Skyrim is the largest, and most compelling work that I've had the opportunity to play this year. It's engaging, engrossing, and will take over your gaming life for many months to come. Not only is Skyrim among the best that 2011 has to offer, but for me, this is, without hesitation, the Game of the Year.

An absolutely first-rate roleplaying game that combines an abundance of content with an abundance of quality. The outdated design elements are unfortunate but not so distracting that it ruins the depth of the story, the openness of the setting, or the visceral joys of combat.

Honestly everything about this game is amazing and was far ahead of its time. I wish I could get the feeling the first time I ever played the game it was truly memorable. but however to this day can still start a new game and it be a completely different experience then the first 20 play thoughs that you've done. In my personal opinion best game ever made.

But, assuming you're fine with that, then Skyrim is, in a word, amazing. Sure, it has its problems, it's oddities, and again some of these are just down to how the game is made and others just need some extra patching or work done to it. There is always a danger with games like these that you'll get bored, or you'll lose your drive - Bethesda have done a wonderful job of staving off that feeling in this game.

Oblivion is good, but it's a flawed good. It's a different experience in many ways to previous Elder Scrolls games, but, at the same time, it's still the familiar world Elder Scrolls fans know and love. It has the usual kickass story, but the difficulty curve is a bit wobbly, to say the least, and, in general, it's a story of give and take.

A considerable downgrade from Oblivion and Morrowind. Most RPG elements such as attributes and classes have either been removed or watered down considerably. The magic system in this game is very bare bones with no spell making and a lot of spell types removed. However this game is still very enjoyable, and is a very good game, just underwhelming compared to the masterpieces that came before it.

El juego de antemano digo que es muy bueno pero el problema grave que tiene es que no te guia en lo absoluto y para jugadores nuevos como yo se sienten perdidos constantemente. Las misiones no te guian tan bien a donde deberias ir o si recoges objetos no te dice para q son aparte cada ves q vas a sacar un arma debes entrar al menu y buscar el arma. No tiene un atajo donde puedas seleccionar y rapido sin pausar y entrar al menu. El juego se que con un par de ajustes seria un excelente juego por que asi como esta es muy bueno pero no me gusta pasar 30 minutos sintiendome un poco perdido y buscando videos en youtube. Al principio el juego no te avisa donde dormir o no te marca a donde ir o poder dormir y estube con el personaje cansado mucho rato. Aparte en una ocacion tuve q pasar una masmorra entera sin vida gracias a que el juego no me enseño q mi personaje se podia sanar con magia.

I can't believe how much people LOVE this game. It was a broken mess one of the first things I saw was a mammoth falling from the sky. Then my friend came over to help me with the game and showed me how to glitch up a mountain and how to open a chest out of thin air.
