Oh rly? Russians 20 years ago invaded that poor near east country? Bombed refugees on the highway of death and massacred 24 civilians in Haditha? Hmmm.. do you really mean russians or we're talking about someone else here? Dumb propaganda.

Great story and animations, but the gameplay is dull and annoying. No loot, no weapons, only coins and some kind of magic potions. Hours of buttonmashing. And if you die, well they've chosen the worst penalty, buttonmash through the dungeon again right from the start for no reward.. Sry.

Surprisingly a great game! Vast ruined world to explore + incredible amount of base structures/items/outfits/weapons/quests well.. content. Explore and survive as you will. PS Still the supermutants were created a bit later)

One hour in, and it's not gonna entertain you in some stupid manner like "see dude, we removed things we think you don't want, so it's pure fun now dude!". It's the story and the game people wanted to make, so play it with no shortcuts you used to, with all the small moves and details, slowly immersing yourself into 1899 wild west..

Not sure what everyone is complaining about. There's as incredible amount of hardcore changes: upgrades and mods for everything, very few cars on my map, you actually need fuel(!), bigger and more complex bases, less supplies, more complex society, more facilities, more weapons, tougher "blood" enemies, better survivors interaction, better societies, other groups standings. Just awesome. It's a shame that there too few changes in graphics and production value is still low, but it is still the best zombie survival game. PS Stuck in the middle of a small town with no gas, and right after my second character was eaten by the horde. That was some stealth, I tell you.

Assassin's Creed Origins10
Jan 3, 2018
Definitely my Game Of The Year 2017. Stays on par with Black Flag, with far larger and more detailed world, near perfect multi-layered side quests, decent and definitely engaging story and one of the best and most natural stealth systems. Seems like slasher style would be a bit tough sometimes, but playing an Egyptian thief/assassin is one of the best stealth experiences I've had. Historical aspect made me applaude every time a new historical figure had arrived on a scene, since I love that period so much. Please let that team make all Assassin's Creed games, and it will be a title to wait for, as TES or GTA.

Two hours of soapy cutscenes, to finally get to a stealth action, where you run to your target, shoot it and run away under a nose of his guards. Running under the nose of spetsnaz in a BOX? Or sending them to your base via balloons! SRSLY?! O_o

Good game I'd say, but only if we talk about current (starting) state of The Division. And then I think about what a game it would be in 5 or 10 months of evolution and content development. I'd say it's AWESOME!)

Looks quite mediocre, but feels like a good old RPG. At first.. GUI is really awful, worst interface decisions ever. 2 lists of character portraits when you open character screen, useless radio call for levelup with same phrases on and on, finding a right camera angle is a total disaster. So after a few hours gameplay turns to real torture.

Story is awesome! Still there is a bunch of true misses like really bad car-phisics and city-scape made of concrete and paper)) Srsly, all you can brake is as fragile as paper)) But! Stealth and shooting mechancs are OK, no more no less. Chases and car-stealth are realy something new to me. And there's one thing that makes them all shine with new colors.. it's HACKING!

Guess all those high scores are because BS looks awesome for an indy game, but what a torture it just was!.. Dialogs in a bottom of a screen, when you see perfectly painted character fullscreen and a smallest line showing who's talking now, and it's some other guy. And your sight jumping from picture to one small line of text and then to another, thying to fix whole picture. HOW can you hit armour without damaging one who'd wearing it? Was it platformer-like view, of a 2d top-down map view? For 15 minutes i've just seen tons of text jumping on me from all sides of the screen. Seems like game designer just hates people, while still work of artists and animators is awesome. Sure I'll give it one more try, just need to heal my eyes a bit.

JUST TURN OFF: focus, markers, highlights.. and what will remain, will be pure atmosphere of good old game. A bit more cutscenes (mostly when it's exactly needed), a bit different Garret, but still you can recognise atmosphere.. just with incredible graphics and lighting. Good job, SE!

Total War: Rome II9
Oct 18, 2013
First of all. Just bought a "new" rig, not so powerfull, but rome2 works perfect on 80% of top graphics settings. No glitches, no freeses, works perfect with 4 patches, and looks aweseome (in a rainy conditions). Absolutely awesome new features: + No army without a general (who can be changed), so no small packs of troops just roaming everywhere. + XP for everyine! Troops, armies, generals, provinces, all are getting experience. Much slower, cause characters XP divided in 3 parts. + Legendary Difficulty, which is: only auto-saves and no active pause, plus some other difficulties. + Slow tech development. Only slingers at first and no archers, no superlegions and stuff. Reform your army! Unic tech trees for main civs although. + Absolutely brilliant changes into strategy mode like province system with it's building and few cities. + Understandable diplomacy with hints like "recent war with our allies 10", "gifts to us 10". Tnx Civ5. + More complex senate system. With bunch af random events and memorable random characters. - Faster battles. Soldiers are running faster 8) so epicness is a bit lost, but it's ok. - No family tree. But family is still here. About AI. Ofcourse it's not a human player, but there are cavalry through flanks, enemy units can break through your line, leave skirmish, regroup and flank you. Just lost a HUGE sea battle, lost 2 generals and 2 armies, recently took a city with huge losses, so AI looks MUCH better then anywhere in Total War (excerpt Shogun2 maybe, didn't played it). PS. Played about 12 hours, half for a prologue campaign. So may change my mind. 8)

Dead Island: Riptide9
Apr 25, 2013
If you liked Dead Island, then you definitely have to try DI:Riptide. It still looks more like solid addon, then a sequel, but has some improvements that make game even more fun and addictive. More weapons including harpoons and nailguns, improved interface, bosses, boats, tonns of quests (some of them are just hillarious), and new story in an vast and well designed island. Same zombie-slashing-rpg fun, but with great additions to gameplay. It still has some glitches and flaws from the original, but game is too much fun to be ruined by them. Obviously best zombie-rpg for the moment!

Gave it a 10 only to show how far modern day journalists are from being objective. Looks like they either didn't played a game, of it's a simple prejudice. The game is an extremely addictive FPS, with survival, scavenging, shooting, exploring, and a nice story and characters. Greatest disappointment is graphics, it looks like some indi-project, but absolutely worth a try.

Pros are: story, atmosphere and attention for details, tons of equipment, interesting classes and character customization which change your gameplay significantly. Cons are: graphics, minor glitches like going through doors and strange camera. Not sure about combat, I'am OK with that. 8) Well, as an RPG it worth a try.

Best combat? Is it some kind of joke? Enemy can't even hit you once on hardest difficulty level. You just lock on him and keep clicking until he's dead! Game includes each and every fantasy cliche. Bad guys are just bad, they just woke up one day and decided to kill everyone. Graphics -WoW. Combat - Korean MMO.

Jagged Alliance: Back in Action8
Feb 13, 2012
First of all, it's a solid tactics game. Unless you like to snipe enemies from a far, game allows it, but be ready ro ruin your gameplay and come here screamin and crying. Second, I wish they use that gameplay in their own game, instead of Arulco, which I never wanna see again)) I've started JA2 more then a doezen times when I was young, not again please. If these guys can make a game with tactics, open-world, quests, nice graphics, surely they will get much attention. But why take all that Arulco crap again? Scores low, people only see "Elliot!.." thing been removed and jump out of the window.. And turnbased mode has nothing to do with realictic tactics.))

L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition3
Dec 26, 2011
As good it was on start, as awful it became few hours later. Great idea and nice graphics totally ruined by illlogical and dump dialog and interview decisions. You accuse people with most faint evidence like rope match which is for sure can be found in every 2-nd house in LA. You sit affront a suspect and wandering which size of shoes he wears instead of just looking at his feet. You accuse hobo of "being in some place at 2 a.m." just finding a purse of a victim. He could pick it up later from a dead body, which is normal for his kind. It can't be a sure reason to say he's lying about his whereabouts in exact time! --- So great idea totally buried by dumb scenario.((((

Really surprised with all that whining. Shame that some people have glitches, but I'm more then 120 hours in game, and it works great! Sure Skyrim is my GOTY and one of the most atmospheric games since Might and Magic 6-7. Skyrim not only revives all the best traditions of true oldstyle RPGs, but although adds some beautiful stylish looks to a detailed and well written story of Tamriel. Ah, and look at those people with 0 ratings.. they mostly have all zeroes in their reviews. It's just impossible for them to get some positive emotions. Whiners))

Payed 60$ on steam just because of a review, and got what?! DAO was weak enough, but this ...! Simplifying everything to nothing. Dialogs reduced to 2-3 phrases, and thats great! Cause world and chars are totally empty. Their acts are so nonlogic and unpredictible, that in a half an hour i was just clicking icons. "Be nice", "be rude". Why DA2 is so gay?! Seriosly, in a few hours 3 f.. proposing "their services" and not even one girl blinking. Enemies are just fallin at you from nowhere like in some DMC. Do you need any tactics in chess when opponent can put any figure anywhere he wants?.. Plot reminded ME2. Just get 50 sovereins (10 companions) to get to the new chapter. And you call that a scenario? Written in 15 minutes?! I dont even know what i'm doing when takin quest in 2 clicks, killing some more enemies, done in 2 clicks. What was is?! Locations look like Orzamar entrance. Sooooo lowpoly. No more to say. 3-4 hours of DA2 was enough. Looks like nothin left of Bioware i ones knew. Bye guys. WHATS UP WITH REWIERS?!
