DreamWorks Madagascar
One of the more impressive children's movie to be made into a game because of how well the game plays, and not how deep nor how well it looks.
It spans nearly every genre including arcade, FPS, action, platform; there is even some stealth-action ripped right from Metal Gear Solid 2 if you remember hiding in that box and sneaking through the ship, and Madagascar even gives a nod to classic arcade games like Frogger, Simon and the crane game.
I'm sold on Madagascar, this game is a blast and shouldn't disappoint the younger audience.

Qué quieres que te diga, jugar con esos cuatro monstruos y hacer el gamberro siguiendo una línea más o menos continuista con la película original no tenía precio.

Gaming Illustrated
Strongly recommend a rent for the kids, a buy for kids that loved the movie.

The controls are good but the camera angle was always an issue after a cutscene. Waiting several seconds to correct the angle is not a welcomed featured.

Game Informer
The gameplay is simple yet heavily varied, which in turn keeps the action fresh and fun. [Aug 2005, p.98]

The whole thing can be finished in just a couple of sittings. However, fans of the film, both young and old, would do well to give it a shot, as it's an entertaining platformer that complements the movie quite well.

Official Xbox Magazine
Admirably, it doesn't just resort to predictable, cliched platformer gameplay - it resorts to that and a respectably varied selection of other gameplay interludes. [Sept 2005, p.80]
