The quality of the final product is great, but when you couple that with the price, and thats the original release price of around 35... it starts to look not as good. The game should be part of the basic Nintendo Switch bundle, just like Wii Sports was. If it ever becomes part of the bundle for the switch you can treat this review score as a 8. The mini games that make 1-2-Switch are a mixture of entertainment and annoyance. There is not really any way to pick out which ones you will like and will not, majority of people probably play the champagne bottle one, not have a clue what's supposed to happen and give up. You may also start to favour the ones that don't require you to take the joy-con straps off, or you may just take them off and leave them off. This is how much the games are hit and miss, but for a part, with 4 or more people you'll have a lot of fun for half an hour or more, and if that half an hour 35 (quid / dollars), then you probably got a good deal (Just remember how much you paid for your Switch first).

For a release game, this was very solid and lots of fun. There was no Mario or equivalent available at the launch of the Nintendo Switch, so I bought all the release titles. Skylanders Imaginator was surprisingly lots of fun, having never played a Skylanders game I was going in blind. The appearance of spyro hit my nostalgic buttons also. Running, Jumping and slashing, thrown in with some special moves was all great fun, even my kids enjoyed it.

I want games that use the motion controllers, I do, but Just Dance... I never played one, and I knew I wouldn't like it, but I wanted it to prove me wrong. I don't like to say I don't like it if I have never played it, i'll give it a chance. I think the issue with this is, the levels can last too long. They need shortened versions of the songs like the singers on X-Factor. It doesn't give you any warning, it just thrusts you in. I wasn't tired or anything like that, I just got bored too fast. I even tried to play on a song I liked a lot, Queen - Don't stop me now... and I got bored of it, I just didn't enjoy it, but I guess this is aimed at being a party game after all... I was rid of it pretty quickly. This is my opinion.

I loved Bomberman on the SNES as a child, I later returned to in on the PS3, now called Bomberman Ultra, it was okay... but there was something missing that I had missed from the SNES days. Now we have Bomberman R for the Nintendo Switch. One of Two original titles release for the Nintendo Switch on release day. I was surprised by it! I got it on release day, played it, and enjoyed it. The power ups were full of nostalgia, bombing the bad guys and heading to the exit was a welcomed return for me. Although, there was issues with the movement. Sometimes to almost all the time, it (my little character) did not seem to turn the corners as well as I wanted. Couple this with some laggy online gaming, and it can become frustrating fast. This is it, I played through the first world, but have not returned to it...
