The show has stepped up its pacing. For the most part, that has been immensely satisfying, yielding crowd-pleasing moments that the and that the series generally avoided in the often-grim journey, especially for the Stark kids, which has led to this point.

The consistency of excellence in Game of Thrones is truly something to behold. Even in three episodes, viewers will sense things tightening up-- that winter and war are coming and they are coming at a full run.

My favorite series of all time. The acting, the action, the stories, the character arcs... all perfection. The last two seasons felt a little rushed, hence the 9 instead of a 10.

9 or 10 for the first 4-5 seasons. 7 for season 6 and 7. 0 for season 8 which was awful and broke many characters and the whole story.

Seasons 1-4, 10/10. Seasons 5&6, 9/10. Season 7, 7/10. Season 8, 2/10. Overall I give it a 6/10. A masterpiece that turned into a master piece of crap.

The ending made this entire series unwatchable. It would be a waste of time watching 7 seasons to be let down like this. Wow! How could someone screw this up? Literally any other ending would have worked. Disappointed is an understatement. I do not recommend this series. You will be wasting your time.

This is hard... Most of it is good, but it goes downhill so dramatically that I can't rate it as a good show globally. Season 8 episode 3: this is the day I fell out of love with game of thrones... Thank you D&D for turning it into utter **** Obviously seasons 5 and 6 were less good, but I forgave because mistakes happen... Season 7 Wight Hunt was ridiculous, and that's were I started to lose hope for a great ending. There is no rewatching value after season 8. Turning a 10/10 into 8 would still have been ok. How did you manage to make it a 0/10? Season 8 starting from episode 3 is simply the worst writting ever. Congrats D&D for ruining it all, I won't watch the prequels. Globally it is a 3, a show that gets worse and without an logical ending, a show you can watch for fun if you skip season 8 which is not even worth watching.
