The game is cute and silly. The plot is simple and comedic as we follow Gabrielle, the player character, sneezing so hard she has an out-of-body experience and has to learn how to dance with various monsters to get back into her body. Gameplay is relatively easy to understand, I personally only had one level where I scored less than an A. Also has a decent amount of replay value so you can unlock more ways to customize Gabrielle. Writing is okay, it could be better but considering this is a game designed for children, it's really not too big of a damper on the overall experience. The main selling point of the game is the actual rhythm game aspect as well as the characters and overall look of the game. Characters are modeled in a chibi style and they're all quite unique and silly. I particularly like the design of the strange grandma who you can buy clothing from. Like I said, gameplay is pretty easy to pick up. On the top screen are some skulls and you have to tap the bottom screen at the right time. There's added notes as the game progresses but after a little practice it gets pretty easy to understand. One of the out-of-gameplay things I really enjoyed was the fortunes you could get from the witch character. She can read your fortune and she actually does so via tarot cards. While she is a witch, the game seems to portray tarot in a positive light. I myself am only somewhat familiar with tarot (I have a couple of decks but rarely use them), but the descriptions seem accurate and nothing is demonized or vilified. If anything, all of the monsters we meet are shown in a pretty positive light! Overall, while the writing could be better, the designs and gameplay make this game a worthwhile play. A whole playthrough would probably be a few hours.
