horror gaming while seamlessly blending in classic elements that have been sorely missed. Keep doing your thing Capcom! I am extremely excited for the next entry!!! :)))

for honor is a game that you don't appreciate til you play it, I had low expectations for it but it has surpassed my highest hopes. it takes skill to be good and gear doesn't determine everything. I love the different classes and how unique each style is. If you take the time to learn one hero you can beat higher level players with better gear. the game looks great visually and so far I have no network issues aside from sometimes taking a minute to get into certain game modes on occasion. The fact they wil be supporting this game with FREE dlc is a huge plus to me. I am very weary of ubisoft but I have to give them credit where it is due they seem to have done this game right, the only thing imo it needs is some rebalancing of elimination mode and dedicated servers so we can customize game modes, other than that the story mode is great and the online is addictive. Everyone complaining about P2P either hasn't played the game or they are just unlucky as I have only encountered maybe 1-2 times throughout closed beta and open beta and launch where I had a game disconnect. YMMV but my friends have the same experience. the game is so much better with teammates you know but not necessary to have fun. If you think this is a regular hack and slash you are in the same boat I was when I first saw it but I'm telling you your mind will be changed after you play it. if you enjoyed mount and blade warband or war of the roses the combat system is similar although improved. I hope to see this game succeed to it gets more content to keep it fresh for a long time to come. If you have any doubts about this game I am confident playing a few games of brawl is enough to change your mind=)

The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series - A New Frontier Episode 1: Ties That Bind Part One

User ScoreGameCritic121

I don’t have a clear sense of where the season as a whole aims to go just yet, but “Ties That Bind Part I” is one of Telltale’s strongest openers in recent memory. Scenes feel carefully constructed in their camera direction and editing, and Telltale avoids the pitfalls of its most egregious past issues — only one environmental exploration sequence temporarily slows things down — but for the most part the episode moves along at an exceptional clip. But that’s not just thanks to Part I’s style. Smart characterization and writing for Javi and his family, plus the return of Clementine, add weight to a largely unfamiliar but already engaging new frontier that I can’t wait to continue to explore.

Here's the thing about all the haters. They don't like this kind of FPS, yet they buy it just to criticize it. It's okay if you don't like this kind of game, but that means that you can't really criticize this for it's genre. I can understand why people don't like crazy shooting, there's "not much to it", but then just don't care. Either way, I like this kind of FPS. It's fun, and there's a reason that it's one of the biggest franchises. More people buy it than whatever you haters play. I'm not even sure what you like! Either way, very interesting campaign, great multiplayer with lots of customization. I especially love the customization to the score streaks, the extra exoskeleton stuff, the guns and maps could do better though. I've only played the 3 most recent games of the franchise, Black Ops II, Ghosts and Advanced Warfare, and I have to say that the guns in Black Ops II were better. The campaign of Black Ops II also had MUCH more to it with the separate endings. Either way, still a 10. Collapse

Panzar is a surprisingly fun mixture of MMORPG and MOBA and a fair model that rewards game skill with the in-game currency that can be used instead of real money. If I were to compare it to anything, it would be a combination of team fortress, league of legend and a world of warcraft, set in a new fantasy world. The graphics are quite decent and so is the music/sound/atmosphere.
