Saw V

Hackl weaves scenes from the previous films into this one in clever ways, without adding to the confusion. The director also does a good job of maintaining the dark tone, which includes FBI offices that look as if they're being illuminated by night-lights, and dungeons that look as if you'd catch a venereal disease or two just by touching the door handles.

This is easily the smallest-scale of the sequels, and it has the feeling of a massively shrunken budget.

It's cheap, sloppy, and too jumbled up to know what it should be.

Saw V is a terrible combination: grisly and tedious. Let's just call it bloody dull.

By-the-numbers retread.

Oh, Jigsaw. Here we go again. You kill. I doze off. Someone at the studio goes "ka-ching!"

A particularly dull and discombobulated affair, shot and acted with all the flair of a basic-cable procedural. Patterson and Mandylor are so wooden that their cat-and-mouse game has all the excitement of watching dust bunnies swirl in an air current.

Actually pretty good, Finally a film that focused more on acting then on horror. David Hackl did a wonderful job as director and its a shame he didnt do anymore films. The acting was good and the leads were great. The traps were not that scary (the final one was though) but it had a greater overall meaning then pretty much any other trap in the series. Overall it was pretty good.

En general las películas de terror resultan desagradables, inapropiadas y son un tipo de contenido que debería ser prohibido y eliminado en las películas y bastantes series de televisión, y las de Saw resultan en exceso sangrientas, con escenas que deberían ser prohibidas en todo el mundo (por lo fuertes y desagradables que son), recomiendo nunca ver ni una cosa ni la otra, vean cosas buenas y agradables porque para entretenimiento hay videojuegos, competiciones, deportes, ánime, y caricaturas, de lo bueno hay mucho para elegir así que eviten basuras, nada de Saw, Chucky, etc.
