Except for a few control and design decisions, Rayman Adventures is a great platformer perfect for mobiles and tablets.

Despite some wonky design choices in regards to the monetization scheme, Rayman Adventures is still a perfect gateway into the series for beginners and Rayman fans alike.

Rayman Adventures is a funny free snack that looks and sounds beautiful, but also one that makes you long for a real successor to Rayman Origins and Rayman Legends. [feb. 2016 / page 065]

The IAPs are not too obtrusive, however Rayman Adventures feels a little bit like a dumbed down version of the previous Jungle Run and Fiesta Run.

While Rayman Adventures doesn't rekindle the same spark as previous outings, it's still an attractive package.

It’s all so very close for Rayman Adventures, but in the end, you’re going to end up wanting more from it. It might look beautiful, but its increasing number of niggles let the side down in the end.

Even though mobile platforms are not the best place to enjoy platform games, Rayman has decent games for them. Rayman Adventures is deeper than its predecessors and is really enjoyable, unfortunately some limitations derived from its free-to-play model didn't let us enjoy the game as we expected. We really need a complete sequel to Rayman Origins and Rayman Legends.
