Despite its flaws, Rogue City delivers what most fans of the franchise have been craving: a bloody, explosive throwback to the glory days of action. While it doesn’t do anything exceptionally well and has its fair share of frustrating mechanics, nothing is truly game-breaking. If you’re looking for a game that lets you feel like RoboCop, this is it—just don’t set your expectations too high.
Despite some shortcomings with the supporting cast and some slightly buggy AA technical hiccups, RoboCop: Rogue City is the ultimate RoboCop experience. Fans will get a lot of bang for their buck here since it is a shockingly lengthy game, clocking in over thirty hours. It is very authentic to the films and captures their essence, but lacks the courage to introduce fresh ideas. The developers have been very active in patching some of the glitches, so it stands to become a better experience as time goes on. Hopefully, they will implement a new game plus one day too.
A game that knows how to pay homage to RoboCop and bring us the nostalgia of the late 80's and early 90's, with spectacular action moments and other calm moments of investigation and patrolling, which will be like a dream for the most loyal fans and a good way to introduce this iconic character to new generations.

I screams the 80s, fantastic game, it doesn't try to be something else than just a plain shooter right in your face. Love it.

The only reason this gets a 5 is for the dedication to the original source material. Robocop is still one of my favorite dystopian movies from the 80s, but the nostalgia trip is all this game has. Right off the bat there was no reason to build this in Unreal 5 and require beefy GPA / Next Gen consoles to play it! The controls are horrible, the UI, and visuals were suited to a PS2/PS3 era game at best and the mechanics are dumb. The dialog and response options are lame. The campaign story and side quests are abysmally shallow and repetitive. This was such a let down that I actually refunded the game originally, only to be gifted it later - and then see it on sale afterwards for $5. Good riddance. Don't ever do this crap again!

Robocop: Rogue City exceeded my wildest expectations when it comes to what a Robocop game could be, and the team at Teyon should be immensely proud of delivering a true love letter to one of the defining films of the 1980s. Anyone who’s even a casual fan of Robocop should buy this game without hesitation as soon as feasibly possible — no Robocop fan will walk away disappointed, and this experience is worth way more than a dollar.

Esto es lo que los fans de estas películas legendarias de acción queremos ver en videojuegos un profundo respeto y apego a la película y personajes. Obra maestra con la que te la vas a pasar de maravilla

Absolutely loved the nostalgia and all the little hidden Easter eggs. The sounds and feel felt amazing. 80s kids gotta play this game.

Despite a few things that might feel off, Robocop: Rogue City is likely the closest we'll ever get to the original movie. Like Murphy, the game sometimes malfunctions but ultimately gets the job done.

RoboCop: Rogue City surprises with beautiful and varied level design, fun shooter gameplay and nice detective quests. However, this is offset by wooden character animations, performance slumps in cutscenes and sound problems. The story stays too close to the movies and fails to add a memorable chapter to the RoboCop universe.

Whilst its core is that of a regular shooter, its fantastic production values and its love for RoboCop makes it a very fun game, particularly for those who enjoy the franchise.

While RoboCop does have some fun moments and enjoyable gameplay, it is, on the whole, a shallow, repetitive experience. Living the power-fantasy of being RoboCop does not save it from glitchy, rudimentary gameplay and a story that is too similar to the movies. If you love RoboCop like me, you may find something here to enjoy, otherwise, look elsewhere for your gaming goodness.

Robocop: Rogue City certainly looks the part, but beware of this gleaming, shiny, polished graphical exterior; it hides mechanical insides that are rust-riddled and broken. Dead or alive, this game definitely shouldn’t be coming with you.

Another underrated title from this company, the same thing that happened with Terminator Resistance is the best RoboCop game they've released in centuries, a great game in every sense of the word, if you're a fan of the movies it's a must-have.

RoboCop Rogue City is a pretty solid game overall. The gameplay feels satisfying, especially during combat. The weapons have real weight to them, every shot sounds powerful, and the impact of the bullets makes fights feel intense and brutal. The violence adds to the atmosphere and fits perfectly with the RoboCop universe.Visually, the graphics are good and detailed enough to create an immersive environment. Walking through the city feels authentic, and the overall presentation does a nice job of capturing the tone of the movies. That said, it is not an innovative game. It does not reinvent the genre or bring groundbreaking mechanics. It is simply a well made, enjoyable experience. It works best as a fun pastime, especially if you enjoy heavy combat, strong weapon feedback, and that classic, gritty RoboCop vibe.

This is a really good game to just turn your brain off to. It doesn't require twitch gaming of some FPS games do, nor is there any deep system to worry about understanding. Everything is straight forward and fun. If you enjoyed the original Robocop movie, you will probably enjoy this game.

Extremely mediocre game elevated by RoboCop being the protagonist. This game mirrors the film in that it's entertaining but ultimately shallow. Imagine Deus Ex or Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines, without any soul. Remember walking the streets of Hell's Kitchen or Santa Monica? They had cool music and fun characters. RoboCop doesn't have any of that. It's just walking sounds with characters so mindnumbingly uninspiring they constantly make me question what I'm doing with my life. The combat is F.E.A.R., but the AI is braindead. Also I "love" the generic combat music, that feels like it's on a 10 second loop. It's a fine enough game, but I can't imagine anyone but diehard RoboCop fans calling this game "insanely good". It's insane alright... insanely mediocre.

Game was very wooden, boring and offered little. Graphics was mediocre to me. UE5 can be much better than this. Controls was stiff and slow. Gunplay was boring. You have like 5-6 different guns to play with and not much more. Once you powered up you main pistol, everything else feels a waste. Barely have enough ammo for sidearm anyway. People are bulletsponges and ED209 takes two tons of bullets to bring down. But once you upgrade, he is childsplay. and even though he is easy, just hide, shoot, hide shoot. Very dull and lame. The story i cared nothing about. You divide your time often between DPD doing small rubbish quests or you are in the hood of detroit doing the same, issuing tickets to cars parked wrong or busting juveniles tagging walls. Surely, Robocop was not built for this. But i soon finding myself just skipping trough all the boring dialogue in the end and did not bother with the story. Also it has several bugs, like the end of the Steel Mill mission where framerate just tanks down to 15 fps making it unplayable. If its one thing you can be grateful for it, then you it is an easy snag of platinum. There are no hard achievements in this game. I was at 90% when i finished it. Took the rest on a quick second turn. Platinum bagged. Fairly disappointed with it overall.
