Hate the changes. music change was bad enough add to that I didn’t like what replaced it. But why remove content. I give this sone points for least being playable without internet connection but really disappointing.

This game was incredible, it’s a must play. The Genre - Firstly, a lot of the journalists critique is that they had to play this type of game, but it should be judged for what it is in its genre not whether you like that genre. The Gameplay - Built off the success of Final Fantasy tactics, and advanced itself in many ways. Music - Absolute banger music. Story - I felt invested to the story, it gave me important choices, control of varies ways to invest in my team , who I wanted to invest in, and this will impact the story. Character Depth - They hooked me in, I Hated the villains but thought they were so cool they just had that factor. There was nuance you had characters that were true villains, that weren’t really villains but were pawns and misguided, you had friends, allies and parental figures, love and loss. Gameplay Depth - Played this for years re doing content in different ways unlocking different endings, ATACs etc. Design - Mechs in medieval world was a unique take. All in all loved the Hero’s, the villains and the game.

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet is set in a wondrous region known as Paldea. A selling point to newer Generation Regions is its inspiration of a real world location. Galar was British nations, Kalos was France and Paldea is Portugal / Spain. The DLC gives perfect reason to expand on this region and immerse us with its people.. and yet here we are with more Japanese content as if Legends Arceus was never released. As for the content it was ok but not worth the price point I luckily played it at a Friends and decided it simply wasn’t for me, they are selling you left out Pokémon back but the game itself is still in its state.

My one Advice: Have 6 year development cycle. My Review: Can’t believe this game released in this state and so close to the gen 4 remakes and legends Arceus. It’s so backwards the lack of modern quality content makes this unbearable, lack of voice acting, Not Polished, Performance is yuck, selling point was finally having a open world but the world looks awe full its visually appalling, it’s hardly lived in, there is barely anything going on in this world outside of laggy pop in & out Pokemon. I don’t feel like I’m connecting with the people in this world, The buildings can barely be entered anymore they removed previous positive existing content like that, and no improved Legend: Arceus Catching Mechanics in this either. It honestly broke my heart as I had hope for and really enjoyed the concept of Paldea, the location ; they hardly focused on the rich cultures of Portugal & Spain as much as they have with Japan in previous iterations. Also, I can’t believe this was approved for release in this state. It was sold as fully priced $70 games, how was this approved? I Won’t be buying DLC and honestly this may be my last Pokémon game, There’s so much better games.

1. Exciting, refreshing, in depth yet not too complex turn based combat. 2. Interactive & diverse open world from its creatures to its environments. chests, riding, swimming. 3. Meaningful Open World, reason to come back and explore an area again, Dens, unique items etc. 4. Very good not half assed story (no spoilers) from zero to hero, friendships, trials to overcome. 5. Actual Bonding with creatures, customizations for you & your companions etc. 6. Each area is unique from its bio diversity to the Species of its NPC & Homes for our character. 7. Character Customization is in depth, colors, hair styles, clothes and more to find in world. 8. Visuals are great but if its a high priority go with a good spec PC for graphics. 9. Offline Single Player optional Online multiplayer, so it does not force what you don't want. 10. Effective ways to explain things through actions or rider cards, 'combines', side quest bill boards
