I had misgivings about playing a two-dimensional platformer, but let me try to sell you on this one. It's like if Minecraft decided to take acid and invite all of its friends over, but then halfway through the game, Minecraft decided it was really into some freaky Lovecraft and it decided to take shrooms while still high on acid. All your friends are pretty sure they can now fly off of buildings and one guy is stuck in hell because he decided to play a hardcore character and regrets everything. P.S. Do yourself a favor and don't cheat... or play hardcore mode.

Boring, repetitive gameplay with no plot. It takes mechanics from Assassin's Creed and waters them down. Total cash-grab.

I found myself bored and unamused at how little there was to do. It is possibly worth it if you get it on a massive discount. However, even then I'm just super unimpressed with the lack of effort put into this game. Disregard the positive reviews. They are hype. Sorry, South Park. I do typically enjoy some of your stuff, but this was pretty lame.

This is a great MTG simulator! However, I wish the expansions weren't so expensive, and that they allowed for marketplace mods. Also, there is a bug if you have a 4k monitor you're going to have to reset the resolution every time you boot up. Still it is a superior evolution to MTG 2013 in which you can't edit your lands or activate creature abilities. Expect bots to cheat their deck order in order to make up for bad AI, but it can't really be helped I suppose.

I don't know what the hell people are talking about. MTG 2013 is trash compared to MTG 2014. You can't change the number of lands in your deck and there is a bug that won't allow me to tap creature card abilities. Game is broken. Go play MTG 2014. (I haven't played MTG 2015 since its release so I cannot recommend for or against it.)

True to it's name it is a fantasy foraging simulator... with puzzles... and monsters. I'm excited to see where the developers are taking this game, and I hope they don't drop it! This game is definitely worth the price they are asking - especially if development continues. Some constructive criticism and things I would like to see added to the game: Many more enemies of greater difficulty. Increase the the attack speed of the enemies and fix the common glitch where they get stuck or can't reach you but you can reach them. Different levels - it would be fun to access the sky, space, underworld, a wonky magical location. NPC's with story and further story with them that you can help shape. Make leveling more balanced (it's a bit grindy late-game,) and add more late-game skills that are worth leveling for. Pacify the mining sword so that it won't damage the cute turnip critters. Ways to farm the critters that doesn't harm them - just as an alternative. (**** Valley handles this concept pretty good.) Multiplayer (I know you guys have a tentative date for that, but I'm just giving further encouragement) Events that make the world feel more alive. Less obscure, but harder puzzles. I know that sounds like a paradox, but some of the puzzles are just to unclear, and some of puzzles I solved by accident. Feel free to contact me if you'd like further clarification! Thanks for the great game!

How can I begin to describe this fantastic hidden treasure? Supraland has brought back my childhood sense of wonder. I wanted to explore every nook of this game, and it wasn't just a tedious combing of the land either. Every treasure, great or small had some element of a puzzle to it. There is only one puzzle game on the level of quality that I could compare this to and that would be Portal, but this... this is not Portal. This is something new, and colorful... and ALIVE. I love the light-hearted yet still mature fun that I can reap from this game. The challenges are balanced, the glitches are very few, and the journey is worth every cent (and more!) This review is coming from an old-schooler who has high standards for games.

This review is years overdue, but I needed to think about it. I might be wrong, but I believe Stanley Parable is the first second-perspective game. It's a game that mixes an existential wonder with a postmodern attitude that says I will not be solved but have fun trying. You can do many things in Stanley Parable and it is purely just an experience. It is definitely worth full-price. Treat it like a piece of good art and a sort of escape room stylized puzzle and you will have a great time! Narration: 10/10 (Changed my desktop sounds to play narrator's voices for different errors)

Borderlands is a weapon and class mod treasure hunt on a hostile alien planet - best played with friends. It doesn't date too well, but it was amazing in its prime, and I am certain I have spent more than a hundred hours in gameplay.

Boring game, boring guns, lame humor. It was an utter failure. I legit fell asleep playing it multiple times. If they wanted to grow on the first game and they wanted to use guns as their pinnacle of growth they should have looked at more creative instruments such as the weapons used in Ratchet and Clank. I'm not saying they needed to copy Ratchet and Clank guns, but they actually put some spunk into their creations. Borderlands guns... well they do essentially what you expect a gun from Borderlands 1 to do. Copy and paste. No growth, big waste of potential.

DotA 2 is like a good game of chess that has done acid and decided to invite all of its 'friends' over to brutalize and torment the other team. However, instead of tormenting the other team these 'friends' just decide to rail on one another until each 'friend' has to quietly put themselves into offline mode before playing any game on steam. Honestly though, contrary to popular opinion DotA is a very fun game. It is just not a fun game for stupid people or people that are not willing to take some time to learn the game. This game will not spoonfeed you on how to play, nor will it easily allow you to catch up if you make mistakes. Like in the real world if you make mistakes in battle you will suffer. A few tips: Try to keep a level head, and bonus points for a positive attitude. Your team will appreciate it a lot, and they will be more willing to work with you. Pay attention to the map, your surroundings, and your enemies items. Read your abilities carefully, read the patch notes, read the items abilities. Practice heroes in demo mode (this is different from bot practice or private lobby.) Get yourself a mic. Effective communication is one of your biggest utilities. If a hero that is in your lane goes missing call missing immediately. Better safe than sorry. Buy wards. Wards might typically be a supports 'job', but they will save your life and get you kills, which will easily make up for the gold cost. Also, your team will appreciate you that much more, which will result in them being much more likely to try to help you out and listen to you. Use your scan. I find that this tool is way overlooked. At least in my bracket. It's up every 5 minutes, and it can only help (if not to tell you where someone is; it will tell you where they are not.) Nobody is good at DotA. There is always someone much better than you are. So do your best and try not to talk trash. Treat this as a chance to develop team communication skills Deny creeps as much as you can, but not at the sacrifice of missing a last hit. Buy smoke before a gank or a Rosh kill. They are a cheap invaluable tool. Verbally tell whomever you are around if you are planning on leaving them or TPing out. Experiment with different items when you are fighting different types of heroes. I say this last one with caution because it can hinder your ability to play the game normally, but try Turbo when you first start out. It will allow you to learn heroes more quickly. Okay, actually this is my last point. Try to have fun. It is just a game. Your mostly non-toxic Dota friend, Havoc Octavian Teslasmith

Let me start by saying I do not enjoy racing games. This game, however, is a whole different creature, and I'm not saying that for its flashy beautiful neon streamed arenas, and its top-tier Quake -esk music. Nor am I saying that for the horror story which is actually compelling... really, I'm serious - a racing horror game. Unique as , and I typically am bored to death by all the cheaply crafted stories of modern video games - let alone a ing racing game! I love this game because the developers took the risk and made a game that isn't for the casual gamer. This game is actually challenging and creative. It's not going to spoonfeed you, and you will have to 'git gud'. You will have to master car-flight (Yep! car-flight,) arial turns, obstical dodging (laser-beams, chainsaws, etc.,) jet maneuverable (because you have jet-engine,) and the frequent change of orientation (because the idea of up and down in space.) This is is so far removed from the majority of money-grabbing games from this decade. This goes without saying but this game goes in my small handful of actual good games from the 2010-2020 era. Do yourself a favor when you play this game. Don't give up when you encounter your first challenge. The game will be easy until you encounter your first challenge, but when you do - you may want to quit. Don't! Persevere! You'll discover that once you do, that challenge will become a second nature instinct, and you will easily overcome it in the future. It will be so rewarding. Distance is absolutely worth the full-price. I would even say that it is worth much more than that, but I really appreciate the fact that they set a modest amount so that it would be affordable to people like myself.

This game was my childhood! I am sure I have more than 1000 hours invested, and I could still go back and get my ass handed to me by some hardcore bots. I never had the chance to play it online, but I did skirmish like nobodies business, and the bots were fun to play against obviously. Generals is comparable to it's predecessors: Red Alert 1&2 + Yuri's Revenge, as well as the Original C&C. Generals is awesome as a stand alone, and with the Zero Hour expansion your world can get rocked upside-down. Unfortunately all of the games that follow C&C Generals really were complete trash... every last one. It seems like they tried to focus to hard on the graphics, and forgot completely about the game mechanics. If only EA would just let me direct just one of the current games, I could bring this series back from the grave.
