It creates a world with its own rules and tells a story in its own visual language. It seems it will come to a very obvious conclusion, but then it pivots and introduces elements that create a new frame for the movie. Fifteen minutes later, it does this again, and then again.

In many ways, the film feels like a micro-budget rendition of Tenet, as our heroes discover that they’ve been caught in a “vice-grip” between past and future that functions much like that film’s famous “temporal pincer.”

A decent enough film with some good acting. the storyline though needed more work, as ultimately the viewer was left with far too many unknowns at the end, which was disappointing. That said, I enjoyed the film overall.

Things Will Be Different has an interesting concept, but it loses its appeal towards the end. I enjoy this kind of creative sci-fi film, but I think it ended up being wasted potential. It could have been much more impactful.

Film Threat
The filmmaker, doing a lot with an extremely limited cast and location, has a concrete vision and sticks with it, and whether you get it or not is up to you. A character in the film, when confronted, states: “Big question. Too long to answer.” That pretty much summarizes this cinematic endeavor.

Despite an intriguing high-concept lo-fi premise, its oddities and uninteresting superfluities mean that it never really emerges from its self-imposed inertia and gloom.

Movie Nation
The viewer is both miles ahead of the characters in guessing where this is going, and befuddled at the clumsy ways it gets there, or avoids letting us think we know how it’s getting there.

This was one of the worst movies l've ever seen.Nothing is alluded to or hinted at, or explained. It's all just deliberately **** big reveal at the end is just... anti climactic? It was unrelated to the overall story and I didn't give a **** have so many unresolved questions. I hate this **** was like a bad Stephen King ending, but the middle is also bad.

do not be fooled by the handful of planted reviews. this crew needs to stop taking so many psychedelics and go back to film school. they made a couple of promising films early on and have utterly failed to grow creatively since then.
