The White Door surprised me with its fresh take on Rusty Lake’s eerie formula. Playing on my tablet on a snowy evening, this premium point-and-click adventure’s minimalist style pulled me in. You follow Robert Hill, a Cube Escape side character, stuck in a mental health facility with memory loss. It’s less creepy than Hotel but gripping, lasting 2-3 **** art’s stark—clean whites, muted blues, with a split-screen of Robert’s dreams and reality. It’s less detailed than Paradox but fits the sterile vibe. The subtle soundtrack, with soft piano and ambient hums, gave me chills in a dream sequence. Puzzles are simpler than Roots, focusing on daily tasks like brushing teeth or memory games. The Past puzzles, piecing together Robert’s breakup, hit hard emotionally. PC controls are smooth, though tablets shine for **** story’s intimate, exploring Robert’s grief and tying to Case 23. It’s more linear than Paradise but fresh with the split-screen. Achievements and a secret level add replay value. It’s short for a premium game, and puzzles lack Roots’ complexity. The White Door gets an 8.5/10—a poignant detour for Rusty Lake lovers, perfect for story over horror. Play it in one sitting for impact.

If you were to describe the game just by focusing on the game mechanics, it would sound like a very silly game. But they totally work for the experience that the game offers to **** times it can be a bit fuzzy what to do (next), and there were a few spots where it felt a bit "random". But I liked the game a lot nonetheless. The voice acting is very good, the visual style is very fitting, and the whole 'mood' is something you do not get in a game a lot.

Ein sehr schönes und kurzweiliges Rätselspiel aus der Rusty Lake Reihe. Das Spiel hat nicht so ein starken Mystery Flare wie die anderen Teile, trotzdem überzeugt es mit der motivierenden Story und spannenden Gameplay Elementen. Man sollte allerdings nicht so viel von diesem Spiel erwarten, da ich es mehr als Spiel für Zwischendurch sehe. Fans der Reihe greifen zu, andere nicht.

Just amazing. My fave game from Rusty Lake. 7 days, 14 levels. While the puzzles are very easy, they are still satisfying since they help reveal elements of the story, which itself is very awesome. Fun easter eggs and callbacks to the other Cube Escape games. Highly recommend.

Easily one of my favorite Rusty Lake games, it's become a comfort game for me lol. I just love Rusty Lake so much dude.

If i had the money to buy this game, I will buy it just because the title alone is ART.

Truly a must to play game, But you have to make sure that this kind of games suites you, We don't want you to get disappointed over a masterpiece.

An excellent addition to the Rusty Lake/Cube Escape games. For those who already know the Rusty Lake universe will know that these seemingly simple Point and Click games go far beyond that nomenclature. Deeply eerie and haunting, each game is self contained, but there are recurring motifs characters and imagery that connects them all. In the same way you know you are watching a film by David Lynch, you will know you are playing a Rusty Lake game. As a criticism,the puzzles in these games can be slightly illogical sometimes, but The White Door has really tightened up on this. Writing as always is spot on, as is the use of the graphics in telling a story. If you have never played one of these games, I don't think it really matters where you jump in, but I strongly recommend that you do.

Oyun bulmaca konusunda gerçekten iyi. Duygusunu istediği yansıtabiliyor. Oyunun bulmacaları basit. Hızlı hızlı çözülüyor. Ama başından sıkılmayıp kalmıyorsunuz da. Onun haricinde oyunu tek oturuşta bitirdim ve oyun boyunca depresif vs. hissederek oynadım. Hikayeyi, duyguyu iyi yansıtmışlar. Tavsiye ederim
