Team Moms: Baseball

You have a show that, at least when it's snarky, is intermittently entertaining, in a feel-bad-about-yourself-for-watching kind of way. It's gross, though never really engrossing. When it's not snarky, it's just boring. Luckily, if that's how you want to put it, it's snarky most of the time.

Among the empty conversations, dead air and—worse—the tin-eared musical cues, there is drama. But of a sort that suggests no one had very much else to think about. .... “Team Moms: Baseball” concentrates on the moms and, to a lesser extent, the dads, none of whom seem to have arrived on the scene in any organic fashion and who do very little that appears unscripted. The kids, an afterthought, come off as genuine.
