Swing the Bat
Small niggles aside, though, Chillingo have yet another hit on their hands. Swing the Bat has just the right balance of endless swinging and achievement collecting to create an addictive little game that keeps you swinging on back for more.
It never quite breaches the level of pure fun and action of the titles it so clearly draws inspiration from, but it lives up to the Chillingo standards we've come to expect.
Chillingo's Swing the Bat is a fun casual game that we feel like we've seen before.

Swing the Bat lacks the utter simplicity of Tiny Wings and the artsy feel, but it replaces them with its own unique design and challenges, plus it has multiple modes and it's universal.

Combining objective based gameplay with the swinging rope genre creates a fun and novel concept, but the mechanics themselves could use some more fine tuning.

Whether set in a huge mansion, a built up city, or even space, this game is crying out for more levels.

There could be a good game buried beneath the slop, but after a few hours of mind-numbing boredom and frustration, we just couldn't play anymore.
