Made with a palpable sense of urgency, this tense, propulsive motion picture is a model of what mainstream entertainment can be like when everything goes right.

Yes, Jason Bourne basically amounts to a trio of action set-pieces elegantly strung together. But who really cares when they’re this impressive?

DO NOT MISS THIS MOVIE! This is really the very best bourne movie so far. Jason is incredible. We see him in action. This time even more of the evil side of espionage is exposed. We see how a man with conscience reacts to this evil environment. It is the extreme ways. The truth about what is projected in the TV media gets exposed. The obscurantists are shown a mirror. They see a taste of their medicine. We see a younger generation. The pace is heart-thumping. You will love it.

The political commentary feels far more explicitly pointed and widely integral than in previous incarnations which adds a bold new dynamic where perhaps the same re-inventive verve is lacking in the film's formulaic story. Fortunately, Greengrass and Damon are so in command of this material it's rarely too much of a concern. Even when little of substance seems to be happening, the narrative feels propulsive.

This current film smartly adds material that keeps it up-to-date with the reality of today’s sophisticated electronic surveillance. The series may become a marker by which we come to gauge the future disappearance of all personal privacy. For the sake of the series’ endurance, I hope so, but for the sake of the rest of us, I hope not.

Bourne used to be an anguished amnesiac. Now he remembers who he is, but this fourth episode of the franchise forgot to make him human.

The character motivations are weak, and the story is poorly structured. But its camera work, possibly intended to distract audiences from the movie’s flaws, only compounds its problems. It distances the audience and makes Jason Bourne a chore to sit through.

Looking very much forward for further Bourne installments with Damon by Greengrass... And hope that I wont have to wait for that long. And yea, don't forget Extreme ways and make sure that Bourne gets disappear again & again at the end !!

it's good for one time, but I don't understand why they made this movie if everything was already said in the previous parts

A solid movie. But there are so many unrealistic parts, that it detracts from the movie's overall entertainment value. Solid screenwriting. Solid acting. Solid casting choices except Riz Ahmed. And sadly, it's partially filmed in Vegas, the trashiest place on earth. An overused cliche set for wanting to look cool. A place more fake than the concrete forms the Venetian used to build every part of their facade. Directors and screenwriters need to avoid this place at all costs.

Can't watch camera shake abuse. Please stop use this technique. During intense action scenes is tollerable but while people are talnking or simply walking I don't think is necessary. Damn I really wanted to watch it.

This is probably the most boring 2 hour movie i have ever seen. For an Action film, i really don't see any action in this film at all. The majority of the film is just drama filled conversations which don't seem to to have a point.
