Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Endless Frontier8
May 30, 2022
This game is one that I've always wanted to play and now that I have, I can safely say that this is a great game. The gameplay is really solid, the soundtrack is great, and I really like the soundtrack. Overall great game and hidden gem on the DS.

DreamWorks Madagascar5

This game is overall... pretty average. It works, the controls are good, and the music, while forgettable, isn't terrible... but I do feel that it is an overall average experience with not much to say about.

DK: Jungle Climber7
May 30, 2022
This game is one that I was honestly very interested in taking a look at and when everything was set and done, I enjoyed it. The gameplay is really fun and had my attention throughout a good majority of the game, the soundtrack is a generally fun listen, and the characters were really enjoyable. Overall really fun time and improvement over a game that I already had a lot of fun with. It's not amazing, but I liked it.

Nintendo DS Web Browser4

This is a game that I never saw myself buying... but then I saw it for like, $5 at a random store and I figured "screw it, why not?" and... it certainly did not work. I couldn't even get it to function and from what footage I've seen of it, it doesn't seem to work well. So yeah, not a good purchase at all. It isn't horrible, but it could've been better.

Xenoblade Chronicles X9
May 29, 2022
This game is one that, to my knowledge, gets next to no discussion. Which is honestly really sad, as it is fantastic in my opinion. The gameplay feels like a big improvement over the first, with it feeling even better than the already fantastic gameplay Xenoblade Chronicles had. The soundtrack is really underrated in my opinion, the world itself is absolutely massive and I just have an incredibly fun time exploring the vast lands this game has to offer, with some characters that I really like. Overall, while it isn't an absolutely perfect game, it's pretty high up there for me and one of my favorite games for the Wii U.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D10
May 29, 2022
This game is absolutely perfect in practically every way. The gameplay is perfect and some of the best to come out of the entire Legend of Zelda franchise as a whole. The characters are endearing and some of the best I've seen in any video game ever. The soundtrack is iconic for great reason, as it has fantastic music throughout (the title theme in particular still gives me chills, to be honest). It just does everything right for me, which is why it is a perfect game to me and my favorite Nintendo 3DS game as a whole.

This game is one of the first "shovelware" games I purchased for the Wii, back when I decided that collecting for those particular systems was a good idea and... this was a really bad introduction. The controls are awful and then only games I had any remote enjoyment in were Ring Toss and Skeeball. Every other game was tedious and really bad. Overall, I honestly don't have much to say about this one. It is just a really bad minigame collection with not much to say about it.

Spectrobes: Beyond the Portals8
May 29, 2022
This is a game that I admittedly didn't have very high expectations for, many since it just looked like shovelware to me. However, when I played it, I actually really enjoyed it. The gameplay is overall really solid and, in my opinion, a big improvement over the first game. The soundtrack is really solid and one of the more underrated ones in DS history, as it has some great music tracks (the navigation track in particular is a banger), and I also think that the general combat system and other parts of the game are improved in a lot of ways. Overall, this is a genuinely great game and a hidden gem on the Nintendo DS. If you are into RPGs and want some to play on your DS, this is one I recommend taking a look at when you get the chance.

Kingdom Hearts Re:coded5
May 29, 2022
Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded was the first Kingdom Hearts game I have ever played and... it was certainly an introduction. The gameplay itself is fine enough but nothing all too special and the music is also pretty decent overall (with the Destiny Islands track in particular being a favorite of mine), but the game really doesn't do much for me, if I'm going to be honest. It doesn't really do anything bad, but it doesn't really do anything that makes it stand out to me. It's an overall pretty average game to me and it honestly feels a bit... pointless, if that makes any sense, as it doesn't really do anything outside of making me go through the first Kingdom Hearts but on a handheld instead. Overall, this game is pretty average. It isn't good or bad, just... meh.
