Tattletail is a thrilling, suspenseful game that takes you on a nostalgic trip back to the '90s while delivering a unique and unforgettable horror experience. From the moment you start playing, it grips you tightly and refuses to let go until the very end. Developed by Waygetter Electronics, this game masterfully combines elements of suspense, horror, and exploration to create an immersive and chilling adventure that will keep you on the edge of your seat. One of the standout features of Tattletail is its impeccable attention to detail. The game beautifully recreates the aesthetics of the '90s, from the pixelated graphics to the nostalgic soundtrack that instantly transports you to that era. The attention given to creating an authentic atmosphere is commendable, making the game feel like a time capsule that captures the essence of a specific period. The gameplay mechanics in Tattletail are intuitive and straightforward, allowing players to dive right into the eerie narrative without any unnecessary complications. As you navigate the game's dark and foreboding environment, the suspense builds up gradually, keeping you constantly on your toes. The encounters with the mischievous Tattletail toys are genuinely terrifying, and the game employs clever jump scares that are sure to send shivers down your spine. One of the game's strongest aspects is its storytelling. Tattletail unfolds its narrative through a series of creepy events that escalate as you progress, unveiling dark secrets and a compelling mystery. The pacing is spot-on, and the plot twists and turns will leave you captivated until the final revelation. The voice acting is exceptional, adding an extra layer of authenticity and intensity to the overall experience. The replay value of Tattletail is also noteworthy. While the main story can be completed in a few hours, the game offers alternative endings and hidden secrets that encourage multiple playthroughs. This feature provides additional depth to the game, making it worthwhile to explore different paths and discover the hidden layers of the story. It is important to note that Tattletail may not be suitable for everyone due to its horror elements and jump scares. However, for those who enjoy the genre and have a nostalgic fondness for the '90s, this game is an absolute gem that shouldn't be missed. In conclusion, Tattletail is a hauntingly brilliant horror game that successfully captures the essence of the '90s while delivering an unforgettable experience. With its attention to detail, gripping gameplay, compelling storytelling, and high replay value, it stands out as a must-play title for horror enthusiasts and fans of atmospheric storytelling alike. If you're ready to embrace the eerie world of Tattletail, be prepared for sleepless nights and a thrilling adventure that will leave a lasting impression.

This game is awesome for what it's trying to be. Because this game isn't trying to be an amazing horror game or anything it's simply trying to be a short but scary experience and it does that very well. And for that, I applaud the game and its developers. (AND FOR THE LOVE OF THE LORD STOP SAYING THIS GAME CLONED FNAF)

So this is what we've come to? Every indie horror game from now on has to get compared to Five Nights At Freddy's? News flash: jump scares don't make everything an FNAF clone ..... jump scares weren't invented in 2014... they've been a staple of horror since horror has existed. Furthermore, Tattletail has in no way resembles its game mechanic or narrative. The only thing the two games have in common is that they're horror games, and maybe the "cute is scary" factor. So if you're just going to compare every indie horror game to FNAF, you're gonna have a bad time. It's like watching Jaws and comparing it to The Exorcist. Like with most atmospheric games, there has to be a minimum of buy-in from the player here. If you just sit back and say "okay, Tattletail, BLOW MY MIND," you're already doing it wrong. But if you just get into the mood it sets and judge it on its own merits, you will find it's a wonderfully creepy little piece of first-person gaming with some pretty fresh concepts. Or you can go on judging this game based on a standard it has nothing to do with, end up disappointed, and have nobody to blame but yourself. Your choice.

Typical 3D horror game, nothing very special about it. It does a good job of making a creepy atmosphere, and the mechanics in the game do a good job of making the game scarier without making it complicated, but it's basically five nights at freddy

Other people say it copied fnaf because it has jumpscares in it. I say it's inspiration. Whatever it is, the game overall is good. There's charm. Gameplay with obvious flaws, but it is still fun. The difficulty curve is perfect. The ending wasn't too satisfying, though. For five bucks, I think it's worth a try.

A painfully average game, just another "ooo, look at me so scared" game for let's players. I don't recommend it, as it is incredibly shallow. FNAF this is not.
