The mission editor adds a very necessary deepness to the game, and is a inviting tool for everyone feeling creative. Spore is a simple game and the add-on doesn't change that. It can only offer simple adventures and there's not much use for thousands of them if ten are enough already. Instead of improving Spore, Galactic Adventures promotes the weaknesses of the game.

This is very good expansion of Spore, especially its Space stage, which got boring after a while. The idea is superb, and extra creator content was always welcome, but the official stuff is very limited, and Spore servers are dead nowadays.

I remember the hype that was built by the trailers and the expectations were high. Sadly, it was more of a letdown than anything else. Sure, it adds more to the space part, but for a gameplay update it just did not offer enough. For me, this was the one thing that killed the franchise.

It's a great addition to Spore, although it only lasts for a couple of hours. This expansion pack to Spore has so much potential, but I was so disappointed when I found out that it contains very limited amount of features and missions. I believe Spore players are better off without this expansion.
