Star Wars Outlaws is a new Star Wars adventure with everything you would expect from a game of its style. Moments of stealth, good shootouts and a convincing plot at the height of the saga, although with some flaws that make it not end up being a round game.

It was cool to see the Star Wars iconography and hear the Star Wars type sounds and music score. The open world part was basic compared to recent games I had played like Horizon and Avatar. Which both have amazing local and a-life. While the heavy stealth orientated gameplay of Outlaws made for slow pacing versus those action heavy games. Outlaws just lack oomph visually and gameplay wise. So used to wiping out massive hordes in Horizon/Avatar that having to be way more cautious in Outlaws as Kay is a less durable type of character was frustrating pacing, DNF. Will keep the game for another try as some point. Have to be in the real mood to play stealth games these days (kind of done with that genre since MGS5).

One of the very best Star Wars games ever. I'm enjoying every minute. Immersive, dynamic, with vast exploration, fantastic main quest line, and great mini quests and faction system. I'm enjoying this much more than Jedi:Survivor for example.

Outlaws feels like a proper Star Wars game, but isn’t tied down to the Skywalker saga. The world feels suitably massive, with plenty of places to explore, skills to learn and dodgy dealings to get involved in. Developers have cherry-picked the best moments from groundbreaking titles such as Uncharted, Tomb Raider and The Witcher to create a unique, cohesive Star Wars title.

Overall, Star Wars: Outlaws delivers pretty much exactly what it promised. Players have the chance to take on the role of a smuggler to blast, sneak and fast-talk their way through the Star Wars universe. It does an excellent job of capturing the tone and feel of the franchise, and it feels like a Star Wars game should. It has its flaws and imperfections, but if you're looking for the chance to zoom around blasting TIE Fighters and outwitting the Hutts, it's exactly what you'd want.

Star Wars Outlaws is a production that pays homage to the source material in the best possible way. Despite a few imperfections, the gameplay mix between action and stealth works, and the credit for this is also to be found in the beauty of the settings that form the backdrop to the high-risk missions faced by Kay and Nix. The reputation system is interesting and well-crafted, and gives the idea of being a scoundrel trying to survive in a world of unscrupulous criminals. A less empty open world that offered more satisfying activities would have made Outlaws shine even more, but in any case we are talking about a game that fans of the saga should not miss out on. In the seedy slums, where the help of the Jedi is absent and the law of the smartest prevails, with a sharp tongue and a "quick-legged" friend you can carve out a place for yourself in the great Star Wars universe.

Star Wars Outlaws turned out to be less of a typical Ubisoft game than I feared, offers a lot of great atmosphere and lets you roam around the galaxy quite freely, experience numerous gangster adventures and feel at least a little bit like a real smuggler. It can only gain in the coming weeks if the developers roll up their sleeves and fix some issues that include god-awful enemy AI and a couple of bugs.

Outlaws is an experience that, based on stealth and the most western adventure of Star Wars, offers a version of this franchise that we have not yet tasted in video games. It's not perfect and has several issues that are already common in this type of Ubisoft game, but it has heart and knows what to offer fans of the saga.

I loved the game. Finished with 70 hours of Gameplay. Nice characters, nice graphics, nice wepons. Cool planets.

Fell through the map 2 times in 30 minutes in and after club tarsus on the single path that I could follow. More than a year after release I still had textures which failed to load on the tutorial level and I could just clip thorugh a path which Nix was supposed to open. An enemy searching for me walked right past me, while I was standing in an area where I was supposed to sneak. When I was found and they started to shoot at me I couldn't equip my gun. The first cutscene where I meet the crew froze and only the sound played. I've never seen this many bugs in a game and this was just the starter area and supposedly after many patches. This is a new low for Ubisoft.
